In the current era of globalization, technology management has touched every part of human life. The combination of these two factors will become a new innovation in the management of education. At Raharja College, the entire academic community has a facility in the form of an official e-mail, Rinfo, which functions as a communication medium. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. Mailing Groups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list on Mailing Groups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the activeness of student discussions, this certainly has an important influence on learning motivation college student. Supported by 2 (two) research methods, namely library research and observation methods. The final results of the research that has been achieved are the formation of a discussion media that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime so that the discussion process between students and lecturers becomes more effective and efficient.

However, there is no place for discussion management between students and lecturers, so that the discussion process of learning is considered to be ineffective and inefficient because it is still done directly. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. RinfoGroups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list at RinfoGroups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the effectiveness of student discussions, this certainly has a significant influence on student learning motivation. The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.

The aim of this research to describe the learning difficulties of Mathematic Student on Real Analysis with an Online System. The results of this study expected to be considered making policies to overcome learning difficulties. This research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The researcher used questioner and interview to collect the data. The result of this research showed that the learning difficulties of Mathematic Student on Real Analysis with an Online System were influenced by two factors, they are an internal factor (from the students themselves) and an external factor (from outside of students). The first internal factor that causes learning difficulties is the interesting aspect with a percentage of 64.05% in quite hinder category, and this is because the student chooses real analysis learning, which is actually done face to face. The second internal factor is the motivation aspect, with a percentage of 70.71% in quite hinder category. This is because the student lacks the effort to learn real analysis. The third and fourth internal factors are the talent aspect with a percentage of 50.71% in a hinder category and the philosophical aspect with a percentage of 53.21% in a hinder category. This is because the student assumes that real analysis difficult subjects because the material is in the form of theorems and proofs. The first external factor that caused the learning difficulties is the infrastructure from the family, with a percentage of 64.64% in quite hinder category. This is because students don't have the complete infrastructure to support online learning. The second external factor is the lecturer quality aspect, with a percentage of 71.43% in quite hinder category. This is caused by the speed lecturer delivering learning material. The third external factor is the lecturers' learning method aspect, with a percentage of 58.92% in the hinder category. This is because, in learning, lecturers only use WhatsApp. The fourth external factor is the university facilities aspect, with a percentage of 59.29% in the hinder category. This is because subsidy pulse/quota given to students only a hundred thousand and must be used for 4-5 months of online learning.

Student involvement in online learning is strongly influenced by learning motivation and preferences for learning mode and media. Therefore, this study was to describe student preferences for using online learning media and student experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 133 students from two faculties participated as research respondents. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods while qualitative data were analyzed using NVivo 12 application. The results of this study indicates that students tend to prefer applications compared to other media for online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Classroom. In addition, students taking online lectures consider internet network as the most significant obstacle in accessing learning material, submitting assignments, participating in class discussion and collaborating with other students. Students also thought that the network factor caused lecturers unable not teach effectively. Keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan online sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar dan preferensi terhadap modus dan media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui preferensi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran online dan untuk mengungkap pengalaman mahasiswa sebagai pengguna media pembelajaran online di masa pandemi Covid-19. Sebanyak 133 orang mahasiswa dari dua fakultas berpartisipasi sebagai responden penelitian. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan metode statistik deskriptif sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi NVivo 12. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung menyukai tiga jenis aplikasi dibanding media-media lainnya untuk pembelajaran online di masa pandemi Covid-19, yaitu WhatsApp, Zoom dan Google Classroom. Selain itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kuliah online menganggap jaringan sebagai kendala yang paling utama. Jaringan mengakibatkan mereka kesulitan dalam mengakses materi, mengirimkan tugas, berpartisipasi dan berkolaborasi dengan mahasiswa lain. Mahasiswa juga percaya bahwa faktor jaringan ini pula yang mengakibatkan dosen tidak mengajar secara efektif.

Most students are not actively concerned about curriculum activity times. However, without reminders, students will miss out on learning opportunities from the course activities. Therefore, due to the use of smartphones — which are central to people's everyday lives —, this study combined apps and the curriculum to develop a course activity notification system — Mobile Secretary of Operating Systems (MSOS) —­, as a curriculum reminder tool. This tool reminds the student of the curriculum activity times anytime and anywhere, like a secretary. This study also investigates students’ preferences between three distinct reminder tools — the reminder app, e-mail notifications and online learning platform announcements — in terms of their effectiveness in accessing curriculum-related matters, and in previewing and reviewing courses. Additionally, the study examines the efficacy of the MSOS app by comparing the questionnaire results of the students who used the app and those who did not use it. From the results of the questionnaire, it is also ascertained whether those students who used MSOS consider the app to be more convenient and immediate than e-mail notifications and the online learning platform, both in giving access to curriculum-related matters and in previewing and reviewing courses.

Kebutuhan sebuah Informasi menjadi sangat penting yang menjadi bagian dari kehidupan manusia. Di dalam pendidikan sebuah informasi menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat vital di dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dalam sistem pembelajaran online yang diterapkan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja melalui sistem aplikasi iDu (iLearning eDucation) melalui metode pembelajaran iLearning, informasinya menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting. Namun pada penerapannya pembelajaran online yang semakin maju ini, penyampaian sebuah informasi masih dilakukan secara konvensional, yaitu penyampaian informasi dilakukan melalui perantara antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang mengharuskan mahasiswa untuk datang ke kampus untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi seputar kegiatan perkuliahan. Sehingga dibutuhkannya sistem yang dapat menyampaikan informasi secara online yaitu pada media aplikasi iDu melalui E-mail Rinfo. penyampaian informasi melalui E-mail Rinfo dapat dilakukan di mana saja dan kapan saja tanpa harus datang ke kampus, selain itu informasi yang disampaikan lebih menyeluruh dan tepat kepada mahasiswa tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Kata Kunci : Informasi, email Rinfo, Notifikasi Needs a very important information that is part of human life. In education is an information that needs to be very vital in supporting teaching and learning. In online learning system that is applied to the Perguruan Tinggi Raharja through the application system IDU (iLearning education) through iLearning learning methods, the information will be very important needs. However, the implementation of online learning is more advanced, an information delivery is still done conventionally, namely the delivery of information through intermediaries between faculty and students who require students to come to campus to get an information about the lectures. So the need for systems that can deliver information online that the media application with iDu via email Rinfo. So with the delivery of information via email Rinfo can be done anywhere and anytime without having to come to the campus, in addition to the information presented more comprehensive and appropriate to the students is not limited by space and time. As creatures who have reason and mind, human life cannot be separated from the assessment of good and bad deeds. This is where the position of ethics is so important for the way or direction of human life. With reason, humans can position themselves to act. What to do and what to avoid and leave in accordance with the existing rules. Ethics as a branch of science from philosophy has received very good attention from philosophers. So that from the thinking of these philosophers emerged various types of ethics, one of which is the flow of pragmatic ethics. This pragmatic flow is found in England and America. One of the most influential pragmatists of his time was the pragmatism of John Dewey. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how John Dewey's pragmatic ethical thinking is and how relevant it is to online learning in Indonesia. In line with the objectives, this research uses the type of research library research and uses descriptive analysis method. As the results of his research, John Dewey's pragmatic ethics teaches that something will be good if we can look for goodness that can be used and not just talk. An important point of John Dewey's teaching of pragmatic ethics is that experience is knowledge applied in practice. A truth will be seen in testing by experiences in practice. An action taken can be considered ethical if it brings a scientific benefit such as producing pleasure, satisfaction and goodness for society. Dewey strongly supports social life and does not like people who live individualistically. For him, a person will have meaning if they can blend in with society because humans cannot live alone and are very dependent on other people. If one lives without society, then one's life is meaningless (sociality education). John Dewey's ethics are closely related to life in today's modern era. The impact of the corona virus requires education in Indonesia to be carried out online or online. Thus, this implementation is related to John Dewey's pragmatic ethics which judges something good based on the practical benefits of a theory or the existence of proof of a theory.

Learning activities during the Covid -19 pandemic were dominated by online learning, so digital learning materials are needed to help increase student learning motivation. The purpose of this development research is to develop digital learning material based infographic by instagram on environmental education that can increase student learning motivation in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This development research uses a method that integrates the Borg and Gall models. The data obtained were through documentation, interviews, expert validation and provision of ARCS questionnaires. The results of the validity test based on the analysis of the expert's assessment data stated that this learning material fell into the "very valid" category with an average score of 3.66. During the learning process using infographic learning materials assisted by Instagram, there was an increase in student motivation with an initial percentage value of 54.25% to 83.75% after using the learning materials developed, the magnitude of the increase was obtained from the n gain test with a score of 0.67 in the moderate category. Education is an important factor in human life. According to Ki Hajar Dewantara, education is a civilizing process that a business gives high values ??to the new generation in a society that is not only maintenance but also with a view to promote and develop the culture of the nobility toward human life. Education is a human investment that can be used now and in the future. One other important factor in supporting human life in addition to education, which is technology. In this globalization era, technology has touched every joint of human life. The combination of these two factors will be a new innovation in the world of education. The innovation has been implemented by Raharja College, namely the use of the method iLearning (Integrated Learning) in the learning process. Where such learning has been online based. ILearning method consists of TPI (Ten Pillars of IT iLearning). Rinfo is one of the ten pillars, where it became an official email used by the whole community’s in Raharja College to communicate with each other. Rinfo is Gmail, which is adapted from the Google platform with typical raharja.info as its domain. This Rinfo is a medium of communication, as well as a tool to support the learning process in Raharja College. Because in addition to integrated with TPi, this Rinfo was connected also support with other learning tools, such as Docs, Drive, Sites, and other supporting tools.

Kedudukan dan fungsi bahasa sebagai alat komunikasi manusia mencakup seluruh bidang kehidupan termasuk ilmu pengetahuan antara lain terkait sejarah peradaban manusia; bagaimana manusia mempertahankan hidupnya, bagaimana manusia memperlakukan alam, bagaimana alam menyediakan segala kebutuhan manusia. Apa yang dilakukan manusia saat ini, saat lampau, dan apa yang dilakukan manusia jauh di masa prasejarah, bagaimana kondisi alam di masa-masa tersebut, apa perubahan dan perkembangannya, dapat didokumentasikan melalui bahasa, divisualisasikan kembali, lalu dipajang sebagai salah satu upaya konversai dan preservasi dalam satu institusi yang disebut museum. Penelitian ini membahas kedudukan dan fungsi bahasa dalam permuseuman. Bagaimana kedudukan dan fungsi bahasa dalam permuseuman baik dalam informasi yang disampaikan oleh pemandu wisata museumnya maupun yang terpajang menyertai benda-benda dan gambar-gambar merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah gabungan antara metode lapangan dan metode literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kedudukan bahasa Indonesia berada pada urutan pertama setelah Bahasa Inggris dan keberadaan kedua bahasa dalam permuseuman ini melibatkan dua fungsi utama bahasa, yakni fungsi komunikatif dan fungsi informatif.The existence and function of language  as a medium of communication covers all fields of human life including knowledge, one of them is the history of human civilization; how humans survived, how human utilized nature for their lives, and how nature provides all the necessities for humans. What humans have been doing now, what they have done in the past and far before that in the pre-history time, how the conditions of the nature at those times were and what changes as well as progresses occurred are documented using language, then re-visualized,  displayed as one of conservation and preservation acts in an institution called museum. This research discusess the existence and function of language in museums. How important the existence of a language in museums and what language functions used in museums both in informations given by the museum guides and on the displays accompanying objects and pictures are the aims of this research. The methods used are the combination between field research and library research. The results show that generally the existence of Indonesian language plays more important role than English and both languages have two main functions; communicative function and informative function.
