Pengaruh Pemberian Kredit dan Modal terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Kecil

Income is one important factor to measure the success of micro businesses. Increased capital also allows obtaining additional income for micro businesses. Koperasi Karya Indonesia Banda Aceh is one of the cooperatives consisting of micro entrepreneurs. This study aims 1) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders. The study uses a quantitative approach which is correlation research. There are three variables developed as a basis for assessment. There are 295 cooperative members as a population taken 62 as a sample. The data needed is primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that 1) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. ABSTRAKKepatuhan WP merupakan salah satu keadaan dimana WP yang manan akan secara langsung dapat memenuhi seluruh kewajiban perpajkaan serta dapat membuat atas hal perpajakan. Adapun masalah yang berkesenambungan terhadap kepatuhan WP antara lain pengetahuan, pendapatan serta kesadaran WP. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepatuhan WP yang akan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, pendapatan terhadap kpeatuhan WP pada Kelurahan Polowijen. Dalam riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 44 orang yang akan dijadikan sebagai responden, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam riset ini ialah interview, observasi serta kuesioner. Data yang digunakan ialah data sekunder serta primer. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang akan digunakan dalam riset ini ialah regresi linier berganda, dengan diadakan penguian hipotesis antar varibel.Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Pengetahuan, Kesadaran, Wajib Pajak, Pajak Bumi dan BangunanABSTRACTTaxpayer compliance is one of the conditions in which a safe taxpayer will directly be able to fulfill all tax obligations and can make tax matters. The problems that are continuous with taxpayer compliance include knowledge, income and awareness of taxpayers. This research aims to find out the extent to which taxpayer compliance will be influenced by knowledge, income on taxpayer compliance in Polowijen Village. This research uses quantitative methods, while the number of samples used is 44 people who will be used as respondents, while the data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data used are secondary and primary data. Loyalty has a very important meaning for the sustainability of the Muhammadiyah Association. Muhammadiyah member's loyalty will automatically strengthen and enlarge the existence of the organization through the various propaganda activities it developed. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of satisfaction on Muhammadiyah's loyalty members. The study was developed using an associative design involving two variables, namely member's loyalty, and member's satisfaction. Each variable was developed into 18 and 16 indicators, respectively. The population was determined by all Muhammadiyah members in South Sumatra who had Muhammadiyah Standard Number (NBM- Nomor Baku Muhammadiyah) of 6,617 people. The number of samples was determined as much as 5% of the population of 232 members by cluster sampling. The determination of clusters was based on districts spread across South Sumatra. The main data used primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used simple regression. The results of the study showed that member's satisfaction significantly influences Muhammadiyah's loyalty members in South Sumatra.

Buffalo cattle are one of the commodities that function as a source of animal protein for the community, as savings, additional income, as labor and manure can be used as fertilizer while providing a source of profit / income for farmers.The purpose of the study was to determine the income of mud buffalo farmers and the factors that influence income in the West Sorkam District, Tapanuli Tengah District. The study was conducted in May-August 2018 using primary data. The method used in data collection is interviewing respondents with the Census Method and analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 16 application tools. The results showed that the income of mud buffalo farmers in West Sorkam District was influenced simultaneously by the business scale, breeders' age, farmer experience, the number of family and labor dependents with R square valued at 0.986 (98%). The results of the study showed that the business scale and the number of workers gave a significant influence (P <0.05) on the income of mud buffalo farmers. The income of buffalo farmers in West SorkamSubdistrict is diverse, with the smallest income being Rp. 370,000/ year with a scale of 2 cattle and the largest is Rp. 68,805,000/ year with a livestock business scale of 47 tails.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This research was made to answer the problem formulation in this study that was to find out whether there were effects of tax regulation understanding, tax sanctions and tax audits on individual taxpayer compliance. With the aim of research was to determine the effect of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliancein KPP Pratama Palembang SeberangUlu, to determine the effect of tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. The variables in this study were tax regulations understanding (X1), taxation sanctions (X2), taxpayer compliance (Y). this type of research was associative and descriptive. The population in this study was 45 UKM Seberang Ulu I. Data that used in this research primary data of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.The results of the study showed that taxregulations understanding did not have an effect and was not significant on taxpayer compkiance, while taxation sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. Abstract: Factors that Influence Pelinggih Trade Revenue in Mengwi District. Hindus in Balihave a tradition and the thickness of typical rituals such as giving banten. Mengwi Subdistrictas an industrial center has pelinggih trading business as a source of income for the community.This study aims to determine the effect of capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously and partially on the income of the trading business in Mengwi District. The dataused in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to the traders in MengwiSubdistrict. The population used in this study was all traders in Mengwi Subdistrict. The number ofsamples used were many as 57 traders, using proportional random sampling sampling techniques.The variables studied in this study are capital, labor, raw materials, length of business and incomeof pelinggih traders. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Basedon the results of the study it was stated that capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously had a significant effect on the income of pelinggih trading businesses in MengwiDistrict. Partially, capital, labor, raw materials and duration of business have a positive andsignificant effect on the income of the pelinggih trading business in Mengwi District.Keywords: Income; capital; labor; raw materials; length of business.
