The process of introduction of digital technologies in the process of cargo transportation were investigated. The process of implementing digital technologies is associated with certain competitive risks: on the one hand, there is a tendency to consolidate the market and the emergence of large multimodal transportation companies, which can lead to the abuse of a dominant position. On the other hand, now the industry can include companies that do not have a transport base, but only have an effective application platform. Regulators need to take into account new trends and develop their own services to obtain timely and reliable information about the state of competition in the market. The introduction of digital technologies leads to the emergence and development of new businesses and changes in competition in existing product markets. The field of freight, which existed before the fourth industrial revolution, also faced the need for strong changes in the digital transformation: changed the companies themselves, internal rules of conduct, ways of interaction between them and with regulators. Measures of economic regulation should take into account new trends in the development of industries and promote (or at least not hinder) further development, especially in key areas of the economy. Such areas include the transport sector, which is strategically important to support to improve the country's investment climate. Digitization, on the one hand, provides additional benefits for large market players, which can create barriers to entry, but on the other hand, it allows players to enter from "neighboring" markets through integrated services. Regulators need to take into account the application of such innovations, adapt legislation to reduce the risk of regulation and apply the experience of foreign countries. The subject of the study is the actual digitization and provision of digitization services in the circle of freight companies, as well as the tools that must be used. The object of research is digitalization services and their relevance today.

AbstractIn recent years, teachers have increasingly sought the use of didactic resources to support their classes, a fact that has been added with the arrival of digital technologies. In this context, the tendency has emerged that teachers have become creators of this type of resources, but leaving aside the systematization and the duty to share with their peers the experience of developing this type of resources. For this reason, the present work describes a concrete experience of developing a simulator with GeoGebra software for the study of a situation of free kick in football, using notions of parabolic movement. The elaboration of the simulator includes the resolution of seven "simulation tasks", which highlight the objects and mathematical processes that should justify the construction techniques used by the authors. Finally, some reflections derived from the simulator development experience are presented, which consider, on the one hand, the mathematical knowledge mobilized in the production of the simulator and, on the other hand, the actions and capabilities required for such an elaboration.ResumoNos últimos anos, professores têm procurado cada vez mais o uso de recursos didáticos para apoiar suas aulas, fato que foi acrescentado com a chegada das tecnologias digitais. Sign-Based Construction Grammar (sbcg) is, on the one hand, a formalized version of Berkeley Construction Grammar (bcg), and, on the other hand, a further development of constructionist Head-driven Phrase Structure Grammar (hpsg). The volume edited by Hans Boas and Ivan Sag is the first book length presentation of the framework. Its centerpiece is a 130-page synopsis of the theory by Ivan Sag. The other contributions to the volume provide background, justification, case studies, an extension to diachronic syntax and a presentation of the FrameNet Constructicon. This review gives a guided tour of the framework, explaining its central notions and assumptions, as well as the notation in which they are cast. It also compares the sbcg framework with other types of Construction Grammar and with hpsg. The case studies are summarized and briefly evaluated.

In this concluding article we discuss the three approaches to biographical stress and coping research presented in this issue, under four main headings. The first topic comprises the comparison of the three approaches with regard to their biographical features. In a second part we turn to the issue of coping and examine differences as well as similarities between the coping concept of Hans Thomae, on the one hand and that of Lazarus and Folkman on the other hand. The third and fourth of our discussion points deal with two central topics, that are accentuated in present personality psychology: the person‐situation issue and the idiographic‐nomothetic debate. With regard to both topics, we discuss the ideas and research findings which Lazarus and Folkman, as well as Thomae are contributing to these issues. We conclude our discussion of biographical approaches to stress and coping by proposing a person‐centred approach, that can be regarded as a further development of theoretical conceptualizations contained in the approaches of Lazarus and Thomae.

When talking about children’s abilities, they indeed cannot be separated from their educational or training background. Moreover, he has entered the working age that must have productivity in his work, especially at this time, where the era has entered the industrial revolution 4.0. The industrial revolution 4.0 is marked by the development of digitalization in various lines of life. On the one hand, the industrial revolution 4.0 had many positive impacts. However, on the other hand, as the McKinsey Global Institute states that as a result of the 4.0 industrial revolution in the next five years, there will be 52.6 million jobs that will decline and even disappear. This certainly will be a challenge for the centennial generation (children born from 1996-2011) at this time, which they have to survive with the existing conditions and situations. This paper will discuss several factors that describe and address issues such as what is meant by the centennial generation, literacy, and the urgency of literacy education for the centennial generation in the digital age. According to authors, thi is essential to discuss, given the increasingly rapid development and technological progress resulting in the loss of much work.

AbstractDigitalization and social innovation are often discussed separately and without any spatial reference or in relation to cities, although newer works show the importance of social innovation also for rural areas. Existing digitalization projects illustrate the potential of digital technologies for rural development. Current debates on smart villages refer to both digitalization and social innovation but still in a rather unsystematic way. The paper seeks to think together digitalization and social innovation in rural areas more systemically and proposes to conceptually connect them with the help of sensitizing concepts, which are developed out of debates on social and digital social innovation. Along these concepts, the paper explores rural digitalization projects in Germany. On the one hand, this highlights the spectrum of these initiatives and, on the other hand, provides a framework under which digitalization and social innovation can be analyzed and smart villages may be supported systematically.

The article examines the metric repertoire of poems by G.R. Derzhavin in the collected works prepared by himself (Vol. 1–4. St. Petersburg, 1808; Vol. 5. St. Petersburg, 1816). A statistical analysis of the metrics of poems in the first three volumes and in the 5th volume (Vol. 4, which contains dramatic works, was not considered) shows that two tendencies coexist in Derzhavin's work. On the one hand, a large number of poems are written in the usual meters, such as four-foot iambic or four-foot trochee, while statistically the number of poems written in such “usual” meters does not at all coincide with the general trends of the time. It can be assumed that in terms of the distribution of meters according to the number of verses, Derzhavin is ahead of his time. On the other hand, metric experiments are also not uncommon in the “Works”. The poet uses iambic and trochaic varieties, which are not very common in the late 18th – early 19th centuries, three-syllable meters; each volume contains polymetric compositions. There are also more radical experiments: for example, several logaedos or works in which the ancient metric is imitated, but ineptly, which leads to the emergence of texts such as “Polyhymnii”, whose size eventually coincides with the tactician. In the “Works” not all of Derzhavin’s poems are collected, but only those that he wanted to present to the public, therefore, we can assume that, since this corpus of verses was best known to the poet’s readers, including readers-poets, these verses, including number in terms of the choice of meters and their distribution over the volume of poems, could have the most obvious versification influence on the further development of Russian poetry among all the poet’s verses.

The new technology is based on the original four-color gill box, and adding the application of the controller. On the one hand, achieve the sliver color’s order can be matched at will, and every single sliver can be changed about the color and length, and the length of changeover portion can be designed easily, so that the final product color can be achieved in a color from deep to shallow gradients, and also can be two colors that is one of them becomes shallow gradually while another color deepened gradually; on the other hand, achieve the ratio of the colored sliver is adjustable without basal sliver feeding. In the other words, on the premise of output sliver thickness to maintain constant, the cross-section’s color of the sliver is ensured to be any independent color of the four feeding sliver colors, you can also have two or more color combinations. Using this new technology to produce the gradient product has been very popular in foreign countries, but is still rare in the domestic market. So this new technology will have positive effect on textile field, it can provide more new opportunities to the textile enterprises.

On the one hand, architectural knowledge advances very rapidly, with new types of materials and technological innovations entering the field and multiplying architectural invention. On the other hand, urban experts, architects and engineers often debate publicly uncertain urban knowledge and technologies, risky plans and daring designs, polarising opinion - as witnessed on numerous blogs, citizen forums and architecture websites. This radical transformation in building technologies, in the reliance upon experts and in the expansion of architectural networks could have remained practically invisible were it not for the presence of another phenomenon: the digitalisation of architecture and the availability of enormous Internet databases. The digital technologies at our command provide us with abundant resources to follow architectural controversies.

Abstract The article presents a reflection about the production of images in a post-digital context, addressing the influence of digital technologies on artisanal artistic practices. On the one hand, the productions in art since the modernity have evidenced overlapping of procedures and techniques, appropriations, amplification of languages and hybridity. On the other hand, the popularization of digital technologies and the incorporation of these on a large scale makes their presence in stages in the artistic processes happen in a naturalized way, even in those which do not hold the technologies as a central research question. We conclude that the changes that have taken place through the naturalization of digital technologies in our daily lives, and the way they are currently affecting us, offer a new look at the strategies used by artists and pose new problems for them.
