Kebutuhan sebuah Informasi menjadi sangat penting yang menjadi bagian dari kehidupan manusia. Di dalam pendidikan sebuah informasi menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat vital di dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dalam sistem pembelajaran online yang diterapkan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja melalui sistem aplikasi iDu (iLearning eDucation) melalui metode pembelajaran iLearning, informasinya menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting. Namun pada penerapannya pembelajaran online yang semakin maju ini, penyampaian sebuah informasi masih dilakukan secara konvensional, yaitu penyampaian informasi dilakukan melalui perantara antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang mengharuskan mahasiswa untuk datang ke kampus untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi seputar kegiatan perkuliahan. Sehingga dibutuhkannya sistem yang dapat menyampaikan informasi secara online yaitu pada media aplikasi iDu melalui E-mail Rinfo. penyampaian informasi melalui E-mail Rinfo dapat dilakukan di mana saja dan kapan saja tanpa harus datang ke kampus, selain itu informasi yang disampaikan lebih menyeluruh dan tepat kepada mahasiswa tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Kata Kunci : Informasi, email Rinfo, Notifikasi Needs a very important information that is part of human life. In education is an information that needs to be very vital in supporting teaching and learning. In online learning system that is applied to the Perguruan Tinggi Raharja through the application system IDU (iLearning education) through iLearning learning methods, the information will be very important needs. However, the implementation of online learning is more advanced, an information delivery is still done conventionally, namely the delivery of information through intermediaries between faculty and students who require students to come to campus to get an information about the lectures. So the need for systems that can deliver information online that the media application with iDu via email Rinfo. So with the delivery of information via email Rinfo can be done anywhere and anytime without having to come to the campus, in addition to the information presented more comprehensive and appropriate to the students is not limited by space and time. The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>Since the emergence of the COVID-19 case in Indonesia, the entire education system has implemented distance learning (PJJ). Online media that can be used to carry out online learning include (whatsapp, zoom, google classroom, google meet, etc.), more specifically, teachers at SDN 02 Cibarusah are more likely to use google classroom media to carry out teaching and learning activities (1). In this case, the teacher's creativity is needed on how to manage the media for the applied learning method. The effectiveness of the learning system at this time deserves attention because it can affect the development of one generation (3). This study used a qualitative method by observing students, teachers and parents as well as parents, from the results of observations to many students who stated that online learning through google classrooms was quite effective (2), the teachers too, the teachers. stated that it is only necessary to provide a little understanding to parents of students to take an active role in online learning activities, and parents also welcome to support students in carrying out distance learning</em><em>.</em></p><p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em></em><strong>Abs</strong><strong>trak</strong></p><p>Sejak mencuatnya kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia, seluruh sistem pendidikan memberlakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Media online yang dapat digunakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara online diantaranya (whatsapp, zoom, google classroom, google meet, dll), lebih spesifiknya para pengajar di SDN 02 Cibarusah lebih cenderung menggunakan media google classroom untuk melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar (1). Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan kreativitas pengajar bagaimana mengelola media untuk metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Keefektifan dalam sistem pembelajaran pada saat ini patut diperhatikan karena dapat berpengaruh pada perkembangan satu generasi (3). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi kepada para siswa, guru dan juga para orang tua wali murid, dari hasil observasi kepada para siswa banyak yang menyatakan bahwa belajar online melalui google classroom itu cukup efektif (2), para pengajar pun demikian, para guru menyatakan bahwa hanya perlu sedikit memberikan pemahaman kepada para orang tua siswa untuk ikut berperan aktif dalam kegiatan belajar online, dan para orang tua pun menyambut baik untuk mendukung para siswa melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh.</p>

The covid-19 pandemic that hit the world including Indonesia has caused the teaching and learning system change from face-to-face in the classroom to distance learning or online learning. Online learning requires teachers and students to be able to use the information and communication technology (ICT). In ELT, the learning system is also implemented online. One of platforms commonly used in online communication is e-mail. This current study aims to describe: (1) teacher’s perceptions about the use of e-mail as a learning medium in ELT, (2) students’ perceptions about the use of e-mail as a learning medium in ELT. The subjects of this descriptive qualitative research were an EFL teacher and 20 students at a senior high school in Barru. For collecting data, the researchers applied questionnaire, documentation, and interview. Data was analyzed inductively or qualitatively. The results indicated the teacher’s perceptions on the use of e-mail in learning that email is an effective device, e-mail can be used to send many documents, e-mail as a tool to achieve learning objectives, and e-mail makes learning easier. Students’ perceptions on the use of e-mail are e-mail can be used for getting learning materials, e-mail is easy to use, and students can access various assignments on email. However, a small number of students still encountered obstacles in using email as a learning medium.

Technology has experienced very rapid development at this time and has brought changes and has a positive and negative impact on human life. One of the fields currently contaminated by technological developments is the field of education, especially in Indonesia, where at first the learning system was still manual-based and is currently developing into an online learning system. It is clear that various levels of schools and universities have used technology to support their learning process and apply it. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is learning management systems (NGOs) such as e-learning. The use of e-learning as a learning medium has a function to improve the quality of student learning and help improve student understanding in learning. However, there are still many schools that have not implemented e-learning in their teaching and learning process, such as high school (SMA). Therefore, the design of this e-learning application web design is expected to help several schools that require an online learning system that is user friendly so that schools can be better prepared to follow current development trends.

The COVID-19 pandemic has struck the world, prompting the enforcement of stay-at-home policies to halt the spread of COVID-19. Indonesia is not exempted from this situation. The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated social distance due to social distancing, quarantine, and isolation to minimise the spread of the virus. During the COVID-19 pandemic, an online learning system was used. The ideal learning methods in the new normal era are blended learning and hybrid learning methods. Online learning demands the attention of the communicant so that the message conveyed by the communicator can run effectively. If hybrid learning as an instructional medium can be appropriately utilised, the learning objectives can be achieved. However, in previous studies, the blended learning method still needs to be evaluated so that its application can run well and as expected. Because communication transactions that can overcome various frames of reference or clarify difficulties to transfer understanding in a timely manner are considered rich, the media richness theory is applied in this study. This study aims to know how effective hybrid learning is in Southeast Sulawesi during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is phenomenology by involving junior high school teachers in Southeast Sulawesi. Based on this study’s data analysis findings, the Effectiveness of the hybrid learning model in Southeast Sulawesi during the COVID-19 outbreak is decided by students’ and parents’ desire to monitor their children.

This covid pandemic has changed everything 180 degrees, especially in the world of education. Students who are accustomed to face-to-face learning are required to move in the process of learning methods. The learning method implemented during this pandemic uses online learning. This measure was taken to maintain the quality of education and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. With online meetings, there will be many changes in learning methods to align the essence of learning appropriately and effectively because when compared to previous learning methods, it is very different. This article will highlight various online learning methods to always build the behavior characteristics of the millennial generation for the better. The question that arises from this topic is what is the right method of managing character education in a pandemic situation like this? The research aims to identify what problems occur in online learning and provide effective methods for the learning process in Indonesia. The writing of this article uses the literature review method, a description of the theory, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as the basis for research activities to develop a clear frame of mind from the formulation of the problem to be studied. The data are from the latest research, namely from 2019 to 2021 published through Google Scholar, totaling 12 articles, and data were analyzed qualitatively using available theoretical frameworks. The results of this study show the behavioral process of the millennial generation in building character amid online learning, and to create optimal learning, distance-learning or online strategies are carried out using methods to maximize the optimal learning system. From the research, literature review methods proved to be effective to study this topic while Covid-19 is happening to keep safety measures, but it does not give many details and specific information well. This method is recommended for researchers who work from home without having to go to the field to find information and avoid exposure to COVID-19.

This paper examines the professional implications for teachers and managers in new and evolving forms of professional development using Web 2.0 tools in a European context. Research findings are presented from the “Creative Use of Media” learning event developed through a European eTwinning Learning Lab initiative in spring of 2009. The Creative use of the Media online learning event supported a series of initiatives celebrating the European Year of Creativity and Innovation and involved 135 participants from 27 countries. The key objective was to introduce a range of learning themes constructed around a phenomenon-based inquiry model, which supported interdisciplinary approaches and collaborative online learning methodologies to stimulate new teaching and learning rationales. Digital Web 2.0 technology was used as an independent creative medium and as a powerful facilitating tool to enhance and blend with the more traditional forms of visual, audiovisual and multimedia inquiry. In developing models encapsulating risk taking and experimentation this online learning project supported a general principle that future education models and professional development would be based on social learning and “customer-driven collaborative knowledge building” in relation to open source materials.

In the current era of globalization, technology management has touched every part of human life. The combination of these two factors will become a new innovation in the management of education. At Raharja College, the entire academic community has a facility in the form of an official e-mail, Rinfo, which functions as a communication medium. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. Mailing Groups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list on Mailing Groups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the activeness of student discussions, this certainly has an important influence on learning motivation college student. Supported by 2 (two) research methods, namely library research and observation methods. The final results of the research that has been achieved are the formation of a discussion media that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime so that the discussion process between students and lecturers becomes more effective and efficient.

Technology has significantly brought changes in all aspects of human life, thechanges that occur require everyone to change from old habits to new habits thatare not used to be done. Changes in general in face-to-face classes began to shift tovirtual classes. Even the elements of education have undergone many changes bothparents, students and teachers. They experience new teaching patterns and ways ofteaching. Learning places are transformed and can be done at home, public places,and so on. Time and place are no longer a barrier to teaching and learning activitiesbecause they can be done online. Online learning is carried out by utilizing existingtechnology through media that uses the internet to carry out teaching and learningprocesses such as cellphones and laptops. This media will support the teaching andlearning process through available applications such as whatsApp, googleclassroom and so on. Learning brings many challenges and obstacles faced byparents in particular. The assessment outcome for many online learning methods are based on the number of correct answers and than convert it into one final mark or grade. We discovered that when using online learning, we can extract more detail information from the learning process and these information are useful for the assessor to plan an effective and efficient learning model for the learner. Statistical analysis is an important part of an assessment when performing the online learning outcome. The assessment indicators include the difficulty level of the question, time spend in answering and the variation in choosing answer. In this paper we will present the findings of these assessment indicators and how it can improve the way the learner being assessed when using online learning system. We developed a statistical analysis algorithm which can assess the online learning outcomes more effectively using quantifiable measurements. A number of examples of using this statistical analysis algorithm are presented.
