The paper proposes an Emerging Technologies Expectations Model (ETEM) that aims at explaining the differences in perception of new technologies as well as the expectations towards them. These Expectations, classified into Technology Evolution, Technology Revolution, Social Evolution and Social Revolution are explained by Knowledge and Usage that in turn are shaped by Information Sources. The Information Sources factor, which influences both Expectations and Knowledge, and the Usage factor both play an important role in the model. The application of this model was illustrated using blockchain as an example of an emerging technology, and data from a survey conducted among IT university students in Cracow, Poland. The proposed model contributes to filling the research gap concerning a comprehensive explanation of people’s expectations towards emerging technologies, considering the way people absorb knowledge and undertake the usage of technology based on various information sources. It also provides practical implications, since the knowledge of the factors that can influence people’s expectations towards emerging technologies might be useful in shaping these expectations.

The technological revolution for the Paperless Criminal Court Process is that in the development of evidence as regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code, it can no longer accommodate developments in information technology; this creates new problems. This problem causes the form of printed media to be shifted to digital media (paperless). This shift makes a significant change in crime using computers because evidence of a crime that will lead to a criminal event is in electronic data. Either on the computer itself (hard disk/floppy disc) or printed out or in another form in the form of a trace (path) of a computer user activity. The judge is not related to the correctness of conformity embodied on the instructions as evidence because electronic evidence cannot stand alone to prove the defendant's guilt. Therefore, it needs to be supported by other evidence.

Amid the swift currents of globalization triggered by the explosion of the information technology revolution, conflicts often occur on issues of discrimination on race, class, and religion. Religions face challenges in resolving controversies and violent behavior and maintaining harmony between religious communities. Christian Religious Education educators need to teach their students positive responses to plurality and pluralism in Indonesia. The most important thing is the impact on students. Research using descriptive qualitative research methods concludes: first, there is a need to increase pluralism in the frame of a pluralistic society and an era of disruption. Second, believers, in this case, Christian Religious Education teachers and students, should understand pluralism from a biblical point of view. Third, Christian Religious Education teachers and students are responsible for actualizing an attitude of tolerance towards a pluralistic society both in society in everyday life and in behavior in cyberspace communities based on a biblical understanding of pluralism. Fourth, Christian Religious Education teachers act as students' guides and counselors to develop an attitude of state life and socialize in a pluralistic society in building togetherness without any form of identity politics.

In the fourth technology revolution, influencer marketing is an essential kind of digital marketing. This marketing uses identified influencers to viral the information of products to target customers. It is useful to support brands exposed to more valuable online consumers. The influencer marketing campaign needs a management system to manage on a social network. This system helps to increase the efficiency of a campaign. This paper proposes a management system for the influencer marketing campaign, called the ADVO system. This system provides a tool for collecting data on a social network and detecting potential brand influencers for the marketing campaign. The meaningful measures for users include amplification factors for evaluating the information propagation, the passion point to measure a user’s favorite when it comes to a brand, and the content creation score for determining the ability of post-content creating. The ADVO system helps the brand to make the decision through real-time visual reports of the campaign. It is a foundation to create commercial activities and construct an advocate community of the related brand.

AbstractThe combination of advances in knowledge, technology, changes in consumer preference and low cost of manufacturing is accelerating the next technology revolution in crop, livestock and fish production systems. This will have major implications for how, where and by whom food will be produced in the future. This next technology revolution could benefit the producer through substantial improvements in resource use and profitability, but also the environment through reduced externalities. The consumer will ultimately benefit through more nutritious, safe and affordable food diversity, which in turn will also contribute to the acceleration of the next technology. It will create new opportunities in achieving progress towards many of the Sustainable Development Goals, but it will require early recognition of trends and impact, public research and policy guidance to avoid negative trade-offs. Unfortunately, the quantitative predictability of future impacts will remain low and uncertain, while new chocks with unexpected consequences will continue to interrupt current and future outcomes. However, there is a continuing need for improving the predictability of shocks to future food systems especially for ex-ante assessment for policy and planning.
