    Breast milk contains substance known as IgA for the defense system in digestive tract against infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and working mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in Sidomulyo, Stabat. The type of research used is a descriptive analytic survey using a cross sectional study. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with 150 as population and 30 people is involved as the research sample.  The data analysis applied chi square test to determine the relationship between two variables. The results of this study revealed that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge of exclusive breast feeding with a significant level (ɑ) = 5% (0.05) and df = 2, the result is value = 0.026 at df = 2 where sig <ɑ (0.026 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.  Therefore, mothers are advised to continue to provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies even though they work by storing breast milk in the refrigerator.

Exclusive breastfeeding is the only breast milk given to infants without additional other liquids without solid food for six additional 6 months. Breastfed babies have a greater chance of early success exclusive breastfeeding. Based on preliminary studies in December 2015 in BPM Khairani Asnita, in the know of 20 people who gave birth to entirely successfully perform IMD but only 3-5 people who exclusively breastfed rest melanjutlan with formula. The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who carry BPM Khairani Asnita IMD in Riau Province in 2015. This type of research is analytic survey with cross sectional study design. The population is mothers delivered in BPM Khairani Asnita and do IMD with babies aged 16-12 months amounted to 60 m people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Bivariate data analysis with test of chi-square test. Based on the results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of mothers breastfeed as much as 56.7% exclusive. The results of the bivariate analysis pvalue values obtained for each variable with α 0.05 is for attitude p = 0.000, husband support the value of p = 0.004, p = success IMD 0,007, maternal age the value of p = 0.031. The conclusion of this study that the attitude of the mother, husband support, the success of IMD and the mother's age is a factor that affects exclusively breastfeeding mothers do IMD in BPM Khairani Asnita Year 2015. It is expected the next BPM Khairani Asnita able to reassure patients who visit or maternity there for can give only breast milk until the child is 6 months old, as well as explaining the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for babies and mothers.

Air susu ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan bayi yang terbaik. ASI tidak dapat digantikan oleh makanan atau minuman apapun walaupun ibu dalam keadaan bekerja di luar rumah, faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu bekerja adalah sikap ibu bekerja, dukungan sarana, atasan dan suami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap, dukungan sarana, atasan dan suami terhadap keberhasilan ibu menyusui pada ibu bekerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah ibu menyusui yang bekerja, menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square dengan taraf kesalahan 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sikap ibu bekerja, dukungan sarana, atasan dan suami berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pemberian asi eksklusif oleh ibu bekerja (p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara keberhasilan pemberian asi eksklusif dengan sikap ibu, dukungan sarana, atasan dan suami.   Breast Milk is the best baby food. Breast milk can not be replaced by any other food or drink even if the mother is working outside the home. The factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding in working mother are the attitude of mother, the support of the facilities, supervisor and husband. The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship of attitude, support facilities, supervisor and husband to the success of exclusive breastfeeding of working mother. The analytical descriptive with cross sectional approach was used in this study. The population and sample of the study were working mothers, with total sampling. Data collection was done directly through closed questionnaire and analyzed by Chi square test with error level 0,05. The result of this study was the attitude of working mother, support of facilities, supervisor and husband influence the succesfull of exclusive breastfeeding of working mother (p <0,05). The conclusion of the study was exclusive breastfeeding correlated to mother's attitude, support facilities, supervisor and husband significantly.

Breastfeeding is a natural process but often mothers fail to breastfeed more than theyshould. Lots of moms who choose not to give Exclusive Breast Milk. The problem of this research isthe low level of Exclusive Breastfeeding in Lebeng Timur Village Pasongsongan Sub-district by4.5% from the target of 90%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between jobsand mother attitude with giving of exclusive ASI in Lebeng Timur Village Pasongsongan SubDistrict.The design of this study is Cross Sectional Study. The sample sum a 40 nursing mothers whohave infants aged> 6-12 months taken using proportionate random sampling technique. The dataanalyzed using Chi- square test.The results showed that some of the respondents work (65%), had positive attitude (47,5%),and only (37,5%) respondents give exclusive breastfeeding. There is a relation between jobs(p=0.000) and the attitude of the breastfeeding mother (p=0,012) whit the exclusive breastfeeding.Mothers, particularly career mothers, are suggested to always give breast milk so that they couldpromote to the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

The correlation between baby’s suck and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The mothers feel reluctant to breastfeed their babies even though the exclusive breastfeeding has become a government’s propaganda. The pre-data taken from 15 breastfeeding mothers inform that 60% had a low breast milk production. Purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between baby’s suck and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in RSI Jemursari Surabaya.The design of study was analytic-observational done by applying cross sectional approach. The population involved all breastfeeding mothers as imumnunization visiting the hospital with their babies, totally 18 people, in which 17 respondents were taken by using probability sampling technique. The instrument used for collecting the data was a checklist. The variables used in this study were baby’s suck and breast milk production. The data were analyzed by using Chi-Square test with the significance level α = 0.05.The result of study showed that nearly all of the babies (94.1%) sucked correctly, whereas nearly all of the mothers (88.2%) had sufficient breast milk production. Moreover, the result of statistic test showed that p = 0.018 with the significance level α = 0.05 so that p < α. It also meant that H0 was rejected. The conclusion of study often the babies suck correctly, breast milk is produced. Hence, the breastfeeding mothers to still maintaining for breastfeed their baby with train them how to breastfeed correctly to increase breast milk production.

Diarrhea is a symptom of infection in the intestinal tract with the second death rate in the world in children under five years of age. Risk factors for the incidence of diarrhea in children under five are host factors that increase susceptibility to diarrhea, not giving exclusive breastfeeding (ASI), not giving breastfeeding for 2 years, malnutrition, measles and immunodeficiency. Breastfeeding (ASI) contains the best nutrients that match the needs of the baby and exclusive breastfeeding is carried out from birth to the first six months without any additional food or drink. Several studies have shown that the immunity content of breastfeeding is able to coat the gastrointestinal mucosa and protect the digestive tract from incoming pathogens. The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea in children aged 6-24 months at Puskesmas Aek Parombunan, Sibolga Selatan in 2019. The research design used was observational analytic cross-sectional with the criteria for the research sample of toddlers aged 6-24 months. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. The research instrument was a medical record and data analysis used the chi-square test. Based on the results of the study, there was a relation between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea.

Early menstruation in adolescents can be influenced by nutritional status and nutrients consumed by teenagers. This studyaims to determine the relationship of nutrient intake and nutritional status on the incidence of early menstruation at SMPN 1East Kabaena. This research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study were allstudents of SMPN 1 East Kabaena as many as 94 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were obtainedusing a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. Results show thatfrom 42 adolescents who consumed enough energy, there were 25 people (59.5%) experienced early menstruation, andfrom 38 adolescents who consumed less protein, there were 29 people (76.3%) experienced early menstruation. While the33 adolescents who consumed less fat, there were 25 people (75.8%) experienced early menstruation, and of 37 teenagerswho consumed more carbohydrates, there were 24 people (64.9%) had normal menstruation, while from 37 teenagers whohad over-nutrition status, there were 24 people (60.0%) had normal menstruation. The results show that there is arelationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status with the incidence of early menstruation in female students atSMPN 1 East Kabaena.

Labor productivity can be affected by various factors such as shift work and overtime working , where the work shift is a method of division of time that has different working hours while overtime work or overtime working is a type of work that is done outside of normal working hours .This study aims to determine the relationship between the division of Nurse Shift and Overtime Working with Performance Productivity in the Inpatient Room of LabuangBaji Hospital in Makassar.This research is a type of Cross Sectional Study, this research was conducted by direct observation by researchers, the determination of the sample was carried out by total sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents who met the inclusion criteria, the relationship test was performed with the Chi-Square test with a significance level α <0.05.The results showed that there was no relationship between nurse shift with performance productivity using the Chi- Square test obtained ρ = 0, 203 and there was no relationship between overtime working with performance productivity using the chi square test obtained ρ = 0.603 . It is recommended to hospital agencies to routinely provide motivation to improve morale and work ethic so as to cause high dedication , the management also routinely conducts surveillance of nurse productivity .

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that children only be breastfed with breast milk (ASI) for at least six months in an effort to reduce child morbidity and mortality. Solid food should be given after the child is 6 months old, and breastfeeding continued until the child is two years old. Many factors will affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding including knowledge, education, occupation, problems with the mother's breast, and interest in formula milk promotion. This study aims to determine how the behavior of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding and the factors that influence it. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The independent variables of this study were education, mother's knowledge and husband's support, while the dependent variable is the mother's behavior in exclusive breastfeeding. The subjects in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months with multistage sampling technique. The statistical test in this study used the Chi Square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between mother's knowledge and mother's education with mother's behavior in exclusive breastfeeding (p>0.05), and there was a relationship between husband's support and mother's behavior in exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.000)

Breast milk was a food source to meet all the baby's needs for nutrients. Early initiation of breastfeeding may improve survival of children, improve health status, and improve brain development and motoric.  Efforts to improve the health of infants with exclusive breastfeeding can be done by involving students with the mentoring process. This studied aims to find out the level of success of mentoring by students on the provision of breastfeeding exclusive in Aceh Province. The project design was cross-sectional study with a number of subjects were 86 infant under two years. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling. Data analyses using Chi-Square test. The results of the studied found that of 43 respondents who received a breastmilk income, 76,7% gave exclusive breastfeeding and 23,3% did not give exclusive breastfeeding.  Then of 43 respondents who did not get the assistance, as 53,5% gave exclusive breastfeeding, and 46,5% did not give exclusive breastfeeding. Results known to have a significant relationship between mentoring with exclusive breastfeeding (p= 0,020). Students mentoring is effective in increasing the provision of exclusive breastfeeding to infant under two years of age. ASI merupakan sumber makanan untuk memenuhi semua kebutuhan nutrisi pada bayi. Inisiasi menyusui dini dapat meningkatkan kelangsungan hidup anak-anak, meningkatkan status kesehatan, dan meningkatkan perkembangan otak dan motorik. Upaya meningkatkan kesehatan bayi dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dapat dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa dengan proses pendampingan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pendampingan oleh siswa tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif di Provinsi Aceh. Desain penelitian adalah studi cross-sectional dengan jumlah subjek 86 anak di bawah dua tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dari hasil pendampingan oleh siswa terdapat 76,7% yang telah memberikan ASI eksklusif. Sedangkan tidak mendapatkan pendampingan hanya sebesar 53,5% yang memberikan ASI eksklusif. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pendampingan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif (p= 0,020). Kesimpulan, pendampingan siswa efektif dalam meningkatkan pemberian ASI eksklusif untuk bayi di bawah usia dua tahun. Saran, perlu penguatan kepada dinas pendidikan bahwa lintas sektor ini sangat bagus dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat.
