This research aims to determine the effect of economic growth and local revenue on the level of regional financial independence in districts/cities in East Java province for the period 2006-2016. This study's secondary data sources came from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and The Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI) audit reports. We choose the panel data analysis technique to provide more information, more variation, less co-linearity between variables, more degree of freedom, and more efficiency. The results showed that the variables of economic growth and local own-source revenue, either alone or together, had a significant positive effect on the level of regional financial independence.

Fiscal decentralization is a policy made by the government to reduce fiscal dependence on the central government and create financial independence in the region. The independence of regional finance itself can be reflected through the high percentage of PAD revenue to total regional revenues. Where the existence of regional financial independence is expected to help implement regional development that can affect economic growth in the region. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of regional financial independence to economic growth of districts/cities in East Nusa Tenggara Province in 2012-2017. The results of study uses secondary data analysis tools to approach the data panel Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that the local revenue had significant positive effect on economic growth, equalization funds had no significant positive effect on economic growth.

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan dalam  menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dapat membuat kesejahteraan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat diartikan sebagai perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksi dalam masyarakat bertambah (Sukirno, 2010).  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh PAD, DAU dan DAK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Tomohon. Desentralisi berarti penyerahan urusan pemerintah dari pemerintah daerah tingkat atas kepada daerah (kuncoro, 2006). Semakin tinggi PAD yang diperoleh suatu daerah maka akan semakin tinggi pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut.  Menurut Brata (2004) yang dikutip oleh Adi dan Harianto (2007) menyatakan bahwa terdapat dua komponen penerimaan daerah yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yaitu PAD serta sumbangan dan bantuan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACTEconomic growth is one of the indicators used in determining the success of development. High economic growth can make people's welfare even better Economic growth can be defined as the development of activities in the economy that cause goods and services produced in the community increases (Sukirno, 2010).  The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on economic growth in Tomohon City. Decentralization means the handover of government affairs from upper level regional governments to regions (kuncoro, 2006). The higher the PAD obtained by a region, the higher the economic growth in the region. According Brata (2004) cited by Adi and Harianto (2007) states that there are two components of local revenue that significantly positive effect on regional economic growth that is PAD and donations and assistance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the local income of Bali Province, to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits, average tourist expenditure, and local income on the economic growth of Bali Province, and to analyze the role of income. native areas in mediating the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the economic growth of Bali Province. The data used in this research is secondary data, with the method of observation by observing documents or secondary data sources that are related. This study uses time series data with a total of 30 years of observations from 1990-2019, with the analysis technique used is Path Analysis. This study shows the results that the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure have a positive and significant effect on local income in Bali Province. The number of tourist visits, the average tourist expenditure and local revenue have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province. Own-source revenue mediates the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on economic growth in Bali Province.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of regional revenue, capital expenditures, labor and small and medium enterprises towards the regional economic growth in the Regencies in Sulawesi Island. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. Based on the results of the panel data analysis using EViews 8.0 program processing tools, the results indicate that in partial local revenue, capital expenditures, labor, small and medium enterprises have significant positive effect on regional economic growth in the Regency/City of the island of Sulawesi. Another  conclusion  of  the  results  in  this  research  are  feasible  estimated regression model is used to explain the economic growth of the Regency/City of the island of Sulawesi.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of local revenue and equalization fund on the economic growth and the poverty of regencies/cities in the East Nusa Tenggara Province. Sample in this study consists of 21 regencies/cities in the East Nusa Tenggara Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, time series and cross-sectional data of regencies/cities since 2007 to 2016. Data are examined by using SEM-based variant named WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that the local revenue had significant positive effect on economic growth, local revenue had significant negative effect on poverty, equalization fund had no significant negative effect on economic growth and poverty, and economic growth had no significant nega­tive effect on poverty.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the demand and supply of labor in West Sumatra. This study used secondary data using a total of 19 objects by district / city in West Sumatra (2013-2017). The purpose of this study is to explain and empirically prove the effect of fiscal decentralization and financial performance on economic growth in the districts / cities of South Sulawesi province. The sample in this study consisted of 3 regions in the form of cities and 21 in the form of districts in the province of South Sulawesi with observational data of 3 (three) years. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from local government financial reports. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that fiscal decentralization has a negative and not significant effect on economic growth while financial performance has a significant positive effect on economic growth.

Happiness is the main goal in life. To measure someone's happiness is not easy, many opinions have emerged. Some say happiness can be measured through the satisfaction of one's life, some say happiness is measured through one's income, education, and health. The number of people's opinions to measure one's happiness appears as an indicator of happiness. At present, there are 48 indicators. One of the most accurate is HPI. The HPI indicator is very important for a country to increase the happiness of its people. Example: life expectancy in a country will increase and unemployment will decrease because a person has extensive knowledge and knowledge that is needed both by himself and the company that will accept him as his employee. The purpose of this study is to find out how HDI influences, life expectancy, unemployment on the level of happiness of people in ASIA. In this study using secondary data sources conducted by taking HDI data, life expectancy, unemployment in ASIA, and HPI data on ASIA. The results of the analysis using quantitative methods indicate that the independent variables namely HDI, life expectancy, and unemployment. Has a significant positive effect on the HPI dependent variable.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of the local revenue, the balance fund, the capital expenditure and the private investment on economic growth. This research is an exploratory study conducted on 19 regency/city government in West Sumatera Province. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study found that: 1) The local revenue of the region has no significant effect on economic growth, 2) the Balance fund has a significant positive impact on economic growth, 3) the Capital expenditure has a significant positive effect on economic growth, 4) the Private investment has a significant positive effect on economic growth.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian state-owned enterprise website in 2016 - 2018. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data from company financial and annual report, the sample consists of 65 stated-owned companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consists of  the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis known that capital structure has a insignificant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, and company size has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of this study are expected to be useful for managers in making decisions related to company management, beneficial for investors in choosing investments, and being useful as a reference for further researchers who studying profitability variables
