The theory of new axioms and laws is published by the same author. It describes nonparametric and nonlinear processes and contains 2 new axioms and 8 new laws. Unlike Classical field theory, it describes longitudinal or transverse non-uniform motions which are accelerating or decelerating. According to the Axiom 1 every unevenly rotation of one vector forms open vortex which can be transverse or longitudinal and accelerating or decelerating. From the planetary model of Rutherford it is known that there is analogy between the electrons and an planets including the planet Earth. By analogy - the electrons and the internal planets are similar Gravitational bodies. According the Law 1 the model of the electron or the Earth represents a decelerating transverse vortex rolled into a plane (2D) and generating in its center accelerating longitudinal Gravity Funnel in (3D), perpendicular to the same plane. Inside- the primary accelerating longitudinal Gravity vectors are with decreasing dimensions and forms the decelerating Magnetic Field as a Back wave passing through the center of Earth. Outside- because of resistance of environment in periphery, is formed Back wave or decelerating Gravity vortex that passes outside the body of Earth. According Axiom 2 the reason for the creation of the electron is the generation by the corresponding proton. By analogythe reason for the creation of internal planets, including the planet Earth is in the generation of a specific vortex inside the corresponding for Earth resonator in the volume of the Sun. It is Low Frequency vortex which is formed in the third cylindrical resonator that corresponds to Earth. According Law 2 the proton or the resonator inside Sun is generated by a decelerating longitudinal vortex with direction from outside to inside which creates an accelerating transverse vortex from inside to outside in the perpendicular plane. As it is strongly accelerated this vortex from inside to outside it shoots itself into space in direction to the Earth. Due to the friction it decelerates and according to the previous Law 1 it winds into as a decelerating transverse vortex generating the body of Earth. According Law 5 decelerating vortex emits decelerating cross vortices from itself to outside. This decelerating vortices in periphery of the Earth emit energy and warm the center of the Earth. That is why the periphery of Earth is cool ,but the center of Earth is hot . According Law 6 the accelerating cross vortex sucks accelerating cross vortices to itself . This accelerating cross vortex at center of the Sun sucks energy and warm from center and emits them to periphery of Sun. That is why the center of Sun is cool but the periphery is extremely accelerated and hot. The described generating mechanism only applies to the inner planets. For the outer planets, the generation algorithm is orthogonal and will be described further

Seasons (Ritus) are the inherent global earth clock and the rhythm of the world. As per Ayurveda year is divided into six seasons, in which three season Shishira, Vasanta and Greeshma are known as Aadanakala . Other three seasons Varsha, Sharad and Hemanta are said to be Visargakala. In Visarga kala, as the Sun is located in southwards position, its heat reduces or slows down due to the effect of time and its position with respect to the Earth, wind, cloud and rain. The power of the Moon is predominant. Rainwater decreases the heating effect of nature. All of these lead to the predominance of non- dryunctuous, amla (sour), lavana (salty), and madhura (sweet) rasa respectively and step by step rise of body strength in human beings during these three seasons. Out of all the Ritus, Hemanta Ritu is a unique Ritu in terms of having uttam bala. Falling in Dakshinayana, moon is very powerful than sun, Madhur rasa is predominant in this Ritu, so the strength (Bala) of person enhances during this period. This article focuses to disclose thorough review of literature of Hemant ritucharya and its implication towards maintenance and enhancement of Uttam Bala. In Ayurveda oja, veerya, prana, kapha etc terms are considered as synonyms of Bala. Besides prakruti(genetic), sara(physiological) and aahar(diet), kala (season) is one of the prime factors to govern the Bala of the person. Bala stands for the strength of the body in terms of physical, mental, immunological and resistance to the body, the word Bala is being used in different contexts to denote various aspects accordingly. Keywords: Visarga kala, Hemant ritu, Bala

This essay builds on two questions: the relation of the child with the other and the child’s way of knowing, in which the resistance of the unreflected is not yet problematized. Through a reconstruction of Merleau-Ponty’s critique of Piaget’s idea of the child’s linear intellectual progression toward reflexive abstraction, I highlight the moment of unreflection by taking up the notion of ultra-thing, which Merleau-Ponty borrows from Henry Wallon. These ultra-things are entities with which the child entertains a vague relation and which always remain at the horizon of her perception without yet being possessed in a representation or grasped in a concept. They include, for example, the sun, the sky, the Earth, the body as an object, existence before the birth of the child – uninhabitable dimensions or, to the contrary, ones that are necessarily inhabited. The concept of ultra-thing has not been sufficiently explored in Merleau-Pontian studies and its importance remains underappreciated. This essay thus formulates a hypothesis about the relation between ultra-things and hyper-reflection.

AbstractOn February 15, 2013, 3:20 UT, an asteroid of the size of about 19 meters and mass of 12,000 metric tons entered the Earth's atmosphere unexpectedly near the border of Kazakhstan and Russia. It was the largest confirmed Earth impactor since the Tunguska event in 1908. The body moved approximately westwards with a speed of 19 km s−1, on a trajectory inclined 18 degrees to the surface, creating a fireball of steadily increasing brightness. Eleven seconds after the first sightings, the fireball reached its maximum brightness. At that point, it was located less than 40 km south from Chelyabinsk, a Russian city of population more than one million, at an altitude of 30 km. For people directly underneath, the fireball was 30 times brighter than the Sun. The cosmic body disrupted into fragments; the largest of them was visible for another five seconds before it disappeared at an altitude of 12.5 km, when it was decelerated to 3 km s−1. Fifty six second later, that ~600 kg fragment landed in Lake Chebarkul and created a 8 m wide hole in the ice. Small meteorites landed in an area 80 km long and several km wide and caused no damage. The meteorites were classified as LL ordinary chondrites and were interesting by the presence of two phases, light and dark. More material remained, however, in the atmosphere forming a dust trail up to 2 km wide and extending along the fireball trajectory from altitude 18 to 70 km. The dust then circled the Earth within few days and formed a ring around the northern hemisphere. In Chelyabinsk and its surroundings a very strong blast wave arrived 90 – 150 s after the fireball passage (depending on location). The wave was produced by the supersonic flight of the body and broke ~10% of windows in Chelyabinsk (~40% of buildings were affected). More than 1600 people were injured, mostly from broken glass. The whole event was well documented by video cameras, seismic and infrasonic records, and satellite observations. The total energy was 500 kT TNT (2 × 1015 J).

The article aims at the presentation of the exegesis of Gen 2:7 made by some early Christian writers. Their interpretation contains three essential elements. Fathers start with pointing out the matter as a material from which God created man. Although the human body undergoes natural decomposition, it is not because of the material from which it is built, but because of its frailty due to sin. Fathers also pay attention to the soul, which has its source in what Genesis calls the breath of God. However, it did not exist before the creation of the material body, as proclaimed by Origen, but was created along with the body. The soul animates the body putting it in motion. Although man was formed from the dust of the earth by the hands of God, he should be seen as a spiritual being. Whereas the soul is created, the body has been formed and this clearly differentiates the two. Due to the greatness and grandeur of man, he cannot be reduced to animal being, as it has a rational soul that animates his body. Finally, the third thread in connection with the exegesis of the Gen 2:7 indicates the union of the body and the soul at the moment of creation. It occurred at the time when God breathed into man’s nostrils and put in some part of his grace. This does not mean, however, that the nature of God has changed into the soul of man. Not only did the first man receive the breath of God – everyone gets a second breath, the Holy Spirit, which leads to the creation of a new humanity.

Gebhardt Domínguez, a native speaker of Ch'ol from Agua Azul, relates in Spanish a mélange of the stories he heard in his childhood about the origin of the creation, and the order in which the different beings that populate the earth came into existence. He begins with the story of how Ch'ujtat, the one with the big heart, was the only one who existed and how he pulled the umbilical cord from his heart to make the first orange tree and the earth. Then Ch'ujtat made the twelve "Chuntewinikes" (the forks or pilar men) so that they could carry the earth on their shoulders. It was then that Ch'ujtat pulled loose the umbilical cord that attached the earth to him so that it would be separate as it is now. Then he created the first plants. After the creation of the earth, the next part that Gebhardt describes is how Ch'ujtat created the first beings who turned the into monkeys after a flood because they had been too intelligent, and then how Ch'ujtat made two more children, but ones that were less intelligent so that they would have to learn as they grew into men. One of the young men married ixik, `woman', and they had two children. After recounting a number of other episodes, Gebhardt closes his story with the tale of how the woman, carrying a pet rabbit, and Ijts'in, the younger of her children, jumped into space, she to become the moon, now known asch'ujniá, while Ijts'in became the sun.

Latitude by meridian altitude is one of the commonest position lines used in the Merchant Navy today, and the traditional method of obtaining it is to observe the Sun until it reaches maximum altitude, at which point it is said to dip. With the advent of power-driven vessels, however, this method became liable to an error of 5 minutes of arc, and as faster surface craft are developed it is reasonable to assume that the error could be even greater. This is because the rate of change of altitude of a body is related to the observer's speed over the Earth so that the body will dip either before or after meridian passage depending on whether the observer is moving towards or away from the geographical position of the Sun.

This article explores the role of ‘sounding costumes’ and body-worn technologies for choreographic composition, with real-time interactional elements (such as microphones, speakers, sensors) potentially integrated into movement and expressive behaviour. Sounding garments explore the interactions between dancer/performer, the costume and the environment in the generation and manipulation of sonic textures. Briefly discussing historical precedents of integrated composition, the article will mainly refer to sounding prototypes in DAP-Lab’s latest production, For the time being [Victory over the Sun] (2012–2014), for which I designed the wearables, highlighting new methods for building sensual wearable electro-acoustic costumes to create kinaesonic choreographies. The article analyses the multi-perspectival potentials of such conceptual garments/wearable artefacts to play a significant part in the creation process of a performance, focusing on how wearable design can influence and shape movement vocabularies through the impact of its physical material presence on the body, distinctive design aesthetics and sound-generating capabilities. Choreographically, garments and body-worn technologies act as amplifying instruments as well as sculptural constraints or conversely enablers of new movement and ways of sounding/listening that affect different kinetic and acoustic awareness (both in the performers and in the audience).

This article is based on the theory of vortex gravitation and physical abnormalities of the Earth - slowing its rotation. Defined orbital acceleration, weight, approach to the Sun and the age of our planet. Offered to justify the creation of planetary material in the center of the Earth torsion, and not as the accumulation of cosmic dust and meteorites from outer space.

‘Tides and the Earth’ explains that the energy in tides comes, ultimately, from the Earth’s spin. Tidal streams, rubbing against the seabed, lose energy through friction and, to make up for this loss, energy is transferred into the tide from the Earth’s spin. As a result, Earth’s rotation is gradually slowing and the day is lengthening. Most tidal friction happens in shelf seas, where the currents are strongest and the water is shallow, but there is an additional loss of energy in the body of the deep ocean, through the creation of waves called internal tides, which mix the interior of the deep ocean.
