One of the main tasks of the environmental industry is innovation, which is now the key to technological progress. Technological and organizational-economic tools, especially in terms of nature management, environmental assessment and entrepreneurship, are aimed primarily at implementing effective, efficient measures aimed at overcoming the deep environmental crisis and ensuring conditions for sustainable development of the state. Technological and organizational-economic mechanisms of greening is a set of organizational forms and economic levers, the interaction of which allows to ensure the implementation of a recurring process aimed at improving the economic and environmental efficiency of social production and stimulating environmental measures. Green (eco-) entrepreneurship is an alternative vision of growth and development. It is necessary to rethink the theoretical approaches and clearly clarify the essence of the organizational and economic mechanism of sustainability of eco-enterprises for its effective formation and implementation of further research in this area. These breakthroughs are expected to lead to significant transformational changes in the functioning of society. These achievements promise significant social and economic benefits, increased efficiency and increased productivity in many areas. Innovations, including technological and organizational-economic tools focused on the collection, processing and analysis of vast arrays of information science data, will have implications for countless areas of research and development. An innovative methodological approach to the definition and justification of priority management technological and organizational and economic decisions for MAI, allows to involve experts in environmental, urban, social, economic direction of municipal authorities of a particular settlement, industrial, residential and military facilities, to justify management decisions environmental safety of settlements, etc. The advantages of the methodological approach include - the ability to link to a single algorithm to justify the solution of data that differ in content (ecological, biological in higher aquatic plants, urban, social and economic) and in the form of presentation (data of direct measurements, statistical and forecast estimates) to develop a single proposal for the application of modern management in practice.

Abstract Being in the industrial era 4.0, teachers as educators are required to understand technology more than their students. Teachers need to understand students' needs for technological developments so that classroom learning runs well. The development of learning media is one of the alternative solutions that can be used by teachers to meet the needs of students for technological developments. The purpose of research and development is to produce learning media products based on android applications from Microsoft PowerPoint on material for economic growth and development for class XI. This research and development uses the ADDIE model. The results of the research and development were obtained from the results of the feasibility test through filling out validation questionnaires with validators of material experts (lecturers), media experts (lecturers), learning practitioners (economics teachers), and test results with users (students) through small group trials and large group trial. The average result of the validation and testing as a whole obtained a score of 92.177 percent so that this research and development product is very valid and very feasible to be used as a learning medium.

This research aims to develop a "model of educative and attractive physical activity" (Majeda) based on children play as a mean for optimize kindergarteners’ growth and development. This research was using research and development of Borg and Gall. The research will be conducted in three stages: developing model, pilotting models, and the operational testing and dissemination of models. First phase of research to develop the model implemented by the following activities: preparing the model design, reviewing aspects of the teaching learning process in kindergarten, characteristics of kindergarterners, and the values and elements of motion in children play, choosing the format of Majeda, and validating the draft of Majeda. The result of analysis showed that the design of Majeda based on children play can be arranged, then validated by experts and practitioners.

The article actualizes scientific and practical approaches to the use of economic tools of nature management of countries and regions of the Economic Corridor. The features of economic regulation of environmental protection in Mongolia, the effect of some nature management tools in Russia and China are shown. An environmental and economic assessment of damage from anthropogenic activities, compensation payments and environmental protection investments of countries and regions is given. Positive dynamics are revealed, allowing to compensate for the amount of economic damage due to environmental pollution. Negative tendencies are identified that show a significant excess of economic damage from air pollution over pollution charges.

The rapid growth of technological advances in recent years has opened a completely new dimension to the progresses in education and training. The emergence of e-learning has created not only business and educational opportunities, but also significantly improved the standard of the society. This chapter explores into the implementation of e-learning and its impact on a community, similar to a university or corporate setup. To this aim, a brief introduction into e-learning technology and an example of using Blackboard Learning System are brought forth, along with some critical success factors. Projecting the e-learning advantages, along with the digital library concepts, the economic benefits of such implementation are highlighted. The thought of discussion then moves to the perspective of students and teachers on e-learning. As the trend in technological world is moving towards mobility, the wireless e-learning perception is also conferred. In the concluding remarks, the e-learning implementation is noted as a positive endeavor to boost the economic growth.

This chapter discusses the impact of mobile and wireless technologies on developing countries. The new technological advances and capabilities allow developing countries the opportunity to “leapfrog” years of wired technology and infrastructure development. Based on this study, it appears that mobile and wireless technologies will not be enough to truly advance developing countries. In order to truly “leapfrog” and make up for years of technological advancements, developing countries must consider dealing with government corruption, violation of human rights and extremely low literacy rates. All those factors will derail the effort to “leapfrog” and gain economic benefits from technological advancements. The Village Cell Phone Program is an example where mobile technology created a business opportunity while at the same time changing the role of women in society. Any implementation of mobile and wireless technology must be complemented with social and political reform in order to be successful.

The discussion of open innovation has always been centred on the organisation where innovation occurs. The focus would be on the inflow and outflow of knowledge into the organisation; several studies and cases published have addressed the concept around business (or government) organisations and their research and development (R&D) activities. The open innovation framework is based on a focal organisation, which is usually a business organisation that provides a platform for other organisations to collaborate—either helping the focal organisation to commercialise its knowledge and gain economic benefits or vice versa. This notion, we argue, is where an open innovation platform is ‘supplier-driven’, that is, ‘supplier’ indicating the focal organisation where innovation occurs. In this article, however, we propose an alternate framework for open innovation, that is, one that is ‘customer-driven’ where the customer organisation or demand-creating organisation provides a platform for open innovation. This alternate notion is derived from the case of the flagship applications of Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC Malaysia). The MSC Malaysia flagships can be seen as open innovation type platforms established by the customer, that is, the Malaysian government—which provides the demand pull for creating an open-innovation platform. This framework of a ‘customer-driven’ open innovation platform could provide lessons for other emerging economies to understand how their governments can play a more active role, as policymaker and demand-generating entity, to create a platform for open innovation.
