Elections of regional heads is the local election process is based on a majority vote. While voting (voting) is one of the stages of elections. A common problem that occurs in the general election that the election and the collection of voters who still use manual way. In this final project designed an election system by taking these problems. The system designed is a system of e-voting. E-voting system is a method of polling / voting by electronic media and the Internet, making it easier and speed up the selection process. The system can be minimized by using e-KTP and fingerprint identification as data validation as well as a web-based information that is easily accessible to users and the public in obtaining information related to the implementation of e-voting.

Mongolia introduced a new electronic voting system for the first time for the 2012 parliamentary election. E-voting empowers citizens by making voting simpler and providing better opportunities for certain groups of citizens to participate in the election process. The electoral reform was one of the major steps the parliament carried out in order to restore public trust lost in the violent protests against the 2008 parliamentary election results. A free, transparent, and fair electoral system was important to correct the fraud in the old election system. This chapter examines the effectiveness of the mixed system of election, the electronic voting system, and other changes to the electoral system in Mongolia.

Social networks play an important role in today’s society and in our relationships with others. They give the Internet user the opportunity to play an active role, e.g., one can relay certain information via a blog, a comment, or even a vote. The Internet user has the possibility to share any content at any time. However, some malicious Internet users take advantage of this freedom to share fake news to manipulate or mislead an audience, to invade the privacy of others, and also to harm certain institutions. Fake news seeks to resemble traditional media to establish its credibility with the public. Its seriousness pushes the public to share them. As a result, fake news can spread quickly. This fake news can cause enormous difficulties for users and institutions. Several authors have proposed systems to detect fake news in social networks using crowd signals through the process of crowdsourcing. Unfortunately, these authors do not use the expertise of the crowd and the expertise of a third party in an associative way to make decisions. Crowds are useful in indicating whether or not a story should be fact-checked. This work proposes a new method of binary aggregation of opinions of the crowd and the knowledge of a third-party expert. The aggregator is based on majority voting on the crowd side and weighted averaging on the third-party side. An experimentation has been conducted on 25 posts and 50 voters. A quantitative comparison with the majority vote model reveals that our aggregation model provides slightly better results due to weights assigned to accredited users. A qualitative investigation against existing aggregation models shows that the proposed approach meets the requirements or properties expected of a crowdsourcing system and a voting system.

The information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of data management, support the operation, managerial and strategic activities of an organization or agency and provide reports for a particular party to utilize the computer as a means to access the Internet network. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the running of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to increase sales at the company and compete with other companies. Public relations can be defined relations among the public, showed large public who must perform the connection, and because the public a lot, then indicate the number of relationships. PT. Starvindo Asia Utama only uses brochures as a promotional tool. The purpose of making this web program is to facilitate service sales transactions so that it is more economical, fast and easy without the need to be hindered by distance and time.

Container which is considered one of the greatest role in the world of information and communication technology is the internet. Generally, any person already have internet access, so the use of the Internet as a medium of information and knowledge to provide convenience. In the medical field utilizing the Internet as a means of interaction for the purposes of providing information to the public, which will then more often we refer to as a web-based information systems. In this case the web-based information system is a system that utilizes focused web method in a network the Internet is used as a means of interaction information, both in terms of service delivery schedule and type of specialist medical services.

In this paper, we propose a privacy-preserving i-voting system based on the public Stellar Blockchain network. We argue that the proposed system satisfies all requirements stated for a robust i-voting system including transparency, verifiability, and voter anonymity. The practical architecture of the system abstracts a voter from blockchain technology used underneath. To keep user privacy, we propose a privacy-first protocol that protects voter anonymity. Additionally, high throughput and low transaction fees allow handling large scale voting at low costs. As a result we built an open-source, cheap, and secure system for i-voting that uses public blockchain, where everyone can participate and verify the election process without the need to trust a central authority. The main contribution to the field is a method based on a blind signature used to construct reliable voting protocol. The proposed method fulfills all requirements defined for i-voting systems, which is challenging to achieve altogether.

Voting is now governed by regulations that specify how a person's choices may be communicated and their desires can be realized. This study proposes an electronic voting machine (EVM) as an alternative for traditional voting methods, which may include the manual utilization of only microcontroller-based circuits. With the identified fingerprint liveness, the proposed technique will make voting considerably easier, more effective, and less likely to result in fraud. The suggested model will support and advance the trustworthiness of all votes and it will also assist in streamlining the counting and verification process. It is difficult to demonstrate that an advanced voting system has been properly designed since several critical criteria must be satisfied. Poll results should be kept private in the database in order to preserve the data. The voting process must also show the votes obtained by the respective candidates. The proposed authenticated voting machine can be applied to the local area elections in order to speed up the process and make the election process more transparent. To maintain its theoretical strength, the proposed research idea needs further study. The model employs radio frequency and fingerprint recognition to maintain the protection.

The development of the internet world is highly expected for the present because more and more private companies, agencies take part in enlarging these developments in carrying out their business activities. So to support this, PT. Altraman is a company engaged in the sale of digital scales that offer quality products at competitive prices and provide convenience for stake holders. In this final project, an information system for the sale of web-based scales was designed at PT. Altraman which aims to process the data of stock procurement, sales and shipping and to market the scales products well through the built website media, so that it can facilitate the sale of products, and can increase sales volume. With the existence of this system it is expected that it will be easier, both for companies and customers in carrying out the sales and purchase process.
