The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred to date has made learning activities that are usually carried out face-to-face, switch to networks by utilizing e-learning media. The transfer of learning activities to e-learning media has advantages and disadvantages so that it needs to be evaluated. This evaluation is carried out to see to what extent the service quality of e-learning media is used in learning activities. One way to assess service quality is using the e-service quality method. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of e-learning services. The service quality assessment factors used in this study are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used in this research is quantitative method and the data collection period starts from August 2020 to February 2021. 174 students was participated in this study, with the largest proportion being semester 7 students. The instrument used has good validity with a KMO value of more than 0, 5 and is reliable with a Cronbach's alpha value of more than 0.6. The final results of the study can be concluded that five factors measuring the quality of electronic services can be used to measure the quality of electronic learning services and the most influential factor is the assurance factor.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a rapid shift in student education style from face-to-face to electronic learning. Since the education satisfaction index is considered as a measure of the quality of educational services, therefore, this study aimed to assess E-Learning Satisfaction (ELS) in medical and non-medical students during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Articles that had been published from 22 Dec 2019 to 4 Jan 2021 were identified through searching databases including PubMed, Scopus, Elsevier, Google Scholar, Web of Science and Iranian Scientific Information Database (SID), Health.barakatkns, IranDoc, Civilica and MagIran using the following keywords: “Distance learning”, “Virtual learning”, “E-Learning”, “Satisfaction”, “COVID 19”. We systematically reviewed all studies that reported ELS. In this study, meta-analysis was used to estimate the pooled ELS. Results: Overall, 184 records were identified by the electronic search, of which 24 relevant studies were included in meta-analysis. The pooled ELS in medical, non-medical and overall were 58.1% (50.5%-65.7%), 70.1% (66.8%-73.5%) and 63.8% (58.9%-68.8%) respectively. Conclusion: According to our results and lower ELS in medical students in comparison with non-medical students, designing new E-Learning methods for medical students has been suggested.

[Title: Moodle E-Learning, the 21st Century Physics Learning Media] A distinctive characteristic of 21st-century learning is digital communication, meaning that the learning process is no longer face to face course between teachers and students but is more of an internet-based (e-learning) modern learning. The process of implementing e-learning requires a Learning Management System (LMS) which functions to regulate the management of learning. One of the LMS that can be used in organizing e-learning learning is moodle. Moodle e-learning can be used as a medium to improve the quality of interactive learning and support for the implementation of blended learning. Through e-learning moodle learning material can be accessed anytime and anywhere, besides that the material can be enriched with various learning resources including multimedia, which can be quickly updated by the instructor. In addition, the facilities offered in moodle e-learning learning are able to display learning materials that are abstract in nature into material that can be witnessed in person. Material samples that are mostly abstract are material on physics subjects. Therefore, moodle electronic learning is expected to be able to help students master the concepts in physics learning.

E-learning is being widely deployed and gradually becoming a popular form of teaching in universities today. To achieve the quality of e-learning teaching requires the impact of many factors, in which the e-learning environment of students is important. This paper explored experiences on e-learning environment of students of The University of Danang - University of Foreign Language Studies (UD-UFLS) to improve e-learning environment of the university's students. The study refered to most students’ awareness of the importance of e-learning at university. The advantages and disadvantages of e-learning at the university (UD-UFLS) have also been identified. Through the results of the student survey, the content of the teacher's skills, the content of policies and management of e-learning activities, facilities and funding for e-learning implementation, class size, and student e-learning culture in e-learning are rated. The results of a questionnaire survey of 407 students of the UD-UFLS show a picture of students' e-learning environment and are the basis for proposing some measures to improve e-learning environment of the university's students.

Raharja College is one of the Universities that applies a learning method that is quite different, that is, it does not only rely on conventional learning systems where the KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities) is carried out by students and lecturers face-to-face, but also applying e-learning methods. learning or better known as the iLearning Education learning system at Raharja College. In its implementation, several devices are used to support the learning system starting from iDu (iLearning Education) as a media for interaction between Students and Lecturers as well as the Use of iLearning Media (IME) as a media that accommodates learning activities through the iLearning Education method. Then during the course of this method several questions arise about how valid the system is for the quality of the assessment and effectiveness of learning methods where it is deemed necessary to apply a measuring instrument that can measure system validity towards the quality and effectiveness of learning methods at Raharja College especially in the Independent class Study IL101A and IL101C. By using a descriptive method with a research survey approach conducted where the survey conducted found a problem solving that is the procurement of a measuring instrument that can later display historical data with certain categories in terms of the effectiveness of learning can be proven empirically through accurate data.

Education is a factor that determines human welfare so that it can be used as an indicator of the progress of a nation and state. The higher the quality of education of a nation and country, it is certain that the more developed and prosperous the nation and country will be. Educators are expected to be able to change the old paradigm in teaching, namely to convey as many lessons as possible with a new paradigm that emphasizes efforts to help students to be better able to understand, comprehend, or master concepts to solve a problem. The model uses a moodle application that offers a pleasant learning atmosphere, so students are invited to practice growing curiosity, responsibility, honesty and activeness of students. Moodle is a software package produced for internet-based learning activities and websites that use social constructionist pedagogy principles. Moodle is one of the applications of the concepts and mechanisms of teaching and learning that utilize information technology, which is known as the concept of electronic learning or e-learning. Moodle application is very good and interactive in online learning, thus making students not bored in distance learning during the pandemic.

Abstract Distance learning and e-learning have significantly developed in recent years. It is also due to changing educational requirements, especially for adults. The article aims to show the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. Examples of the 20-year use of the distance learning form of computer science describe the difficulties associated with the implementation and implementation of this form of teaching. The results of students in the full-time and distance form of teaching in the bachelor’s study of computer science are compared. Long-term findings show that distant students have significantly lower scores in the first years of study than full-time bachelor students. In the following years of study, the differences diminish, and students’ results are comparable. The article describes the possibilities of improving the quality of distance learning.

Five-star hotels are known by their immense competitiveness, first-class portrayal and are superior in level of extravagance, eccentricity, representation, sophistication and amenities. Slow growth of five-star hotels aggravates strong competition, thus forcing hotel businesses to be competitive. This study attempts to analyze service quality and brand awareness toward strategic competitiveness and its impact on the performance of XYZ Hotel. The study applies both quantitative and qualitative research, which were obtained from questionnaire distribution to 100 respondents who have stayed at the hotel, in-depth interview with the PR and Front Office managers, and Focus Group Discussion with managers and hotel experts from Jakarta and Tangerang. The finding suggests that service quality has no correlation with strategic competitiveness and no significant impact on performance. Thus, brand awareness was found to be the most influential factor on strategic competitiveness. However, it is necessitated that five-star hotel continuously improve the quality of its service and the factors associated with service quality.

This study was conducted out of the researcher’s teaching reflection while teaching English as a foreign language (EFL) online class during the pandemic of COVID-19, a time when face-to-face courses had to be converted to online classes. Her choice of educational tool for her EFL e-learning environment utilized a Facebook closed group. Her experiences in utilizing a Facebook closed group for her EFL e-learning environment and the students’ views were the main topics of this study. Eighteen EFL freshmen participants were selected in this study. The researcher used data from a questionnaire with some closed and open-ended questions. The findings indicated that the students found the Facebook closed group a comfortable, practical, and useful e-learning environment. The students’ familiarity with the interface helped them to immediately focus on the class activities instead of learning how to use the tool. Most students viewed the Facebook closed group as positive for class interactions, creative work, opinions, and express feelings. A few dislike voices were related to the display quality of Facebook, the asynchronous and silent communication on Facebook. Accordingly, utilizing a Facebook closed group might be worth considering for learners who have not been adequately prepared with the technology for joining an online class.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Customers Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey analitik. Pendekatan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling berjumlah 60 orang pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel pada bulan Desember tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Pelanggan
