INTRODUCTION: Information is known as the main source of power over others. In this respect, the use of correct, accurate, and timely information in decision-making, planning, and other related issues can be effective in the outcome of activities and services provided by organizations. In times of crisis and disaster incidence, information plays a key and crucial role and affects various disaster response processes. This study was conducted to investigate the communication and information processes and information analysis in the Iranian Red Crescent Society at the time of disasters in 2019. METHODS: This qualitative study with a content analysis design was carried out on 17 experts and managers in the Iranian Red Crescent Society. The necessary data regarding the existing information processes were collected through performing interviews with the participants. The collected data from conducting and implementing the interviews were then coded in MAXQDA software using qualitative analysis method and subjected to analysis. FINDINGS: Based on the findings, the majority of the activities of this organization were carried out by holding meetings to make the necessary arrangements. Measures, such as public education and reports to journalists, media, and social networks were provided in the form of written instructions and protocols. It was revealed that such communication means as media, newspapers, 112 emergency SMS system, and Thuraya satellite network were used for information. The tool utilized in the information process in the Iranian Red Crescent Society was the Disaster Management Information System to record information and the history of crises. This system was located and used in the Control and Coordination Center, and recorded all documents related to the events, including photos, videos, and reports and information of rescuers. CONCLUSION: The most significant problems that crisis management is consistently confronting are the delays in realizing the dimensions of a crisis, lack of information needed to make decisions, and commencement of recovery activities. In addition, it is highly important to have accurate information to be able to respond properly. The acquisition, storage, retrieval, and analysis of information can be the most prominent factors in the success of crisis management.

Abstract As the exploration of oceans for oil and gas goes to deeper depths, understanding the riser dynamics is fast becoming a key aspect of such systems’ design. The hydrodynamic loads acting on marine risers such as inertial and drag forces due to the relative motions between the riser and fluid, is of great concern for researchers and exploration systems’ designers. The lack of information regarding some conditions applied on risers systems nowadays, led to an experimental approach to understand the hydrodynamic loads on these conditions, to extract those information, and complement the available literature on this subject. This study provides new insights into the inertial and drag hydrodynamic coefficients (Cm and Cd respectively), how they evolve for higher KCs. These findings should make an important contribution expanding the understanding of the hydrodynamic loads on a circular cylinder. This paper first gives a brief overview of the recent research history of this subject and the theoretical background used, followed by the description of test setup and analysis method. Lastly, the results are presented and discussed in comparison with literature data.

BSTRACT <br />       This research produced the data processing web system of STMIK STIKOM Indonesia<br />lecturer. The system will be used to assist the management in managing the data of permanent<br />lecturers to obtain accurate information. This research use engineering method or research<br />development method. The research starts from the stages of analysis, design to system<br />implementation. The output of this research is a website based application, where the input of the<br />system is the lecturer master data and lecturer history data consisting of education history,<br />functional position history and history of grade. Output of the system is information that is needed<br />by the management and will be visualization in reports and graphs. These graphs and reports will<br />be used  as decision support for the management STMIK STIKOM Indonesia.<br />Keywords: lecturer data processing system, information system, website based application. <br /><br />ABSTRAK <br />Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancang bangun sistem pengolahan data dosen tetap STMIK STIKOM<br />Indonesia berbasis website. Sistem yang dibangun nantinya akan digunakan untuk membantu<br />pihak manajemen dalam mengelola data dosen tetap sehingga diperoleh informasi yang akurat<br />dalam tempo waktu yang singkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah<br />penelitian rekayasa atau metode penelitian pengembangan. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari<br />tahapan analisis , perancangan hingga implementasi sistem. Luaran penelitian ini berupa aplikasi<br />berbasis website dimana input dari sistem adalah data master dosen serta data riwayat dosen yang<br />terdiri dari riwayat pendidikan, riwayat jabatan fungsional dan riwayat kepangkatan. Output dari<br />sistem berupa laporan dan grafik. Grafik dan laporan ini nantinya akan digunakan untuk media<br />informasi maupun pendukung keputusan bagi pihak manajemen STMIK STIKOM Indonesia.<br />Kata Kunci: Sistem Pengolahan Data Dosen Tetap, Sistem Informasi, Aplikasi Berbasis Website.

All the desired properties of cement primarily depend on the physicochemical characteristics of clinker from which the cement is produced. The mineralogical composition of the clinker forms the most important parameter influencing these properties.Optical microscopy provides reasonably accurate information pertaining to the thermal history of the clinker, while XRDA still remains the proven method of phase identification, and bulk chemical composition of the clinker can be readily obtained from XRFA. Nevertheless, all these microanalytical techniques are somewhat limited in their applications, and SEM/EDXA combination fills this gap uniquely by virtue of its high resolution imaging capability and possibility of instantaneous chemical analysis of individual phases.Inhomogeneities and impurities in the raw meal, influence of kiln conditions such as sintering and cooling rate being directly related to the microstructure can be effectively determined by SEM/EDXA. In addition, several physical characteristics of cement, such as rhcology, grindability and hydraulicity also depend on the clinker microstructure.

The article describes the prerequisites for the use of educational robotics in the school course of informatics, the history of the development of its directions and the normative basis for its use in modern school education. A typical model of an educational robotic project for the organization of research and project activities of students has been proposed. The technological chart of the lesson as an example of the implementation of a robotic project in the framework of the research activities on informatics is considered. Approaches to the organization of educational activities, teaching tools and ways of evaluation in informatics class on the theme “Information processes. Information transmission” when using the project approach are described.

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.

Since the aluminum alloy quenching is a complicated and a prompt heat-pressure coupling processing, traditional experimental tests and empirical judgments cannot explain and predict the physical and the force behavior completely during the quenching process. Dynamic simulation of the quenching process is conducted using the finite analysis method. Development laws of the stress and the strain field of the surface layer and core of the alloy during the quenching process are described based on the verification of the simulation. States and process history of the stress and the strain in each phase during the quench are obtained, which provides ponderable data and theoretical value for a fully understanding of the aluminum alloy quenching.

The power blackout on 4th August 2019 in Banten, Jakarta, West Java, few areas of Central Java caused lots of impacts to citizens. This case is directly related to the public interest, so that the majority of mass media including cyber media reported related information. The purpose of this study is to describe how Okezone.com constructs controversial facts or issues to frame a story into news and to discuss how to apply the Journalistic Code of Ethics (KEJ) in framing the news. The theory used is news as media content as well as online media and journalism. This research is approaching qualitative descriptive with Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki framing model analysis method, the author then examines the application of KEJ clause 1 to 4 in the framing data of the related news. The results showed that Okezone.com framed the coverage of the August 4th, 2019 power blackout using the principle of covering both sides. Okezone.com packed controversial issues related to the point of view that cornered and lended negative public opinion to PLN. Then, Okezone.com was still quite good in applying KEJ clause 1 to 4, because only the rules of clause 2 are indicated to be ignored in the reporting of electricity blackout on August 4th, 2019. Peristiwa blackout listrik pada 4 Agustus 2019 di daerah Banten, Jakarta, Jawa Barat, hingga sebagian Jawa Tengah, menimbulkan banyak dampak yang dirasakan oleh warga. Kasus ini berkaitan langsung dengan kepentingan publik, sehingga sebagian besar media massa termasuk media siber memberitakan informasi terkait. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Okezone.com mengkonstruksikan fakta atau isu yang kontroversial untuk membingkai suatu peristiwa menjadi berita serta untuk menggambarkan bagaimana aplikasi Kode Etik Jurnalistik (KEJ) dalam pembingkaian beritanya. Teori yang digunakan adalah berita sebagai konten media serta media dan jurnalistik online. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis framing model Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki, lalu penulis mengkaji penerapan KEJ pasal 1 sampai dengan pasal 4 dalam data kerangka framing pemberitaan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Okezone.com membingkai pemberitaan mengenai blackout listrik 4 Agustus 2019 dengan menerapkan prinsip cover both side. Okezone.com mengemas isu-isu kontroversial terkait dengan menonjolkan sudut pandang yang cenderung menyudutkan dan berpotensi menggiring opini publik negatif terhadap pihak PLN. Kemudian, Okezone.com masih cukup baik dalam menerapkan KEJ pasal 1 hingga pasal 4, karena hanya kaidah pasal 2 yang beberapa terindikasi diabaikan dalam pemberitaan blackout listrik 4 Agustus 2019.
