Human resources management have key roles during running some business. Some good invesment in this human resources managements gives some benefit for company to gain more income. Hiring good employee and build some good organization inside company are needed to achieve good running business. The objective in this research  is to determine some parameters from some performance record in X company that have key roles for human resources management to give some good hiring affecting business income. The Data that used got from the X company from 2014-2018 with around 14 parameters and 10 human performance record parameters.From this needs, this research describe some  models such as multiple regression and random forest as validation focusing on analyzing the human performance record correlated to the revenue data set in PT X Company. As conclusion, this research concluded 3 parameters in human performance record that very important to determine good running business

It includes courses on organizational behaviour, human resources management, marketing, business management, travel and tourism and strategic management. Case overview Zim-Zum Welcome Hotel is a hotel in Zimbabwe in the travel and tourism sector. It was facing high turnover of employees and this was affecting the business through continuous hiring and training. The organization decided to introduce changes completely changing the way it does things, focusing on satisfying employees as well as customers. The new approach yielded favourable results, labour turnover dropped significantly and business improved greatly. In an effort to improve service, and increase profit, Zim-Zum has begun radically changing the way it hires, trains and deploys frontline workers. Management also examined how waiters and waitress do their job and concluded that there was supposed to be a division of labour between them and culinary staff. Management of Zim-Zum believe that companies that excel at managing frontline workers understand that excellent service is more than just a transaction. Expected learning outcomes Students can focus on: the importance of redesigning work so that superior service satisfies both the employee and the customer; human resources management is an important factor in improving employee performance and business performance; the importance of external and internal customers in improving company performance.

Abstract: Company performance measurement is very important. By measuring performance, management can determine the level of progress of the company and identify areas which should receive more attention. This research try to understand the influence of organizational culture to employee’s performance. This research is done to BJB Bank Branch Banjarmasin using all it’s employees as research population. Based on these results that the regression tested in this study are significant. In other words, the influence of organizational culture on performance is not coincident, but actually real or meaningful. Keywords: human resources management, organizational culture, employee performance Abstrak: Pengukuran kinerja suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat pen-ting. Dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja, manajemen dapat mengetahui ting-kat kemajuan perusahaan dan sekaligus mengetahui bidang-bidang mana yang ha-rus mendapat perhatian lebih banyak. Penelitian ini berusaha memahami pengaruh dari budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Bank BJB Cabang Banjarmasin dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan di Bank BJB Cabang Banjarmasin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disim-pulkan bahwa regresi yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah signifikan atau de-ngan kata lain pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja adalah bukan karena hal kebetulan semata, melainkan benar-benar nyata atau bermakna. Kata Kunci: manajemen sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai

The paper examined the role of human resources management in the process of evaluating the performance of employees applying to King Khalid University in the period (2016- 2019). The problem of the paper is an attempt to know the role of human resources management in the process of evaluating the performance of the university. The study aimed to highlight the role that human resources management plays in the evaluation process The performance of workers, which is reflected in the course on achieving the goals of the university, as well as aimed at identifying the obstacles facing human resources management in carrying out the performance evaluation process, which limits its effectiveness. The paper followed the descriptive analytical approach, the most important results of the paper. The Human Resources Department works to raise the efficiency of workers through attention to training programs that help in continuous growth and improvement. The university relies on the information provided by the performance appraisal system for the purpose of determining the rewards and incentives that distinguished employees deserve. The most important recommendations of the paper should be the process of evaluating the performance of university employees in the great interest, the need to benefit from feedback in the process of performance evaluation in dealing with the deficiencies in performance.

Human resources management is one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organizational goal always expects resources that are able to work effectively and so that the company can be achieved. Human Resources is a central factor in an organization. The research objective is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Kopitiam Cafe and Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Research method with associative method then using a quantitative descriptive approach. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: The more disciplined an employee is in working, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive . The more an employee is motivated to be enthusiastic about work, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive. The more disciplined an employee is in working and the more motivated an employee is to be enthusiastic at work when combined simultaneously, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive.

PurposeThe present study aimed to evaluate how Brazilian companies from different sectors are developing human resources practices in the context of Industry 4.0 and which of these practices allows better differentiate of companies.Design/methodology/approachAfter a systematic literature review to identify the most important human resources practices in the context of Industry 4.0, a survey with professionals from human resources area of companies operating in Brazil was carried out. Data analysis was performed through frequency evaluation and CRITIC method (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation). CRITIC method was used to identify the practices that best differentiate the studied companies.FindingsThe analysed companies are in different evolutionary stages regarding how human resources management practices are adapting to the Industry 4.0 context. Few companies have presented reliable results to better support the transition process. Practices related to evaluating employee performance in this context, estimating the needs of financial resources and time for the training required by Industry 4.0 and establishing systems to recognise talents among employees who already work for the company are the practices that best differentiate companies.Originality/valueThere are few studies on this topic for Brazilian context. The information presented in this article can be useful for professionals and researchers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Audit on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi. This study is a causal-comparative research. This study population is the entire General Hospital Bekasi employees totaling 158 respondents. The selection of the sample using Cluster Random Sampling method. The number of samples was 80 respondents, derived from four divisions: medical division (8 respondents), paramedic (32 respondents), medical support (10 respondents), and general (30 respondents). The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Prior to the study, first conducted trials-test with the instrument validity-test and reliability-test involving 20 employees of a General Hospital Bekasi were not involved back at the time of the study. Analysis prerequisite- test including normality-test, linearity-test, multicolinearity-test, and heteroscedasticity-test. The hypothesis-test in this study using simple-regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the Human Resources Management Audit have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi indicated by r2 value of 0.518, the significant value smaller than level of significant (0.000 < 0.050) and the regression line equation is Y = 0.813 + 0.766X. Employees have collective skills, abilities and experience that contribute to the interests of the company where they work, and can contribute to the success of supply chain and is a resource that is an asset in achieving supply chain excellence. To examine this relationship, this study investigates the role of human resources management (HRM) on the supply chain management of fertilizer companies in Indonesia, which is focused on the distribution and logistics of fertilizer from producer to their network and consumers. This study took samples from two fertilizer companies in East Java, structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis was carried out with the Smart PLS. 18 (Partial Least Square) program, and shows the value of t = 348.825 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.000) which means there is a significant effect of implementing enterprise human resources management (HRM) standards on company supply chain excellence and represents indicators of management strategy, cost leadership, focus on productivity, logistics, distributions, operational effectiveness, differentiation, and cooperation with companies or other institutions that support each other. The results of this study have provided an overview of the application of enterprise capable of supporting human resource management. Enterprise standards in both fertilizer companies are applied regularly, starting from checking the completeness of the employee database, including contact information, details of salary, compensation and benefits; attendance, employee performance, career planning, work relations, socialization, and informal communication so that the company would be able to adapt and be more flexible towards every need in the present and in the future.

Staff management strategy includes a plan on how to optimize employee performance within a company. Other than being compensated fairly, employees need to feel valued, be given feedback, and provided with growth opportunities. This paper examines human resources management problems and strategies at power engineering companies. As an example, 220 kV power substation has been reviewed in regards of staff managing methods and possible solutions. Certain employee management methods, i.e. employee surveys, ratings, and certification have been suggested in order to reduce the incidence of electrical violations during the operation of substations and increase workplace wellbeing at power engineering companies.

Performance management approach has not been widely presented in Polish literature in the field of human resources management. There is also no domestic research in this regard, on the contrary to the English language literature. The paper concentrates on employee performance management as an integrated approach to human resources management on the basis of literature review. It presents the unfolding role of PM systems in Polish HRM trends on the background of worldwide research findings.
