The articles justifies the need for constant care for the axiological dimension of education. The habitus of the modern teacher was analyzed in the perspective of axiological dispositions. The author’s reconstructions of the respondents’ views concerning their preferences regarding observable and repetitive teachers’ behavior were categorized. These behaviors were indicators of the values which guided teachers in their work with students. An attempt was made to determine which axiological properties of teachers, expressed in the praxiological dimension, are particularly valued by today’s youth. Analysis of the frequency of indications of the preferred teachers’ behaviors helped to establish the hierarchy of these properties. The results of the diagnosis carried out on a sample of 903 respondents showed that teachers’ pedagogical tactfulness, subject knowledge and good organization of work are mostly appreciated and expected by young people. In addition, attempts were made to identify differences in the respondents’ preferences due to their interest profile, expressed in the choice of a specific field of academic studies. It has been established that it is the factor which differentiates students’ preferences in relation to the teacher’s axiological attributes. Significant relationships have been observed and the conclusions made valuable implications for pedeutology.

A good organization also has good order. Regularity is inherent and becomes a habit that unwittingly becomes a culture, thus distinguishing it from other groups. Muhammadiyah Kendal Islamic Hospital experienced ups and downs during the leadership of the institution's management. The new leadership brings change, the bad culture of the organization must be changed, especially in the field of nursing. Nursing in the hospital is the driving force of organizational life. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which organizational culture changes to the work culture of nurses after a change in leadership. Data retrieval using descriptive method. Data were taken from RSI nurses totaling 76 nurses Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the researcher only took 33 people who had had a minimum of one year of service, and experienced a change in leadership. Data processing. This data is processed in manual by using excel programe. Of the 33 nurses, 50% of the leadership's attention is good, while 50% is less. This condition illustrates that nurses group need more intention supervision. From the data above, it can be concluded that caused organizational changes, performance has not been maximized, coordination has not been maximized and routine, the new work culture has not been fully formed.

The conservation of protected areas is nowadays one of the concerns of international and national institutions. This study aims to contribute to better conservation of the ichthyological fauna of the lagoon area of the Azagny National Park (PNA). This national park has been dealing with the harmful effects of human activities for years. Thus, from March 2019 to February 2020, sampling campaigns were carried out to characterize this space, for better conservation. The results obtained are based on the analysis of abiotic and biotic (fish) data collected at 6 stations. The physicochemical parameters were measured using a multiparameter and the fish population collected using 10 gillnet batteries of 10, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50 mm mesh void. The analysis of the ichthyological population of the lagoon area reveals a diversity of 53 species belonging to 30 families and 12 orders. 11 species were newly collected while 31 species previously recorded in these hydrosystems were not captured in the present study. The Shannon (H’> 2) and Equitability (E> 0.5) indices calculated reflect a good organization and stability of the ichthyological population of the hydrosystems of the PNA lagoon zone. The Monte-Carlo test indicates that the variables rate of nitrate, width, rate of dissolved oxygen, water temperature, alkalinity, salinity, rate of dissolved solid and phosphorus are those which discriminate specific richness, abundance and the distribution of the stand.

The objective of this work was to determine the impact of water level variations on fish distribution in Lake Buyo and the main course of the Sassandra River. The campaigns will take place from June 2018 to May 2019. The hydrological changes are proven after the impoundment of a second dam on the Sassandra River. These hydrological changes have had an impact on fish diversity. The fish were caught using gillnets and artisanal traps. These fish are divided into 6 orders, 14 families and 42 species. In Lake Buyo, the species Synodontis punctifer dominates the population during the flood period while Coptodon zillii is predominant during the low water season. In the mainstream, the species Synodontis punctifer dominates the population during the periods of opening and closing of the gates of the dam, this species is more adapted to hydrological changes. A good organization of the population is observed during the period of flooding in the lake. In the main river, a good organization of the population is proven during the flood period when the gates of the dam are closed. The predictive model showed that in Lake Buyo, the species richness is positively influenced by the impoundment rating but negatively by the inflow rate and the volume of water discharged. In the fluvial environment, the model showed that the specific richness is negatively influenced by the depth and the turbinated water flow but positively influenced by the current speed.

In the era of big and omics data, good organization, management, and description of experimental data are crucial for achieving high-quality datasets. This, in turn, is essential for the export of robust results, to publish reliable papers, make data more easily available, and unlock the huge potential of data reuse. Lately, more and more journals now require authors to share data and metadata according to the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles. This work aims to provide a step-by-step guideline for the FAIR data and metadata management specific to grapevine and wine science. In detail, the guidelines include recommendations for the organization of data and metadata regarding (i) meaningful information on experimental design and phenotyping, (ii) sample collection, (iii) sample preparation, (iv) chemotype analysis, (v) data analysis (vi) metabolite annotation, and (vii) basic ontologies. We hope that these guidelines will be helpful for the grapevine and wine metabolomics community and that it will benefit from the true potential of data usage in creating new knowledge being revealed.

As the first part of a narrative text, orientation should be able to attract the readers’ attention; therefore, it must be well organized. From the Systemic Functional Linguistics point of view, a well-organized text can be confirmed through its textual metafunction realized in theme and rheme. In addition to confirming a good organization of the clauses, theme-rheme interactions would make the text interesting. This paper aims at describing the thematic characteristics of the orientation of the English version of Hikayat Deli text (the translated text of Hikayat Deli). This study employed the data derived from the orientation part of the English version of Hikayat Deli text which was analyzed using content analysis. The results of data analysis showed that: (1) unmarked themes dominated the use of theme in the orientation part of the English version of Hikayat Deli text, (2) the story characters (participants) were used most frequently as the clause themes, and (3) conjunctions and conjunctives (textual themes) were the elements of multiple themes most frequently used in the orientation part of the English version of Hikayat Deli text. It is concluded that the choice of theme elements helps in constructing a well-organized orientation and in facilitating the easy understanding to readers of what the rest of the text is about.

Pain as an integral part of palliative care (PC) is often present at the end of the life. Today, many different analgesics from opioids and non- opioids origin are in use. The integration of their use is the most effective method for pain relief. The aim of this chapter is to discuss different therapeutic approaches to pain management in palliative care. Palliative care is being confronted between the expectations and the possibilities to provide an efficient relief from the symptoms, the pain and the stress. The possibility to use opioids for pain management, with all side effects, and non-addictive drugs as additional treatment, improves the quality and the duration of life for the patients in palliative care. Since the origin of the pain is different, the use of analgesic therapy should be individualized and adapted to the real need of every person. Finally, only a good organization and institutionalization of palliative care in the society could allow for better prevention of suffering at the end of the life.
