This study investigated the effect of using English Subtitle in “Zootopia” Movie as media in speaking skill of SMPN 6 Sidoarjo. English Subtitle can describe as practice media to help the students when they understand to watch movie. The method used Quasi Experimental Design. The result of this study showed that the student could improve their ability in speaking skill through English subtitle. The data got from both pre-test and post-test score were analyzed using T-test formula. The result of calculation showed that in the significance degree of 5%, the value of t-test (to) is higher than t-table (tt) (19.90 > 1.99). According to the criteria of the test, the result showed that there is an effect of student’s in speaking skill using English subtitle. It can be concluded that English Subtitle in “Zootopia” movie as media is effective and applicable approach at the ninth grade of SMPN 6 Sidoarjo to improve student in speaking skill.

This research aimed to find out the effect of gallery walk strategy on students’ speaking skill at eleventh-grade students MA Darul Masholeh. The study took 24 students as samples from two classes, that was XI IPA as an experimental class, and XI IPS as control class. It used quantitative analysis which is designed as quasi-experimental. The technique of collecting data is testing that is pre-test and post-test. The result showed that: 1). Students’ speaking skill without applying gallery walk strategy still under the standardized score of the school, that is 64.00. 2). Student's speaking skill by applied gallery walk strategy is improved, and most of them succeed to pass the standardized score of the school, that is 84.00. 3). The effect of gallery walk strategy on students’ speaking skill is a significant influence. The gain between the pre-test and post-test score is 15.64 points. Because the t-test result is t account (9.541)> t table at (df) 22 (2.07387)showed that the significance level (Sig. (2-tailed)) was 0.00 which less than the significance level of 0.05. ), so, Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. It means that there is a significant effect of using gallery walk strategy on students’ speaking skill at MA Darul Masholeh in advertisement text at eleventh-grade students of MA Darul Masholeh.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh pengaruh media komik terhadap keterampilan membaca cerpen. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan jenis Pre-test and Post-test Design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampling purposive, yang diperoleh populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMP IT Wawonduru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 siswa. Pada analisis data pre-test diperoleh data bahwa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil post-test siswa kontrol dan eksperimen yang terlihat dari hasil nalisis memperoleh nilai t-hitung sebanyak 8,433 dan memperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 dengan (p < 0,05). Analisis t-test hasil t-hitung sebesar 5,351 mendapat signifikan sebanyak 0.030 dengan (p < 0,05) sehingga berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis independent sample t-test pada data N-gain terhadap masing-masing kelas dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh media komik pada keterampilan membaca cerpen siswa.

The research was conducted to discover the effect of using guessing game media themed local tourism on students’ achievement in writing narrative text. The research was conducted to the grade tenth students of SMA GKPI PAMEN. This research used experimental design. To collect the data 2 classes get involved. There are X-1 as the experimental class that taught by using the guessing game media and X-2 as the control class that taught using the conventional method. The students consist of 30 students. In experimental class, the mean score for the pre-test was 45,46 and the score of post-test was 81,4. In control class, the mean of pre-test score was 46,5 and the post-test was 73,06. The analysis of the t-test showed that tscore > ttable or 3,53 > 1,672 at the level of significance 0,05 with the degree of freedom (df) 58. The alternative hypothesisi (Ha) is accepted. It point out that using guessing media themed local tourism is effective in teaching writing narrative text for the tenth grade students of SMA GKPI PAMEN.

This study is based on the research which attempted to examine the effectiveness of realia in writing descriptive text by the seventh grade students. The objectives of the research were (1) to analyze and find out  the students’ ability in writing descriptive text who are taught by using realia, (2) to analyze and find out  the students’ ability in writing descriptive text who are taught without using realia, (3) also to analyze and find out whether there is significant difference between students who are taught by using realia and those taught without using realia. Quasi experimental design was used with the population of 256 seventh grade students of SMP N 4 Semarang in the academic year 2017/2018. By using purposive sampling technique, there were two classes chosen as the sample of this study; vii a and vii b. The instruments of collecting data used were tests; pre-test and post-test. After the data were collected, they were analysed using t-test. The findings were as follows: (1) the ability in writing descriptive text by the students taught using realia was good with the mean of the post-test was 80.21. (2) the ability in writing descriptive text by the students taught without using realia was adequate with the mean of the post-test was 74.44. (3) there was significant difference of the two group students. t-test 4.89 > t-table 2.00. therefore, ha was accepted that realia was effective as a media in teaching writing of descriptive text.

ABSTRAK Pengetahuan kebersihan diri saat menstruasi yang baik menjadikan perilaku remaja lebih baik. Hal ini dapat menghindarkan remaja dari berbagai penyakit reproduksi yang mungkin muncul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang kebersihan diri saat menstruasi di RT 01 RW1, Sruni, Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dengan Pre and post test without control yang menggunakan 22 sampel penelitian untuk menilai pengetahuan kebersihan diri saat menstruasi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pembelajaran video. Pengambilan data dilakukan dua kali pada saat sebelum perlakuan dan sesudah perlakuan. Data sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dianalisa menggunakan Uji Paired T-Test. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan pembelajaran video 4,27 dan rata-rata pengetahuan setelah dilakukan pembelajaran video7,13. Hasil uji statistik sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pembelajaran video pada remaja dengan menggunakan Paired T-Test diperolah hasil 0,00 yang berarti nilai p < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran video terhadap pengetahuan perawatan kebersihan diri saat menstruasi pada remaja RT01, RW1, Sruni, Boyolali.   Kata kunci: pembelajaran video, pengetahuan, kebersihan diri saat menstruasi       ABSTRACT Good self-hygiene knowledge during menstruation makes teenagers better in their behavior. It’s can prevent teenagers from various reproductive diseases that may arise. The present study aimed to improve adolescent knowledge about personal hygiene during menstruation. This was a quantitative study using a Quasi Experimental design and involved 22 respondents of teenagers of RT 01, RW1, Sruni, Boyolali to know their knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation before and after giving of video learning. The data were collected twice before the treatment and after treatment. The data were analyzed using Paired T-Test. The results of analysis found there are significant differences in average knowledge before video learning 4.27 and average knowledge after learning video learning 7,13. The results of statistical test before and after video learning found a sig score of 0,00, and showed a p value of < 0.05. It was concluded that video learning variables has a significant influence on hygiene care knowledge during menstruation at adolescent RT 01, RW1, Sruni , Boyolali.   Keywords: video learning, knowledge, hygiene care during menstruation

Speaking is an activity that has speaker, listener and also topic, problem and story. Animation Video is a film created by using a picture motion. Many of students interest with the video or film to disappear boring in studying. This study is aim to find that if the application of Animation Video will give better result on students’ speaking skill. The population are all of students of SMP N I Muara Tiga that consist of 208 students. The writer took two classes as the sample. There were class IIa as an Experimental class and class IIb as a Control class which each of class consists of 18 students and total sample of the students were 36. To obtain the data, the writer gave pre-test and post-test as the instrument. The result showed that the significant different between the students’ score in experimental class and control class. It could be seen from the result of mean of different for each of class in which the mean of difference score in experimental class was 26,38 while the mean of difference score in control class was 11,38. It showed the mean of difference score in experimental class was higher than the control class (26,38 > 11,38). It also could be seen from the result of the t-test score. The result of t-test score in the experimental class was 11,63 while the result of t-test score in control class was 3,44. It showed the t-test score on the experimental class was higher than control class (11,63 > 3,44). Meanwhile, the result of t-table with the level of significance with Df (ɑ) 5% (0,05) was 2,03. It indicated that the t-test score (to) of both of the experimental class and control class was higher than t-table (tt). there are : (11,63 > 2,09) and (3,44 > 2,09). Because of to higher than tt, it concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Key words : Speaking, Animation Video

Kecemasan merupakan sebuah bentuk ketidak beranian ditambah dengan kerisauan terhadap hal-hal yang tidak jelas. Kecemasan yang dialami oleh masyarakat ini menimbulkan dampak yaitu kurang tidur, kesulitan untuk berkonsentrasi, sering lupa dan sering marah. Saat ini masyrakat mengalami kecemasan Akibat pemberitaan covid 19 yang menjadikan pola pikir menjadi tidak fokus dan sulit untuk berkonsentrasi. Terapi realitas mempunyai tujuan untuk membantu individu menjadi rasional dan memiliki mental yang sangat kuat selain itu terapi realitas secara umum agar klien menemukan jalan yang lebih efektif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi realitas dengan media zoom meeting  untuk mengurangi kecemasan terhadap pembatasan aktivitas sosial dimasa pandemi covid-19. Pada pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan memberikan pretest-posttes melalui google form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di desa Jetak sejumlah 98 orang kemudian metode sampelnya adalah menggunakan metode total sampling. Jenis pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah non empirik tahapan persiapan ini menggunakan quasi experimental design Analisa data dalam penelitian ini dialakukan uji Paired T-Test dengan membandingkan pre test dan post test setelah tindakan Terapi Realitas dibeikan menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting kepada klien. Hasil uji paired test menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 <0.005 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre test dan post test dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian terapi realitas menggunakan zoom meeting. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa signifikan yang artinya ada perbedaan setelah dilakukan treatment terapi realitas.

Kecemasan adalah kondisi yang sering ditemukan pada anak prasekolah yang mengalami hospitalisasi. Hospitalisasi adalah suatu keadaan yang mengharuskan anak dirawat dirumah sakit untuk mendapatkan pengobatan. Hampir dalam setiap tahap perkembangan usia anak, kecemasan dan ketakutan akan penanganan medis masih menjadi masalah besar dalam pelayanan keperawatan. salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan kecemasan anak adalah terapi token ekonomi. Token ekonomi adalah terapi untuk mengubah perilaku dengan menggunakan pemberian reinforcement dan token. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi token ekonomi untuk mengurangi tingkat kecemasan anak prasekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP DR. M.Djamil Padang selama 2 bulan mulai dari tanggal 2 Juli s/d 4 September 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi experimental design dengan pendekatan pre-post test group design with control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak prasekolah yang mengalami hospitalisasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana 68 responden dibagi kedalam kelompok intervensi (n=34) dan kelompok kontrol (n=34). Analisis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat kecemasan anak prasekolah sebelum dan sesudah penerapan token ekonomi pada kelompok intervensi dibanding dengan kelompok kontrol dengan p value = 0.000. Terapi token ekonomi mempunyai pengaruh positif untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada anak prasekolah yang mengalami hospitalisasi. Penerapan token ekonomi ini direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi kecemasan pada anak usia prasekolah pada pelayanan kesehatan dirumah sakit dan komunitas.

Speaking or oral communication is a process between speaking and writing are productive skill, reading and listening are the receptive skill of understanding. The speaker has to encode the message that he wants? to convey an appropriate language. The objectives of the study are to find out the improvement of the students’ accuracy and fluency in speaking through the use of Mini-Viva Assessment Strategy. This research used a Pre-experimental Design with one group pre-test and post-test score that depended on the success of the treatment, it aimed to explain the effectiveness of Mini- Viva Assessment Strategy to improve speaking skill. Using Mini- Viva Assessment Strategy in teaching speaking is able to improve the students’ accuracy which deals with pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary at the Eleventh Grade of SMA Negeri 1 BajengGowa. The students’ accuracy deals with pronunciation. It is proven by the improvement of the students’ pronunciation is 31.89%; the students’ accuracy deals with grammar.It is proven by the improvement of the students grammar is 56.80%, and the students’ accuracy deals with vocabulary. It is proven by the improvement of the students' vocabulary is 52.11%. Using Mini- Viva Assessment Strategy in teaching speaking is able to improve the students’ fluency which deals with self-confidence and smoothness at the Eleventh Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Bajeng Gowa. The students’ fluency deals with self-confidence. It is proven by the improvement of the students’ self-confidence is 37.85%. The students’ fluency deals with smoothness. It is proven by the improvement of the students’ smoothness is 34.37%. Using Mini- Viva Assessment Strategy in teaching speaking is able to improve the students’ speaking ability which deals with accuracy and fluency at the Eleventh Grade of SMA Negeri 1 BajengGowa.The improvement of the students’accuracy is 46.15% and the improvement of the students’ fluency is 36.23%. Mini- Viva Assessment strategy is significant to improve the students’ speaking ability.Keywords: speaking, strategy, Mini-Viva Assessment,

The purpose of this research is to convey Big Cube Game  is effective in teaching vocabulary mastery. This research conducted in SMPN 3 Tangerang Selatan. The population of this research is seventh grade students, and the sample is 8.5 consists of 40 students. The method of this research is quantitative method and using pre ? experimental design. To collect the data, the researcher used pre ? test and post ? test that given to the students. The result score of the data indicated that, the total score of students in pre ? test were 2425 with the mean score was 60,62. The lowest score of pre ? test were 45 and the highest score were 90. The total score of students in post ? test were 3150 with the average were 78,75. The lowest score of post ? test were 65 and the highest score were 100. There is significance different from the result of pre ? test and post ? test score. The results of the pre-test and post-test were calculated using the manual statistically. And by using the t-test the results of t0 (4,47) are higher than the t-table at the significance level (p) = 0.05 (1,684). Thus it can be concluded that the Big Cube game has a significant strategy on the vocabulary mastery of students in class 8.5 at SMPN 3 Tangerang Selatan.
