Human resources management is one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organizational goal always expects resources that are able to work effectively and so that the company can be achieved. Human Resources is a central factor in an organization. The research objective is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Kopitiam Cafe and Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Research method with associative method then using a quantitative descriptive approach. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: The more disciplined an employee is in working, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive . The more an employee is motivated to be enthusiastic about work, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive. The more disciplined an employee is in working and the more motivated an employee is to be enthusiastic at work when combined simultaneously, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive.

This study aims to test and determine whether competence and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. The research method used is the verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. So in this study using all populations of 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure the research variables, researchers use a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that employee competence consisting of intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence has no influence on the employee performance of PT. EGI. Meanwhile, the results of the data indicate that work motivation which consists of motivator factors and hygiene factors has a strong influence on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI. However, if further tested together the competency and work motivation variables above have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI.

This   research   aims   to   know   the   Influence   of   Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The place of this research is at PT. ISS Indonesia at Mall Matahari Daan Mogot.  This research was done to 62 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of of double linear regression test. Data collected directly from the respondents by using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using software SPSS Ver 23. The results of this study show partially and simultaneously, the variable Transformational Leadership Style has no significant effect on Employee Performance PT. ISS Indonesia. Yet another case with Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance.   Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Tempat penelitian ini adalah di PT. ISS Indonesia Mall Matahari Daan Mogot. Penelitian ini dilakukan 62 responden dengan menggunakan desktriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda.  Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan software SPSS Ver 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. ISS Indoneisa. Namun lain halnya dengan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

Motivation is one of the most important aspects in human resources management. Motivated employees are often the difference between the good and great companies. The ever-complicating environment is demanding more and more from companies. In the current economical era, namely the human capital is the one thing, providing the requirements of the environment so that companies can afford to stay on the market. Therefore, everything linked to the proper human resources management should be examined in detail, which is the main purpose of the current study. Here we aim to examine the link between the number of children for which the respondents are required to take care of and the most valuable motivators in workplace motivation. We firmly believe that the preferred motivators are directly linked to the number of children, with which we describe as the stage of the life cycle for each respondent. First of all, in our article we would like to examine motivation as a part of the human resource management. Afterwards, we will examine the results from our survey, held among 595 respondents from various sectors of the Bulgarian economy. The survey was held in online format, guaranteeing the anonymity of the respondents. The larger part of the response group is part of a governmentally owned railway company.

The main objective of the research is to investigate the correlation and influence between cyber security management and the technology acceptance model in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior. The data was collected from (150) respondents represented by an intentional sample of the Directorate of Systems and Informatics and the Information Technology Department in the General Directorate of Human Resources Management and for data analysis, statistical programs (AMOS, SPSS) were employed. By adopting appropriate statistical methods, the results of the research showed that the Ministry of Interior, whenever it tries to pay attention to cyber security management, the more it is reflected in the level of technology acceptance. In other words, cyber security management has a fundamental and influential role in the extent of acceptance of the technology that will be adopted within the ministry.

The purpose of this research is to analyze human resource management in improving the quality of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh (ZIS) management at LAZISMU Purbalingga. This research is qualitative non-experimental (descriptive) research and uses phenometric approach. This research was executed at the Lembaga Amil Zakat Infak Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Purbalingga, Central Java. The source of this research is the director of LAZISMU, The Employees, and some people who paid the ZIS at LAZISMU Purbalingga. Researchers act as instruments as well as data collectors. Other instruments are also used to support in completing data research. In this study, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique is divided into several steps including data collection, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed there are two types of employees at LAZISMU Purbalingga. First the employee or permanent employee, the second is the voluntary employee. The process of human resource management there are several stages, starting from the process of Recruitment, Placement, Coaching and Training, and Human Resources Evaluation. There is a uniqueness of the stages of human resources management compared to organizations and companies in general. ZIS management at LAZISMU Purbalingga is applied into various fields of activities. First the areas of education, economics, health, social and da'wah, and teh last is construction branch. Each areas has its own advantages and is certainly applied in activities that have many benefit for people.

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.
