This retrospective study sought to assess the association between the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil and the quality of educational materials published in the official profiles of Brazilian government health agencies on Instagram. Posts about COVID-19, published between January 31 and August 15, 2021, were selected, dated, quantified and classified according to their content by three researchers. Public’s engagement was calculated by the number of likes, comments and views. The quality of the educational posts was assessed by two trained and calibrated researchers (Kappa intra and inter-examiners, k=0.96 and k=0.92, respectively), using the Brazilian version of the Clear Communication Index (BR-CDC-CCI), the number of new COVID-19 cases was collected using the COVID-19 epidemic calculator provided by PAHO at https://covid-calc.org/. The relationship between the evolution of the COVID-19 indicator and the quality of educational posts was calculated using the statistical model of a fortnightly time series. On average, educational posts reached 6.4 in the BR-CDC-CCI score (median = 6.5). In the multiple model adjusted for the amount of educational posts and public engagement, it was observed that for each increase of one point in the BR-CDC-CCI score, there was a reduction of 327,864 new cases of Covid-19 (p <0.001). It was concluded that there was a relationship between the low quality of posts and the greater number of new cases of the disease, indicating the need for greater attention from Brazilian government agencies with the quality of information made available on social networks to help control the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract This paper discusses the relationship between heterogeneity of demand regarding choice procedures and product innovation. We propose an evolutionary model showing how consumers with imperfect information chose and select differentiated goods. The model shows the role of information and choice procedures and its relation with the innovative process. The price plays an important role, but the quality of information, error tolerance and criteria for preference ordering are important determinants of the performance of firms in an industry with product innovation.

Based on categories related to structure, content, language, and illustrations, the present study provides an evaluation of the quality of educational materials on leishmaniasis available to health services in Brazil. The 18 publications evaluated consisted of four handbooks, four guided studies, four booklets, and six leaflets. Of the total publications assessed, nine were produced by the Brazilian National Health Foundation (FUNASA), five by State and Municipal Health Departments jointly with FUNASA, and one by the Pan-American Health Organization. The evaluations were also performed by three professionals: a physician specialized in leishmaniasis, a parasitologist, and an information/communications expert. The publications failed to specify key items such as target public, objective, and bibliography. The illustrations, especially in the booklets and leaflets, failed to clarify the text, portrayed biased concepts, and omitted credits and scale. According to this study, informative materials on leishmaniasis distributed in Brazil present major limitations which jeopardize the quality of information they contain.

The time-series approach is commonly utilized to get to the estimation of the likelihood thickness work of control ghostly densities (PDF PSD) of waveform information. This paper is concerned with the introduction of the evaluation of waveform commotion to degree the likelihood thickness work (PDF) be done inside, we utilized the metadata from a stock, a parser occurrence of DNP (Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia), IGBI (Ingas, Bali, Indonesia), and PLAI (Plampang, NTB, Indonesia) from BMKG IA-Networks and computations are based on the schedule utilized by McNamara Demonstrate. The point of this paper to characterize the current and past execution of the stations and recognizing the data on clamor levels at BMKG IA-Networks Station. The result of this paper shows the consistency of the unearthly is displayed the DNP, IGBI, and PLAI organize to confirm the quality of information conjointly acts as a test execution broadband arrange to the time taken by the broadband organize within the field and examination the Lombok earthquake in 2018.

Patient care in the registration section of the hospital is a very important activity, because there is a recording of patient data that will be used by other health workers in providing further health care. The use of information technology in the registration section can increase work effectiveness and efficiency and produce accurate information. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the benefits of using information technology in the registration section. This study aims to examine the relationship between the quality of information systems, the ability of officers and the performance of information users at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang, Indonesia. The research was conducted with survey method and data analysis using a quantitative approach. From the research results, it was found that the quality of information systems did not affect the benefits of using information technology. Meanwhile, the ability and performance of officers affect the benefits of using information technology. It is suggested that the scope of the use of information technology in the medical records section be increased. It is necessary to increase the ability of officers in the use of information technology by holding training or workshops.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the influence of information quality on the decision to choose attractions with trust as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The population in this study is the age category 17-40 years which is infinite who has become followers of @folkindonesia with a sample of 220 respondents. The questionnaire was distributed online then measured by the Likert scale and path as data analysis. The results showed that the quality of information and trust significantly influence the decision to choose attractions. But not with the information’s quality which doesn’t have a significant direct effect without trust as a mediator on the decision to choose a tourists destination. Furthermore, this study also found that information quality has a significant effect on trust. Meanwhile, based on the Sobel test results trust variable succeeded in mediating the relationship between the information quality variable on the decision to choose a tourists destination

The influence of the processes of functioning of the local natural-technical systems (NTS) «Stoilenskoe» and «Lebedinskoe» of the KMA deposit on the environment has been studied with the information obtained during the period of last 7—12 years (2004—2015 y.y.). Results of the analyses of time series and obtained trends in the geological components alteration (in particular, a) level of groundwater, b) chemical composition of groundwater, c) engineering and geological processes) have been given. The ways of regime observations optimization concerning their placement and frequency in time have been offered. The proposed way of the assessment of the current state of NTS allows reducing the observations number, without reducing quality of information. The spatial structure and the time mode of monitoring have to be corrected according to the obtained information. The data received from Lebedinskoye and Stoylinskoye fields can be used for design and development of the similar geological fields.

This paper explores the relationship between female directors and the quality of accounting information. it takes 51 enterprises from 2008 to 2018 as samples, selects the proportion of female directors, age, education background and financial background to study the personal characteristics. The results show that: the percentage of female directors is directly proportional to the accounting information; the higher the female director's education, the higher the quality of information; the female directors with financial background have a specific positive effect on the improvement of accounting information. Based on this, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of the board of directors and improve the quality of information about listed companies.
