<p class="AbstractL-MAG">The limited availability of electricity and its continued use need to was sought for savings by providing alternative energy. New renewable energy sourced from sunlight can be an energy solution for electrical energy needs. Savings can be done using hybrid techniques from two sources to supply the load. This research makes hybrid plants utilizing sunlight using two panels of 110 wp capacity solar cells installed parallel to get a large output current. In this hybrid system used a deep cycle 12v / 100 Ah battery to supply 100-250 watts of light for three to four hours. The test results show that battery charging is very dependent on solar radiation and is needed for seven hours to reach 88% capacity and the inverter supplies a load of 213.5 watts on average for 45 minutes requiring 20% of battery capacity.</p>

soybean seeds may be damaged during storage time. Temperature and humidity of soybean seed storage room, is one of the external factors of damage to the seed. The system consists of monitoring and control temperature and humidity in some rooms used as soybean seed storage room samples. This study discusses and perform sensor data analysis using several types of temperature and humidity sensors based on Internet of Things. Sensor nodes generate data and processed by a microcontroller NodeMCU ESP8266, and the results data is then transmitted by the Internet network using MQTT broker and stored in the database. Results data is then analyzed to monitor the condition of soybean seed storage room. SHT30 sensor has the most excellent temperature accuracy of 98, 21%. DHT22 sensor has the most excellent moisture accuracy of 95.74%. Data sending to the database has a good level of dataloss category for node 1 is 3.39%, 4.33% for node 2, and 3.22% for node 3. Air conditioner control system using Android can keep the room temperature state in the range of 18-23oC and humidity of 40-60% with an air conditioning remote control setting at 20oC on an area of 36 m2.

Increasing number of vehicles there are not combining by the increase highway facilities and means of adequate traffic, creating traffic jams can not be avoided. Therefore, it needs a traffic light system which can change the duration adaptive, so delays in traffic flow can be parsed automatically. In this thesis constructed an traffic light prototype that can change the duration of the traffic lights adaptively according to the conditions of real-time flow of the street using a detector such as a HMC5883L compass sensor. With a wireless sensor network and multihop topologies in terms of the system is easy to apply, because it does not require the transmission line in the form of cables and sensors can be added the number and spacing range. The main components used are Arduino Uno, Arduino Mega, XBee and HMC5883L compass sensors. Compass sensor detects the presence of vehicles by calculating magnitude value in the form of interference with Earth's magnetic field caused by cars metal, so  the sensor nodes can send information pathways state conditions in the one intersection to the coordinator via another sensor nodes using xbee in multihop topologies. The results obtained after testing is setting plan to address the inequality of delay on the traffic system can work well with the sensor reading error  0.09% within a period of 2 minutes and the application topology multihop use the traffic light system can expand the detection range 400 m. But the number of hops is used affects the packet loss is greater, namely 0.192% at a distance of 200 m.

<p class="AbstractL-MAG">The counseling activities are procedures carried out by academic advisers to identify problematic students, especially in their academic learning process. Students are categorized as problematic when they do not submit their KRS, have a lower GPA than the college standard, have not yet paid their due, or receive warning letters owing to their misconducts. The current system provides every students’ data but academic advisers still need to identify every problematic students’ data one by one. A working solution would be to present the data in a visualization, so the problematic students along with their problem category can be identified automatically. The application employs the UML approach in its planning and web-based application development tools in its implementation. Highchart is implemented in the data visualization. The resulted application boasts the student data management feature to help the problematic student identification process. This feature automatically identifies the problematic students on each term by visualizing it in a colored charts and tables.</p>

Height measurement is important in the field of health, athletics, and others. During this process the measurement height is done manually by using the tools in the form of tape measure or ruler. This takes quite a long time. With the weaknesses of such height measurements, then on this research designed a height measurement system based on Digital Image Processing Techniques. The parameters used for this research is the distance of the camera, the height of the camera, the camera angle, the color of the shirt, and the position of the object. Testing is done by performing processing and digital image analysis. By using these techniques, it only takes 35 seconds to process measurement and results. In addition to the test results can be stored in the system database, making it easier for data archiving. Of the overall testing with parameters of the camera distance, the height of the camera, the camera angle, the color of the shirt, and the position of the object, resulting in a measurement of the height of a more objective and accurate with the level of accuracy of 99.5%.

Traffic jam at the intersection is caused by many things such as the number of vehicles that exceed the capacity of the highway, road users who do not obey the rules, or lights on a traffic light that is not in accordance with the road conditions. The government has implemented measures to control congestion solutif at a crossroads in Indonesia, especially in big cities by installing the ATCS (Automatic Traffic Control System) that regulate light traffic lights based on real time conditions crossroads. The weakness of this system still needed the operator to settings the traffic light lamp replacement and maintenance costs are expensive. Therefore, we need a system that can regulate light traffic lights adaptively based on the length of the queue of vehicles. In this project, created a system that is able to set the lights on the traffic light by the long queues of vehicles adaptively based wireless sensor networks. Data from XBee sent with a frequency of 2, 4 Ghz towards the coordinator node, the coordinator node data is then processed by a microcontroller arduino mega to compare the length of the queue between the road and determine the traffic light lights adaptively. The test results show a sensor capable of detecting the vehicle up to a distance of 175 cm, the system can detect the length of the queue as far as 56 meters, and can be changed adaptively in a ccordance long queues of vehicle.

<span>Elections of regional heads is the local election process is based on a majority vote. While voting (voting) is one of the stages of elections. A common problem that occurs in the general election that the election and the collection of voters who still use manual way. In this final project designed an election system by taking these problems. The system designed is a system of e-voting. E-voting system is a method of polling / voting by electronic media and the Internet, making it easier and speed up the selection process. The system can be minimized by using e-KTP and fingerprint identification as data validation as well as a web-based information that is easily accessible to users and the public in obtaining information related to the implementation of e-voting.</span>

<em>PECS is a method for developing communication using images to exchange desired objects according to the image, especially for children with autism with non-verbal abilities. PECS has many advantages over other communication learning methods that can encourage autistic children to communicate well. Besides having many advantages, the PECS method itself has many disadvantages. The research conducted was to build an application specifically designed for children with autism by correcting the deficiencies that exist in learning with the PECS method. The application is designed with the guidance of an expert Psychologist Children with Special Needs and refers to previous studies as reference material for application interface design. Application testing involves 4 autistic children from 2 different SLBs. Tests are carried out 2 times for each child to find out the progress of application utilization. The test results show that the proposed application is in accordance with the aesthetic design of the MDA framework that is designed so that it is truly able to be accepted by autistic children while also having a positive impact on them, as well as being able to create a learning environment that is more enjoyable both for children with autism and for teachers.</em>

Evaluation of information system performance is needed to get an overview of the ease of end-users in utilizing a new technology. This study aims to evaluate the performance of information systems in a state-owned company (PT PLN Madya Langsa) based on an end-user perspective that is separated into two categories: employees and managers. The level of employee satisfaction (primary user) is measured using EUCS (aspect of: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction). The manager's satisfaction level (secondary user) is measured by using IT BSC (aspect of: company contribution, user, operational excellence, and future orientation). The evaluation on the primary user showed that it was low at 25.6%, moderate at 56.64% and high at 18%. The percentage of user satisfaction with the information systems is 72.9% of the results expected by users. Meanwhile, evaluation on the secondary user obtained the following results: low at 10.5%, moderate 84.2% and high at 5.3%. The percentage of user satisfaction with the information system was 92.8% of the results that is expected by users. This study also discusses why there are differences in the percentage of primary user satisfaction compare to the secondary user and provides suggestions how to improve the level of satisfaction of the end users in the future.

Such way from Pekalongan City Government in protecting the existence of crafstmen/batik seller and its consumer is by publishing region regulation of Pekalongan City Number 6 in year 2014.  By that regulation, Pekalongan city government obligue all manufacturer/batik seller that produce and sell batik product in/from Pekalongan city should label their product with “ Batik Pekalongan”, hence it is not only functioned as a marker for consumer that is not  able to identify the kinds of batik nor differentiate with printing batik, but also functioned as a protection model for the manufacturer/batik seller in Pekalongan.  Nevertheless the absence of monitoring in the usage of label “Batik Pekalongan”, has been absorbed by certain manufacturer/batik seller to make fraud, thus the effort of Pekalongan city governmnt in giving protection to the manufacturer/batik seller and also their consumer hasn’t been well realized.  The research  resulted an e-label batik application that supports the effort of Pekalongan city government, by augmented reality technology utilization will make the label of  “Batik Pekalongan” displaying such information about the kinds of batik, batik pattern/motif, the profile of the manufacturer/batik seller and other related information, if consumer scans that label by their smartphone, the information will be just displayed, and when the Pekalongan city government as the observer of the usage of batik label has done the validation based on the sustainability of the label certainty with the kinds of batik sold by the manufacturer/seller, the label of “Batik Pekalongan” will be functioned as the trusted mark
