In most document management system, all documents are stored in center database server. Actually in daily work, documents uploaded is always need to be stored in the client where the business processes is dealing accordance with the requirements ,but management information system and OA system can not solve this problem. This paper presents a novel framework which integrated the SOA Service of storage to client so called multi process site, to meet the document management requirements that different document processing unit requires document storage is distribution, but the business processes requires centralized.

The paper is conceptually divided into two parts. The first part examines the issues of simplification and dematerialisation of administrative procedures showing how the only dematerialization of the documentation does not produce concrete and tangible results, as confirmed by the example presented in section 2, so widespread in the public sector as it is paradoxical. Then the errors that typically occur when you start a project of simplification and dematerialization are illustrated and the regulatory framework in Italy with particular reference to the so called “farewell to paper” that was scheduled to begin on August 12, 2016 is analysed. In the second part of the paper a project for simplification and dematerialisation of proceedings for the drafting and signing of the Rector’s decrees and executive measures by the University of Udine is presented which came to a successful conclusion using a document management system integrated in the management information system of documents.

This article discusses the experience of developing and implementing a university management information system, as part of the implementation tasks in accordance with the Regulation on the credit system of education in higher professional educational institutions in Republic of Tajikistan, which was approved by Ministry of education and science of Republic Tajikistan from 30.12.2016 г., with number № 19/24. This study presents the general results obtained during the automation of document management (workflow of documents) in university based on a management information system of Khujand Polytechnic institute of Tajik technical university (KPITTU). It is described the functionality of the system based on the conceptual document management scheme at the university. It is given the descriptions of the proposed multi-module system architecture with a brief description of each module. The main tasks pursued by the management information system are considered: ensuring effective management and transparency of the organization activity at all levels, information storage, data management and access regulation, formalization of the activities of each employee, optimization of business processes, saving of resources by reducing the cost of managing paper records. Optimization of educational processes and decision making for university management is analysed. Determining the efficiency from embedding automation in KPITTU is given.

The paper analyzes the development status of colleges, the actual problems the graduates meet in the course employment, and the design goals and principles of employee management system. SOA employee management system was designed which based on the above conditions. The system maximizes the information shared with other systems through the implementation of the SOA system. And the system manages the information of graduates efficiently through the internet information platform of local management information system.

В статье рассмотрена реализация модели программного робота в системе управления документами DIRECTUM. Данная реализация показала возможность осуществлять автоматизацию бизнес-процессов документооборота, посредством внесения в платформу системы управления документами функциональности, обеспечивающей подход к работе с системой документооборота по подобию человека. Для робота реализовано множество правил, которые осуществляют прикладную функциональность, взаимодействуя с системой документооборота. The article deals with the implementation of the software robot model in the document management system DIRECTUM. This implementation has shown the opportunity to automate the business processes of document circulation, by introducing the functionality of the document management system that provides approaches to working with the document system in the likeness of a person. For work, many rules are implemented that implement applied functionality, interacting with the document management system.

The priority goal of most companies in the process of formation of financial data on the availability and movement of accounts receivable is to reduce its time with no loss of quality. The goal can be achieved by the optimization of business processes. One of its directions can be electronic document management. The introduction of electronic document management will significantly reduce the processing of contracts, while ensuring acceptable completeness and reliability of information. An automatically generated daily report makes it possible to control receivables and respond to overdue debts. The article considers the process of implementation of the electronic document management system and emphasizes the effectiveness and feasibility of its use in the preparation of information on debtors accounts. One of the key circumstances is that after successful completion of all stages of automation, the implemented system should be constantly refined and improved. This is a major factor in the successful use of electronic document management for receivables management.

In the era of rapid development of information, with the popularization of computers, the development of science and technology, and the continuous growth of IT technology and business, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has become a platform and guarantee for the completion of business management processes after long-term operations. Establishing a logistics management information system is an important means for Chinese companies to improve their logistics efficiency. This is the prerequisite for modern companies to gain a competitive advantage in the management of logistics companies. Therefore, organizations must adapt to different needs, fierce competition, and rapid strategic changes. This is a powerful supplement to the nature of logistics companies. The logistics management information system has continuously experienced the processes of MRP, MRP II, and ERP. This article aims to study how to use computers in logistics management to create an ERP system-based enterprise logistics information management system. This article puts forward the development significance of logistics information management system, uses ERP system to analyze complex logistics business in detail, and designs the overall framework, specific functions, and data model of the system in detail. The experimental results of this paper show that the ERP system has important application value in the logistics information management system of supply chain enterprises, and it can effectively increase the value of customer satisfaction by 86.7%.

<p class="Abstrak">Pengelolaan data perusahaan merupakan suatu hal utama dan krusial dalam memasuki persaingan industri era sekarang. Selain mudah dan aman, sistem manajemen yang telah terkomputerisasi dapat meminimalisir risiko <em>human error.</em> Dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen sendiri terdapat banyak metode yang dapat dipakai, salah satunya adalah metode <em>prototype</em>. Metode <em>prototype</em> memudahkan <em>client</em> untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi <em>prototype</em> secara bertahap seiring program dibangun. <em>Prototype</em> dapat ditambah maupun dikurangi sesuai berjalannya proses pengembangan. Metodologi <em>prototype</em> memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, <em>communication</em>, <em>quick planning</em>, <em>quick Modelling</em>, <em>construction</em> hingga <em>deployment</em>. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah melakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen perusahaan untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis serta pengelolaan data perusahaan. Sistem informasi manajemen yang akan dibangun pada perusahaan ini meliputi komputerisasi seluruh proses bisnis, desain sistem pada setiap divisi, hingga perancangan <em>database</em> perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data-data yang diperlukan menggunakan metode diskusi dan wawancara, penerjemahan data kedalam UML diagram, implementasi kode sistem, hingga <em>testing.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Management of company data is a major and crucial thing in entering today's industrial competition. Apart from being easy and safe, a computerized management system can minimize the risk of human error. In designing the management information system itself, there are many methods that can be used, one of which is the prototype method. The prototype method makes it easy for clients to see and evaluate the prototype in stages as the program is built. Prototypes can be added or subtracted according to the development process. The stages in the prototype methodology include communication, quick planning, quick modelling, construction and deployment. The purpose of this research is to design a company management information system to support business activities and company data management. The management information system that will be built in this company includes computerization of all business processes, system design in each division, to designing company databases. The design of this information system starts from collecting the necessary data using discussion and interview methods, translating data into UML diagrams, implementing system code, to testing.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p>
