The development of communication technology such as the use of mobile phones based on android. Android has the capability of getting good as personal computer and it has a large storage area. Android users use it to store important data. Critical data that is stored to make various ways to membobolnya. The role of cryptography is indispensable for securing the data. Cryptography is the science to encode a message, while to keep the message or document is secure and cannot be read by those who are not entitled to use encryption. The application of encryption uses a symmetric algorithm. On the application of this method used is Simple Columnar Transposition method. Simple Columnar Transposition method by dividing plainteks into blocks with a key length (k) certain then these blocks are arranged in the form of rows and columns. The making of this application using the JAVA programming language and XML. The application is made for a mobile with Android using the Studio. This application was eventually shown on android mobile phone users. The application used to encode text/sentence, the result of encryption in the form of chipertext, and the result of decrypting plaintext form.

The information technology is developed to helping people to work mainly in obtaining information, including geographic information. The use of mobile technology is the most used technology to meet the needs of information including health information. Not all of health facilities have an information system, so people need energy and time to get the information. The use of information system and mobile technology can solve the problem. The use of geographic information systems and mobile in the field of health is building a search application health facilities. This technology system is proposed to produce a mobile application with the android operating system, based client server, visualization modelling UML. Implementation of this application using the programming language PHP with Code Igniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). Mobile application is build using Java programming language with Eclipse. This application based on client server, so user must be connected to the internet to access it. This application can help the Bungo’s people  to search and select health facilities. Keyword: Geographic Information, Health Facilities, Client Server, MySQL, Framework Codeigniter, Java, Eclipse, Mobile Application, Android, Online.

The Isidro Ayora School located in the Latacunga Canton, between Quijano / Ordóñez and Tarqui streets, has a museum that is open to the citizens without any age difference, projecting during the tour in a traditional, monotonous and unconventional way all their art, By this factor the influx of public is very sporadic, which does not allow the development and recognition of the Museum. For the development of the research was applied the hypothetical-deductive method and the analytical, on the other hand was applied the methodology of application development for Smartphones Mobile-D; Through the collection of information that involves eld research, it was veri ed that the Museum does not have technological alternatives that allow the dissemination of the historical-cultural heritage, thus demonstrating that the creation of the virtual guide through mobile technology is the technological solution to improve The user’s experience in visiting and disseminating museums; So is the search for the use of new technologies helping to turn a forgotten environment into an interactive and friendly environment. With the implementation of Mobile Technology in the Museum of the Isidro Ayora School, visitors will be able to interact with the art articles displayed and visualize their information on any Android device through a multimedia library by simply scanning the QR code that each contains and In consequence it will allow the innovation, difusion and recognition of the Museum.

For e-Government applications, the symbiotic aspect must be taken into account at three stages: at design time in order to integrate the end-user, at delivery time when civil servants have to discover and interact with new services, at run time when ambient intelligence could help the interaction of citizens with specific services. In this paper, we focus on the first two steps. We show how interoperability issues must concern application designers. We also present how semantics can help civil servants when they have to deal with e-government service frameworks. We then describe an actual application developed during the European Terregov project where semantics is the key point for simplifying the role of citizens when requesting for health care services.

Java programming language is one of the most popular programming languages among IT developers. There are common problems in the beginning learning process such as the installation and configuration process of java software like JDK (Java Development Kit). During the online class session, it takes a lot of time and a large internet data packet to solve this problem. This research proposes a website-based system called livE (online - java Exercise). Students can practice coding and also do exams in real-time, simply by using a web browser and the internet. If lecturers want to make corrections, lecturers do not need to download student answer files. They can directly run the program code from student answers in the livE system. This indicates that the system implementation provides process efficiency in the student's job sheet exercises and lecturer's corrections. The result from the test that has been carried out shows that livE is running as expected. Usability testing shows that users are "totally agree" with system quality.

In Japan, new developments in the field of robotics are being received with interest and enthusiasm by the population and used in everyday life. This can be explained on the one hand by a long tradition of stories that report positively on artificial servants for humans. These stories continue into modern manga comics. Robots take on positive roles, expanding the capabilities of humans and being of service to them. On the other hand, Japanese religions and philosophies such as Buddhism and Shintoism influence attitudes towards robots.

The vaccination against the COVID-19, finally available, has the potential to represent an important defence against the pandemic. The identification of both obstacles and tools to combat them are, at this moment, of strategic importance. Previous experiences on vaccinations have shown solutions and paths to take, also based on the behavioural sciences. The objective of the opinion is to face how mobile technology can help us both to fight these problems and to optimize the vaccination process. The opinion has four polarities. The first polarity consists in having detected the problems hampering an effective vaccination process. These problems have been grouped into the following four: Electronic and Informatic divide, Escape, Exposure risk, and Equity. The second polarity consists in having verified how the mobile technology can be useful to face the identified problems. The third polarity highlights the usefulness and importance of using electronic surveys. These tools are based on mobile technology. They are useful problem sensors for the stakeholders. The fourth polarity faces how mobile technology and mHealth can be of aid to optimize the flow of the vaccination process, from the first call up to the certification. This polarity is supported by an example based on the Italian national App IO. The study highlights: (a) on one side, the potential of mobile technology; on the other side, the need for interventions to reduce the digital divide with the purpose to increase its use. (b) How the role of mobile technology can be complementary to other intervention methods.

This chapter aims at providing a presentation of the principles and techniques involved in the (semi-)automatic transformation of Web applications, in several different restructuring contexts. The necessary background knowledge is provided to the reader in the sections about the syntax of the multiple languages involved in Web application development and about the role of restructuring in a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving development environment. Then, specific examples of Web restructuring are described in detail. In the presentation of the transformations required for restructuring, as well as in the description of the grammar for the involved languages, TXL (Cordy, Dean, Malton & Schneider, 2002) and its programming language is adopted as a unifying element. The chapter is organized into the following sections: in the section following the Introduction, the problems associated with the analysis of the multiple languages used with Web applications are discussed. Then, the process of Web application restructuring is considered. Three examples of Web restructuring are described in more detail in the next three sections (design restructuring, migration of a static Web site to a dynamic Web application, consistency among monolingual portions of a multilingual Web site). Related works and concluding remarks are at the end of the chapter.
