The essence and importance of the documents flow are investigated in this paper. It is determined that the success of any business entity depends on the proper choice of work with the documents. It is defined that documents flow as the movement of documents in space and time is the basis of the enterprise management information system. Properly and clearly organized documents flow of the business entity enhances the effectiveness of the enterprise management system, accelerates the exchange of documents between contractors, and increases the efficiency of accounting. Advantages and disadvantages of paper, digital and combined documents flow, their interrelation are defined. The types of models of composite (combined) documents flow (formal, conceptual, functional, logical, structural, and managerial) and the importance of application of the structural model for accounting documents flow, which includes business process design and its implementation in practice, are studied. The experience of the leading enterprises (communication operators Ukrtelecom, Kyivstar, Vodafone; delivery services Nova Poshta, Delivery, Ukrposhta; utilities) in the organization of the digital documents flow is investigated. It is determined that digital documents flow is becoming the need for modern business processes of Ukrainian enterprises. Features of the digital documents flow organization software under conditions of the information technologies development are revealed. Each of this software contains a set of functionalities and technical features for the organization of digital documents flow. It is emphasized that the selection of software depends on price range of companies-developers and the conditions of adaptation of digital documents flow systems to the specific needs of economic entities. Prospects for the organization of digital documents flow with the emphasis on the functionality and versatility of software, maximum integration with other software solutions are established. The key trend in the development of document management in the enterprise management information system is the idea of computer-assisted learning, i.e. the ability of modern services to work through updated forms.

With the widespread use of information systems, traditional manual audit approach cannot adapt to the quick development of information technologies. It has drawbacks of high cost, inefficiency, big risk, poor quality, etc. Computer-assisted audit and its applications are studied in this paper. Firstly, comparative analysis between traditional manual audit and computer-assisted audit is conducted. Then the flow of data-oriented computer-assisted audit is presented and the implementation steps are detailed. Finally, the applications of computer-assisted audit are discussed in four practical audit cases of information systems, i.e. hospital information system, electrical police management system, local taxation management information system and medical insurance fund management information system. And the corresponding audit results are given. The practical audit cases show that computer-assisted audit can expand the audit scope and perform deeper data analysis, thus cutting down the cost and risk of audit while improving efficiency and quality of audit. Therefore, it can effectively help auditors to perform information systems audit.

Abstract. This paper analyzes the current ERP, to study the characteristics of ERP system, put forward the development method of management information system based on ERP, and combining the practical application, developed the functional modules of the system, designed the system architecture of B/S and C/S two kinds of structure based on the combination of the development process, with the advantages of two system architecture, effectively improve the system security and scalability. Through the operation of the system, verify the rationality of the system design ideas.

The chapter discusses the problem of energy management in Smart MicroGrid. The strategies of Smart MicroGrid energy management and objectives of Smart MicroGrid operation have been analyzed. The chapter emphasizes the potential of information technologies implementation to achieve energy management goals and provide a description of energy management information system which is used for MicroGrid planning and operation. The information flows which are used for making decision on Smart MicroGrid energy management have been analyzed.

The paper is conceptually divided into two parts. The first part examines the issues of simplification and dematerialisation of administrative procedures showing how the only dematerialization of the documentation does not produce concrete and tangible results, as confirmed by the example presented in section 2, so widespread in the public sector as it is paradoxical. Then the errors that typically occur when you start a project of simplification and dematerialization are illustrated and the regulatory framework in Italy with particular reference to the so called “farewell to paper” that was scheduled to begin on August 12, 2016 is analysed. In the second part of the paper a project for simplification and dematerialisation of proceedings for the drafting and signing of the Rector’s decrees and executive measures by the University of Udine is presented which came to a successful conclusion using a document management system integrated in the management information system of documents.

This article aims at the difficulties of the undergraduate management. In terms of the comparison of the system of undergraduate management information and the growth records portfolio system, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems and makes best use of the advantages and bypasses the disadvantages. It can be integrated a new growth records portfolio according to information technology. The effects were shown up in undergraduate management according to the practice of this system. The author have questioned the importance of the development of Education Management Information System (EMIS) in the universities and the academies in the context of technological revolution 4.0. Through deep analysis of the real situation developed EMIS at universities and academies in the current period, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of development management EMIS then propose 5 management solutions accordance with practical conditions of each the university and the academy in the context of the technology revolution 4.0: Solution 1: Raise awareness of the importance of EMIS to the entire management staff, staff member of the universities and the academies; Solution 2: Plan developed EMIS consistent with the management of the university and the academy and adapt to the trend of modernization of ICTs; Solution 3: Capacity building dedicated team of university and academy EMIS; Solution 4: Modernize the technical means and scientific applications of new technology into the organization of the university and the academy EMIS; Solution 5: Diversification of information products, improve operational quality of the university and the academy EMIS and gradually integrate with the national and international EMIS.

In most document management system, all documents are stored in center database server. Actually in daily work, documents uploaded is always need to be stored in the client where the business processes is dealing accordance with the requirements ,but management information system and OA system can not solve this problem. This paper presents a novel framework which integrated the SOA Service of storage to client so called multi process site, to meet the document management requirements that different document processing unit requires document storage is distribution, but the business processes requires centralized.
