The power blackout on 4th August 2019 in Banten, Jakarta, West Java, few areas of Central Java caused lots of impacts to citizens. This case is directly related to the public interest, so that the majority of mass media including cyber media reported related information. The purpose of this study is to describe how Okezone.com constructs controversial facts or issues to frame a story into news and to discuss how to apply the Journalistic Code of Ethics (KEJ) in framing the news. The theory used is news as media content as well as online media and journalism. This research is approaching qualitative descriptive with Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki framing model analysis method, the author then examines the application of KEJ clause 1 to 4 in the framing data of the related news. The results showed that Okezone.com framed the coverage of the August 4th, 2019 power blackout using the principle of covering both sides. Okezone.com packed controversial issues related to the point of view that cornered and lended negative public opinion to PLN. Then, Okezone.com was still quite good in applying KEJ clause 1 to 4, because only the rules of clause 2 are indicated to be ignored in the reporting of electricity blackout on August 4th, 2019. Peristiwa blackout listrik pada 4 Agustus 2019 di daerah Banten, Jakarta, Jawa Barat, hingga sebagian Jawa Tengah, menimbulkan banyak dampak yang dirasakan oleh warga. Kasus ini berkaitan langsung dengan kepentingan publik, sehingga sebagian besar media massa termasuk media siber memberitakan informasi terkait. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Okezone.com mengkonstruksikan fakta atau isu yang kontroversial untuk membingkai suatu peristiwa menjadi berita serta untuk menggambarkan bagaimana aplikasi Kode Etik Jurnalistik (KEJ) dalam pembingkaian beritanya. Teori yang digunakan adalah berita sebagai konten media serta media dan jurnalistik online. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis framing model Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki, lalu penulis mengkaji penerapan KEJ pasal 1 sampai dengan pasal 4 dalam data kerangka framing pemberitaan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Okezone.com membingkai pemberitaan mengenai blackout listrik 4 Agustus 2019 dengan menerapkan prinsip cover both side. Okezone.com mengemas isu-isu kontroversial terkait dengan menonjolkan sudut pandang yang cenderung menyudutkan dan berpotensi menggiring opini publik negatif terhadap pihak PLN. Kemudian, Okezone.com masih cukup baik dalam menerapkan KEJ pasal 1 hingga pasal 4, karena hanya kaidah pasal 2 yang beberapa terindikasi diabaikan dalam pemberitaan blackout listrik 4 Agustus 2019.

Abstrak. Terjadinya pandemi covid-19 telah banyak membawa perubahan secara global, kerugian dari berbagai sektor ikut dirasakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia khususnya dalam bidang tenaga kerja yang saat ini mengalami penurunan omset pada setiap perusahaan. Portal berita media online menjadi alat masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai penyebaran wabah covid-19 terutama terkait dengan kinerja pemerintah dalam menangani lonjakan pengangguran yang saat ini sedang terjadi akibat banyaknya tindakan berupa pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeksripsikan framing berita media online terkait dengan efektivitas kinerja pemerintah dalam menanggulangi tingginya kasus PHK di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis framing Robert M. Entman, dengan objek penelitian dari dua portal berita yang membahas kinerja pemerintah dalam menghadapi lonjakan pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) pada Tirto.id dan CNN Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Tirto.id maupun CNN Indonesia memperlihatkan sisi positif dan negatif dari masalah tersebut, namun yang cukup terlihat yaitu sisi negatif dari pernyataan dan juga kritik yang dimasukkan dalam isi beritanya sedangkan CNN Indonesia dalam mengemas berita mengenai masalah tersebut dari sisi pro dan kontra. Namun yang lebih terlihat yaitu sisi pro.Kata Kunci : Analisis Framing, Berita, Covid-19, Media online, PHK. ABSTRACT. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes globally, losses from various sectors are also felt by the Indonesian people, especially in the field of labor, which is currently experiencing a decline in turnover at each company. Online media news portals are a tool for the public to find out information about the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, especially related to the government's performance in dealing with the spike in unemployment that is currently happening due to the many actions in the form of layoffs (layoffs). The purpose of this study was to describe the online media news framing related to the effectiveness of government performance in overcoming the high number of layoffs in Indonesia. The research method used is the Robert M. Entman framing analysis method, with the object of research from two news portals that discuss the government's performance in dealing with a spike in layoffs (PHK) at Tirto.id and CNN Indonesia. The results show that both Tirto.id and CNN Indonesia show the positive and negative sides of the problem, but what is quite visible is the negative side of the statement and also the criticism that is included in the content of the news, while CNN Indonesia in packaging news about the problem from the pro and counter. Abstrak Desa Kepuhsari Kecamatan Manyaran, Kabupaten Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah, sudah sejak lama dikenal sebagai sentra produksi wayang kulit tatah sungging. Proses pembuatannya yang rumit dengan bahan kulit dan tanduk berkualitas dikemas menjadi produk yang ekslusif. Hasil tatah sunggingnya terkenal tebal, rapi, dan halus sehingga menjadi salah satu produk unggulan dari Kabupaten Wonogiri. Bahkan, pada tahun 2014 pemerintah telah memberi identitas pada Desa Kepuhsari sebagai ‘Kampung Wayang’. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dianalisa dengan metode analisis model interaktif, serta divalidasi dengan triangulasi data ini, mampu menemukenali beberapa potensi di Desa Kepuhsari berupa potensi SDM, alam, wisata budaya dan religi, anyaman bambu, cinderamata, kelompok seni pertunjukan, serta utamanya berupa kerajinan wayang kulit tatah sungging. Kemudian juga menemukan upaya internal yang sudah dilakukan oleh pengelola Kampung Wayang dan pemerintah setempat berupah pembentukan Pokdarwis Tetuko, pengelolaan Kampung Wayang, serta pengembangan industri kreatif untuk perajin wayang tatah sungging. Berdasar temuan data menyoal potensi dan upaya internal tersebut maka dapat dirumuskan beberapa strategi dalam upaya penguatan branding Desa Kepuhsari sebagai Destinasi Wisata Kampung Wayang Tatah Sungging agar keberadaannya tetap eksis dan makin dikenal oleh masyarakat luas baik dalam maupun luar negeri. Kata kunci: industri kreatif, branding, destinasi wisata, kampung wayang, kewirausahaan   Abstract Kepuhsari Village of Manyaran Sub District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java has been long known as wayang kulit tatah sungging production centre. Its elaborate production process with high-quality leather and animal horn material is packaged into exclusive product. Its tatah sungging product is neat, thick, and fine, thereby becoming one of superior products in Wonogiri Regency. Even in ­­­­2014 the government had identified Kepuhsari Village as “Kampung Wayang (Puppet Village). Through research conducted with descriptive qualitative approach, analyzed by interactive model analysis method, and validated by triangulation data, we able to identify some potency in Kepuhsari Village in the form of human resource potential, nature, cultural and religious tourism, woven bamboo, souvenir, performance art, and especially wayang kulit tatah sungging production. Another finding is the internal efforts that have been done by the manager of Wayang Village and the local government in form of Pokdarwis Tetuko, the management of Wayang Village, and the development of creative industries for tatah sungging artists. Based on the findings of the data questioning the potential and internal efforts can be formulated several strategies in efforts to strengthen the branding of Kepuhsari Village as a Tatah Sungging Tourism Village and retain its existence and to be widely known by the public both domestic and foreign.  Keywords: creative industry, branding, tourist destination, puppets village, entrepreneurship

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pelangaran dari pemberitaan” Pasien Positif Corona di Indonesia Bertambah Jadi 19 Orang” Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah media online “CNNI”. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Etika, Etika Komunikasi, Komunikasi massa, Jurnalistik, Kode Etik Jurnalistik dan berita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis) kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan aspek-aspek dan karakteristik dari suatu pesan, menggambarkan secara lengkap suatu pesan yang ada pada teks berita. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pelanggaran Kode Etik Jurnalistik oleh portal berita CCN I dengan Headline” Pasien Positif Corona di Indonesia Bertambah Jadi 19 Orang”. Dengan masih adanya pelanggaran Kode Etik Jurnalistik oleh CNNI diharapkan agar lebih memperhatikan kesalahan-kesalahan dalam pemberitaannya. Lebih memperhatikan Kode Etik Jurnalistik dan objektivitas pemberitaan dalam hal memproduksi sebuah berita. Abstract This study aims to determine the form of violation of the news "Corona Positive Patients in Indonesia Increase to 19 People". The object of this research is the online media "CNNI". The theories used in this research are Ethics, Communication Ethics, Mass Communication, Journalism, Journalistic Code of Ethics, and news. This study uses a quantitative content analysis method with a descriptive approach to describe the aspects and characteristics of a message, fully describing a message in the news text. The results of this study indicate a violation of the Journalistic Code of Ethics by the CCNI news portal with the headline "Corona positive patients in Indonesia have increased to 19 people". With the ongoing violations of the Journalistic Code of Ethics by CNNI, it is hoped that they will pay more attention to errors in their reporting. Pay more attention to the Journalistic Code of Ethics and the objectivity of reporting in terms of producing news.

Covid-19 was first known in Wuhan, China in December 2019. The virus that attacks the respiratory system began to enter Indonesia in early March 2020. This virus is a new phenomenon in the world and takes many lives and must be broadcast so that the public continues to know the condition. current, educated and receive the information received in full. The formulations of the problems to be achieved include 1) how the Okezone.com editorial team spreads the news referred to from the Journalistic Code of Ethics on Covid-19 news, 2) how the Okezone.com editorial publishes news according to the 5W + 1H news elements in covid-19 news. The purpose of the research carried out by the author is to explain how Okezone.com implements 5W + 1H in Covid-19 news which is applied from a journalistic code of ethics. The theory taken for the research is online journalism, online media, and mass communication. Based on the content analysis in this study, the authors conclude that the Okezone editorial team makes news according to facts from the place of the event or from the source, everyone has the same rights in the news, besides writing news there is no coercion and other people's interference, no opinion. journalist personal. The Okezone editorial team always ensures that the news to be disseminated must contain 5W + 1H news elements. The 5W + 1H elements are usually placed in the opening paragraph and body of the news.Covid-19 dikenal pertama kali di Wuhan, Tiongkok pada bulan Desember 2019. Virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan ini mulai masuk ke Indonesia pada awal Maret 2020. Virus ini merupakan fenomena baru di dunia dan memakan banyak korban jiwa harus terus disiarkan agar masyarakat terus mengetahui kondisi terkini, teredukasi serta menerima informasi yang diterima secara utuh. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini antara lain 1) bagaimana redaksi Okezone.com menyebarkan berita yang dirujuk dari Kode Etik Jurnalistik pada pemberitaan covid-19, 2) bagaimana redaksi Okezone.com mempublikasikan berita sesuai unsur berita 5W+1H dalam berita covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dikerjakan oleh penulis yaitu untuk menjelaskan cara Okezone.com menerapkan 5W+1H dalam berita Covid-19 yang diaplikasikan dari kode etik jurnalistik. Teori yang diambil untuk penelitian ialah jurnalistik online, media online, dan komunikasi massa. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan campuran dan metode analisis isi. Berdasarkan dari analisis isi dalam penelitian ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa redaksi Okezone membuat berita sesuai fakta yang dari tempat peristiwa atau dari narasumber, setiap orang memiliki hak yang sama dalam berita, selain itu penulisan berita tidak ada paksaan dan campur tangan orang lain, tidak ada opini pribadi jurnalis. Redaksi Okezone senantiasa memastikan bahwa berita yang akan disebarkan harus berisi unsur berita 5W+1H.

Our lifestyle and work patterns are undergoing changes. One of them is the implementation of the Work From Home (WFH) system which is triggered by the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic that is sweeping the world. WFH was considered as one of the most effective steps to reduce the spread of the pandemic. However, WFH also has shortcomings which cannot facilitate the work process optimally, both physically and psychologically. In this day and age, the boundaries between working and living are slowly fading away and are no longer distinctly separate. Work or live activities no longer require their respective spaces, but can also be done in the same space. In connection with the concept of future dwelling, the public-private blurring character can be an important point that is fit with the characteristics of future residents (millennial generation workers) who are more concerned with quality than quantity of space. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method which goes through several stages starting with the identification of issues, the search for theory and literacy, data analysis, and the formation of design concepts. This project is designed as a form of a new typology of work, based on the characteristics of Work, Play & Live that specially designed for the millenials. The Co- Dwell is a cooperative communal housing project that can accommodate and facilitate creative digital workers, who also develop along with the booming gig economy trend. Salah satunya adalah penerapan sistem Work From Home (WFH) yang dipicu oleh adanya penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia. WFH dinilai sebagai salah satu langkah paling efektif untuk menekan penyebaran pandemi. Namun, WFH juga memiliki kekurangan seperti tidak dapat memfasilitasi proses bekerja secara maksimal, baik secara fisik maupun psikologi. Pada masa sekarang ini, batasan antara bekerja dan berhuni perlahan memudar dan tidak lagi nyata terpisah. Kegiatan bekerja maupun berhuni tidak lagi membutuhkan ruang tersendiri, namun bisa juga dilakukan dalam satu ruang yang sama. Berhubungan dengan konsep berhuni masa depan, karakter blurring public-private ini bisa menjadi poin penting yang dianggap sesuai dengan karakteristik penghuni masa depan (generasi milenial) yang lebih mementingkan kualitas dibanding kuantitas ruang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang melalui beberapa tahap dimulai dengan identifikasi isu, pencarian teori dan literasi, analisis data, serta pembentukan konsep perancangan. Proyek ini dirancang sebagai bentuk tipologi baru berhuni-bekerja dengan dasar karakteristik Work, Play & Live yang dirancang khusus bagi pekerja generasi masa depan. The Co-Dwell merupakan suatu proyek hunian komunal kooperatif yang dapat menampung dan memfasilitasi kebutuhan khususnya para pekerja digital kreatif yang ikut berkembang seiring dengan maraknya tren gig economy. Proyek ini dirancang bertujuan untuk menjadi embrio bagi perkembangan fasilitas berhuni-bekerja masa depan.

Despite the fact that the criteria for allocation of donated livers have been laid down for years, these criteria may not help to select a potential recipient from those with the same medical requirements. This study used conjoint analysis method to determine the importance of certain non-medical factors from the public’s point of view. Through a population based study, a sample of 899 randomly selected persons filled a questionnaire where in each question the respondents had to choose one out of two hypothetical patients as the recipients of a donor liver considering their expressed characteristics. The collected data were analyzed by means of conjoint analysis method, and the importance of each characteristic was determined. According to the respondents the important criteria for allocation of donated livers included younger age, being married or breadwinner of the family, more than 3-year survival after transplantation, and having no role in causing the illness. Among the selected criteria, financial ability to pay post-operation costs had the least value on the selection. The findings of this study indicate that the public may values certain social and individual factors in case of multiple potential recipients with equal medical need for liver transplant.

This study aims to describe the public relations strategy in building the image of madrasas to become superior madrasahs in Malang City. This research was conducted in MAN 1 Malang City. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, and in data collection researchers used interview techniques, observation and documentation study. The main subjects in this study are public relations, school principals, teachers and students. The results of this research are: 1) Public Relations publishes activities to be carried out by MAN 1 Malang City and the achievements achieved by MAN 1 Malang City to the community through online media 2) Public Relations collaborates with government agencies, education and non-educational institutions 3) Public Relations prepare high quality graduates in accordance with the vision of MAN 1 Malang City, namely "The Realization of High Quality People in Science and Technology who are Humanist and Religious.

Rape to girls is categorized as violence that continuously happened. This research looks at the sexual harrasement phenomena from the perpetrator’s point of view. Many cases indicate that the subject often has close connection with the victims such as neighbour, relative, teacher, grandfather, father, or even young underage male surrounding the victims. It means that both victims and the subjects are psychologically immature but for several reasons they have to involve in a situation which destruct their future. Therefore, there is a need to frame various factors that drive the subject for doing sexual harrasement. By using materials on the newspaper, this research employs qualitative-descriptive method that purposively uses Jawa Pos news as single resource of the data. The result shows that particular places affect the subject in conducting their action. There are four places that are usually used as a site of sexual harrasement. First is in the area that is hidden and safe from observations of the surrounding environment, especially in the victim's home. Second, other areas prone to the occurrence of acts of rape are zones completely open and away from the reach of community control, such as on the streets, in public places, in a quiet courtyard, at the cemetery, and so on. Third, the place is usually chosen to rape, one of them is in school. Fourth, in the region in the eyes of the public is viewed as an area of "gray" and was common permissive life, such as in a hotel or inn.

Development of technology, communications and the internet make people life easier and faster. Online systems provide changes to buy foods & goods, reserve online transportation even to get consultation with doctor. This research aims to examine the legal aspects of online consultation between doctor and patient or users, about the limitations that can be given in the consultation. The method used is the normative juridical method, using secondary data in the form of books, journals, articles and related regulations and data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive. The results of the study: (1). People can consult & communicate with doctors through the online medium by providing true information about their disease history, use of certain drugs and doctors would give the opinions according to the patient's information and the code of ethics; (2).
