The purpose of this study was to analyze the demand and supply of labor in West Sumatra. This study used secondary data using a total of 19 objects by district / city in West Sumatra (2013-2017). Data analysis technique used was panel data analysis using eviews 9. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis using eviews 9. Based on the analysis results it was found that wages do not have a significant positive effect and GRDP has a significant positive effect on labor supply. Keyword: supply of labor. wage, gdp

This study aims to 1) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending strategies, 2) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending, 3) analyze the effect of lending strategies on lending, 4) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending through lending strategies as mediator. The study was conducted in Bali province, using a combination of primary and secondary data. Using the technique of population samples or saturated samples. Partial Least Square (PLS) is a data analysis technique used. The results of the analysis show that 1) the health of rural banks to the strategy of lending has a significant positive effect, 2) the health of rural banks to lending has a significant positive effect, 3) the strategy of lending to lending has a significant positive effect, 4) the health of rural banks indirectly affects lending through lending strategies as a significant mediator for rural banks in Bali province.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian state-owned enterprise website in 2016 - 2018. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data from company financial and annual report, the sample consists of 65 stated-owned companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consists of  the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis known that capital structure has a insignificant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, and company size has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of this study are expected to be useful for managers in making decisions related to company management, beneficial for investors in choosing investments, and being useful as a reference for further researchers who studying profitability variables

The aim of this research to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership (MOWN) on Company value (Tobins) mediated by devidend Policy (DPR) in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for perid of 2013-2017. The population on this study were 14 companies with 7 companies that became the study sample. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. The method used is quantitative by emphasizing numeral data. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique using the path analysis test. The results showed that managerial ownership had a significant positive effect on firm value; Managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on Devidend Policy; Devidend policy has a positive effect on company value; and Devidend policy mediates between managerial ownership of company value.

The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to determine the effect of economic growth and local revenue on the level of regional financial independence in districts/cities in East Java province for the period 2006-2016. This study's secondary data sources came from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and The Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI) audit reports. We choose the panel data analysis technique to provide more information, more variation, less co-linearity between variables, more degree of freedom, and more efficiency. The results showed that the variables of economic growth and local own-source revenue, either alone or together, had a significant positive effect on the level of regional financial independence.

:The purpose of this study was to determine whether awareness of taxpayers, firmness of sanctions, and services of Fiscus has a positive and significant impact on compliance of corporate taxpayers in South Makassar KPP both partially and simultaneously. Data obtained from 100 respondents registered as Corporate Taxpayers at the Makassar South Tax Office. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the awareness of taxpayers and Fiscus Services has a positive and significant effect while the firmness of sanctions is not a significant positive effect on corporate taxpayers compliance in South Makassar KPP

This study aims to determine the effect of DPK, FDR, Profit Sharing and NPF on the profitability of BPD Syariah in Indonesia in 2014-2017. Measurement of profitability using ROA ratio. The data used are secondary data obtained through the financial report of BPD Syariah. This research method using quantitative approach by using regression panel data analysis technique at 11 banks that match with sample criterion by using software EViews 10.0. The result of statistikal test shows that the variable of DPK and NPF has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of BPD Syariah. While the variable of FDR and Financing of Profit Sharing have no significant effect to profitability of BPD Syariah.Keywords: DPK, FDR, Profit Loss Sharing, NPF, Profitability, Islamic Development Bank

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

The composition of digitalization and financial technology has brought about a new development model for the agriculture sector. What is the impact of digitization on India’s farmers? To answer this issue, this article examines the effects of digitalization on farmers in India using secondary data from 2018 to 2020, based on the idea of digitalization. It analyses the transmission of digitalization among Indian farmers using panel data analysis. The conclusions are as follows: Farmers' income can be significantly increased by digitalization, and farmers' digitization has resulted in agriculture sector development and contributed to economic progress.

This studyaimed to examine the effect of budgeting participation, public accountability and job relevant information to managerial performance. This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study are 39 Regional Organizations (OPD) of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used the Total Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire consisting of 3 respondents in each OPD so that the questionnaire distributed was 117 questionnaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS version 20.00 program. The result of the study showed participation has a significant positive effect on managerial performance. However public accountability and job relevant information have no effect on managerial performance.
