Price policy or a value can affect the human mindset, considering its activities by using logic including in considering its needs as a customer of a product. a person or customer will choose which product performance is more effective, efficient and suitable to his needs and according to the value of a price or cost, if the performance is effective, efficient and match with expectations, means customers will feel satisfied and will make the calculation of expenditures for the procurement of products the. Price has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The main considerations that affect customers are willing to use services include customer satisfaction, service quality, service orientation and pricing in determining the type of service used. The high price is a factor causing customer dissatisfaction so customers are reluctant to use the services provided by the company. The price of a good or service is very influential on customer satisfaction. Consumers use the price as a consideration in determining the purchase of a product, when should the purchase be made and how much the need for products purchased in accordance with the ability of consumer purchasing power. A product must be precise in the determination and determination of the selling price so that it can be accepted by consumers by not neglecting the quality of the product. Under normal circumstances, demand and prices have a negative or reversed relationship. That is, the higher the price is set the smaller the demand.

This study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction SMS Banking Bank Nagari Capem Dr.M.Djamil Hospital Padang. Quality of service in this research consists of 5 dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The total population of this study as many as 391 people while the determination of samples in the study using this slovin formula and obtained a sample of 198 people. The results showed that the tangible. reliability responsiveness, no effect on customer satisfaction SMS Banking. Assurance and Emphaty affect the satisfaction of SMS Banking customers.

ABSTRAKLoyalitas pelanggan merupakan hal yang harus diutamakan perusahaan jasa dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Tanpa adanya pelanggan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan maka sustainbility perusahaan tersebut akan terancam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak orientasi pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada salon muslimah di Kota Kediri. Apakah dalam mencapai loyalitas pelanggan harus melalui kepuasan pelanggan atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode SEM PLS. Pengujiannya dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dengan kategori responden yaitu pelanggan yang telah merasakan produk salon muslimah di Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya efek moderasi kepuasan pelanggan dalam hubungan orientasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa orientasi dan kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh salon muslimah di Kota Kediri bisa dikategorikan baik sehingga membuat para pelanggannya menjadi loyal.Kata Kunci: Loyalitas Pelanggan, Orientasi Pelayanan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Salon Muslimah. ABSTRACTCustomer loyalty is something that must be prioritized by service companies in running their business. Without customers who are loyal to the company, the company's sustainability will be threatened. This study aims to examine the impact of service orientation and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Muslimah salons in Kediri. Whether to achieve customer loyalty must go through customer satisfaction or not. This study uses a quantitative approach with the SEM PLS method. The test was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 application with the respondent category, namely customers who have experienced Muslim salon products in Kediri. The results showed that there was a moderating effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between orientation and service quality on customer loyalty. This indicates that the orientation and quality of service carried out by muslimah salons in Kediri City can be categorized as good so that it makes its customers loyal.Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Service Orientation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Muslimah Salon.

Persaingan yang ketat antara perusahaan dalam pelayanan bus antar kota antar provinsi membutuhkan perbaikan pelayanan kualitas untuk mempertahankan pelanggan. Adanya ketidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap fasilitas dan layanan yang diberikan oleh PO Rosalia Indah menjadi suatu permasalahan yang harus diperbaiki sehingga dengan menerapkan metode ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan PO Rosalia Indah dan loyalitas penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kepuasan pelanggan PO Rosalia Indah dengan mempertimbangkan keberadaan pesaingnya yaitu PO Pahala Kencana dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap atribut fasilitas yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Competitor Analysis (IPCA). Pengambilan data dilakukan terhadap dua kelompok responden yaitu responden PO Rosalia Indah dan responden PO Pahala Kencana. Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat pelayanan kualitas berdasarkan 3 dimensi yaitu kendaraan (15 butir pernyataan), sopir dan kru (8 butir pernyataan) dan manajemen (13 butir pernyataan). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan IPCA didapatkan bahwa terdapat 21 butir pernyataan yang masuk dalam kuadran Urgent Action dan memerlukan perbaikan. Rekomendasi perbaikan dilakukan dengan metode Numerical Group Technique (NGT) yang berasal dari lima ahli yang mengerti dalam bidang transportasi bus.Abstract[The Customer Satisfaction of PO Rosalia Indah using Importance Performance Competitor Analysis (IPCA)] The intense competition between companies in intercity bus services between provinces requires the improvement of quality services to retain customers. The existence of customer dissatisfaction with the facilities and services provided by PO Rosalia Indah becomes a problem that must be improved so that by applying this method can improve the quality of service Rosalia Indah PO and passenger loyalty. This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction of PO Rosalia Indah by considering the existence of its competitor that is PO Pahala Kencana and give recommendation improvement to the facility attribute which become the priority of improving. This research uses Importance Performance Competitor Analysis (IPCA) method. The data were collected from two groups of respondents namely PO Rosalia Indah and respondent’s PO Pahala Kencana. This study measures the level of quality service based on 3 dimensions of the vehicle (15 points statement), driver and crew (8 points statement) and management (13 points statement). Based on the results of data processing with IPCA found that there are 21 items of statements that enter the Urgent Action quadrant and require improvement. The improvement recommendation was made by Numerical Group Technique (NGT) method which is derived from five experts who understand in the bus transportation field.Keywords: customer satisfaction; numerical group technique; IPCA

The problems of this study are partial and simultaneous Is factors of service quality dimensions that include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction at Kober Noodle Eating Satan in Surabaya? And which variables are the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at Kober Noodle Eating Satan in Surabaya? Based on the research results, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 4.170 + 0.249 + 0.008 X1 + 0.346 X2 + 0,115 X3 X5 + X4 + 0.123 EThe results showed that there was a significant effect of the variable quality of services that include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy towards customer satisfaction, it is proved by the test value F where significant value of 0.000. The research result t test showed there are three variables were not significant and the other two significant. Of the acquisition value equation of multiple linear regression model all variables showed a positive coefficient that shows the influence of service quality to customer satisfaction. Keofisien of determination of 0.377, which means that 37.7% variable tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect customer satisfaction, while 62.3% is influenced by other variables not studied like promotions and product quality. Based on the results of the Multiple Correlation Coefficient unknown value R of 0.614, indicating that the proportion of the relationship between tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to customer satisfaction is very strong and positive at 61.4% and the remaining 38.6% influenced by unobserved variables the results showed that the variable responsiveness is the dominant variable with a beta value of 0.344.Keywords: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality , functional quality , and technical quality of the service user customer satisfaction Suzuki motorcycle servicing of Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study descriptive research type. There are three independent variables , namely the quality of service, functional quality, and technical quality. While the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The population in this study is customer of Suzuki Medan Jaya Group service motorcycle Katamso Number 78 Yogyakarta. Sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling approaches. Based on the analysis of data obtained the following results : There is a simultaneous influence between the variables of service quality, functional quality, and technical quality of the service user customer satisfaction of Suzuki motorcycle servicing Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta, the significant value of 0.000, with a regression equation Y = 0.148 X1 + 0.576 0.251 X2 + X3. There is a significant effect of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 2.359 with a significance value of 0.02. There is a significant effect of the variable functional quality to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 7.772 with a significance value of 0.000 . There is a significant effect of the variable technical quality to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 3.400 with significant value of 0.001 . Great contribution value of 69.4 % while the remaining 30.6 % is influenced by other factors . The results of the analysis using stepwise method showed that the functional quality dimension (X2) has the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a value of 10,017 t and a significant level of 0.000. Key words : quality of service , functional quality , technical quality and customer satisfaction.

Competition in the increasingly competitive business world spur companies to strive harder to improve the quality of their company.  This research discusses the determination of Team Leader in a service company that provides integrated services that stood since the year 1996 with 9 branch offices up to now one of them in the city of Palembang. The services provided by the company are Integreted Facility Servises, Cleaning Services, Security Services, Property Services, Catering Services, Support Services, and Parking Services. In the determination of Team Leader, Supervisor and Facility Services there are 6 scoring criteria, namely Leadership, Communication Skills, Operational Forms, Operational Duties, Human Resources Aspects, and Motivational Session and Team Building. This research implemented SMART method in the process of determining Team Leader, Supervisor and Facility Services by using 12 employees proposed in February 2019, with the end of employees named Hartono elected as Team Leader With a value of 0.797. Employees named Jacop with a final value of 0.904 elected as Supervisor and employee named Dimas with final value 0, 789.

Lovina beach is known for the dolphin attraction. Watching dolphin attraction, tourists were transported by boat. As a provider, the helmsman tried to give the best of service to the tourists. However, there were various views of both positive and negative opinions from tourists regarding the services rendered during used. Thus, it must be known to be the dosmetic tourist satisfaction using boat service at Lovina Beach. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using customer satisfaction index and importance performance analysis in the form of a Cartesius diagram. The results show that the level of tourist expectation is 4.28 which means it is in the very important category. Furthermore, the value of the captain's performance level obtained a value of 3.77 which was categorized as good. Calculation of the gap value shows the gap between the level of expectation and the level of performance with the acquisition of a value of -0.51. Analysis of the level of tourist satisfaction based on the calculation of the customer satisfaction index shows that tourists are satisfied with a value of 75.54%. There are 4 indicators that need to be prioritized to be improved, including the availability of life jackets, responsibility for the safety of tourists, a sense of security while using a boat and the helmsman has the ability to create good relationships with tourists.

The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Quality of service, price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is good. 2. There is influence of service quality and price to customer satisfaction in prove ŶZ  = 5,885 + 0,523X1 + 0,661X2. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is proved Ŷ = 6,197 + 0,663Z. 3. Quality of service and price have high and positive correlation with customer satisfaction in prove with value r = 0,858, and determination value equal to 26,4%. Customer satisfaction has high moderately and positive correlation with customer loyalty in the prove with the value of r = 0.763, and the value of determination of 41,7%. 4. Hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected means the quality of service and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable.             The suggestions of this research are: 1. To improve the quality of service, A&A Copier Pematangsiantar shop employees should be able to handle customer complaints optimally, friendly to customers and able to communicate and serve customers well. 2. To optimize prices, to provide discounts to customers who have been copying more than one ream of paper and providing credit cards as a means of payment transactions. 3. For customer satisfaction, improve the results of photocopy so as not to blurred and bilge a more tidy. 4. To improve customer loyalty, pay attention to customer needs, help operate the computer, provide information about the products to be purchased by customers, and give the gift evenly.

This paper analyzes an inventory system for joint determination of product quality and selling price where a fraction of items produced are defective. It is assumed that only a fraction of defective items can be repaired/reworked. The demand rate depends upon both the quality and the selling price of the product. The production rate, unit price, and carrying cost depend upon the quality of the items produced. Quality index is used to determine the quality of the product. An algorithm is provided to solve the model with given values of model parameters. Sensitivity analysis has also been performed.

Based on Observations in Tanjungsiang District There are several building shops that sell paint, but the majority of people buy paint at TB Adeng Jaya because there are several kinds of paint products that are sold from paint kilos, cans, to buckets. Making it easier for consumers to buy paint in accordance with what is desired. This study aims to discuss and analyze. Effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, The effect of paint prices on customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of product quality and paint prices on customer satisfaction. The effect of paint prices on customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of product quality and paint prices on customer satisfaction. The research method used is the survey method which is sourced from primary and secondary data about the quality of product X1 and the price of paint X2 on customer satisfaction Y. seen from the purpose of this study included in the research explanatory research, because it involves 3 variables that are interconnected with each other. Based on the results of testing using SPSS 26.0 software, this study can be concluded as follows,, the effect of (X1) on (Y) has a value of Tcount 9,055> Ttable 1,988 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 and R square value of 0.494, this shows the quality of paint products (X1) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y) 49.4% while the remaining 50.6% is determined by other variables, the influence of (X2) on (Y) has a T-value of 2.081> Ttable 1.988 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and an R Square value of 0.049, this shows that the price of paint (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) of 4.9% while the remaining 95.1% is determined by other variables,and the influence of (X1) and (X2) on (Y) has a value of F count 0.330 < Ftable 3.11 with a significance value of 0.720> 0.05, and the R square value of 0.089 does not lie in the correlation interval, this shows the quality of the product (X1) and the price of paint (X2) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y).
