Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the adversity quotient of adolescents who experienced broken home. What factors influence adversity quotient of adolescents who experience a broken home, and how the description of adversity quotient adolescents who experience a broken home. This study used a qualitative research design and used a case study approach to be able to find out adversity quotient of adolescents who experience broken home. In this study, researchers used 6 sources 2 people as research subjects and 4 people as informants to know from each subject. Rhe results of this study found that adversity quotient adolescents who wxperience broken home have adversity quotient that is not much different. The first subject has four dimentions of adversity quotient, while the second subject only has three of the four dimentions of adversity quotient, each dimention possessed by several factors, namely beliefs, talents, character, passion/willingness, education and environment. Keyword: Adversity Quotient, Adolescence, Broken Home Absrtak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home. Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home, serta bagaimana gambaran adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif serta menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus untuk dapat mengetahui adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 6 sumber. 2 orang sebagai subjek penelitian dan 4 orang sebagai informan tahu dari masing-masing subjek. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home memiliki adversity quotient yang tidak jauh berbeda. Subjek pertama memiliki empat dimensi adversity quotient, sementara subjek kedua hanya memiliki tiga dari empat dimensi adversity quotient. Setiap dimensi yang dimiliki oleh subjek juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu keyakinan, bakat, karakter, hasrat/kemauan, pendidikan dan lingkungan. This study was designed to explore the perception and experiences of motivation of teacher educators of the universities of Sindh province of Pakistan. The data was collected and analysed through case study approach, the qualitative research design and thematic-narrative analysis technique. The total twenty-one teacher educators revealed their stories in the form of narratives about their motivation. The findings of this article would be found suitable, authentic and reliable resource, which would be an excellent addition in to the existing literature of motivation in order to understand the phenomenon, its process and causations.

This study aims to know the welfare of the psychology of the first wife in polygamy marriage. What factors affect the psychological welfare of a first wife in polygamy, as well as what causes a wife in polygamy. This research uses qualitative research design as well as using and using a case study approach to be able to know the welfare of the psychology of the first wife in polygamy marriage. In this study, researchers used 7 people sources, 2 people as the subject of research, 4 people as informant know of each subject and 1 person as the informant of the perpetrator. The results of this study found that the cause of both subjects in polygamy were among men's riches, consideration of the nobility, and religious considerations. The subjects in this study also had different psychological welfare. The first subject has six-dimensional welfare psychology, while the second subject has only four of the six dimensions of psychological wellbeing. Every dimension that belongs to the subject is also influenced by factors such as religious and social support factors

This study aims to determine the development of sportsmanship in children through a modified game of HOT (Hoki Tiup) during the pandemic. The research was conducted at Rumah Belajar All Kids. The research subjects were selected by purposive sampling, namely 4 children aged 5-6 years who did limited face-to-face learning. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Methods of data collection used interviews, observation, and document study. The data analysis was used the data reduction stage, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that sportsmanship develops from the aspects of respect, fairness, and acceptance of the results of the game. Respect is shown through natural expressions when experiencing victory or defeat. A fair attitude is marked by the child starting to obey the rules of the game when playing with all his friends.The child receives the final result of the game.

The purpose of this paper is to know the effect of parental divorce on children's psychological. The method used qualitative research with a case study approach. The subject in this study amounted to one pair by using a purposive sampling technique that is sampling where the researcher has determined the criteria for the research subjects. The results of this study indicate that divorced parents will have a psychological effect on the child including the child receiving less attention, protection, and love from his father and mother.

The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of Islamic Religious Education Teachers' exemplary approach to developing students' emotional, spiritual quotients. This article employs a qualitative research methodology in conjunction with a case study approach. The approach taken is consistent with the formulation of the problem under investigation. Informants were chosen based on the research's objectives. Formal and informal interviews were conducted. The findings of this study demonstrate two aspects of the emotional approach in Islamic education: Methods of persuasion and education. Teachers develop spiritual, emotional intelligence by providing students with new knowledge that includes exemplary figures dating all the way back to the Prophet Muhammad's time and exemplary national figures, as well as by inviting students to practice family strategies for recognizing and managing their own emotions, the ability to motivate themselves, the ability to recognize the emotions of others, and how to build relationships with others.

This research was conducted to describe the entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" and description about the obstacles experienced by SMEs Tofu "RDS". This research uses descriptive qualitative research design that aims to obtain the information available at this time, and then attempt to describe, record and interpret the information. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. This type of qualitative research is case study. The result of the research is the condition of entrepreneurial leadership from the leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" is generally good because he is able to motivate employees well, have a picture of the future effort, able to read opportunities well, actively seeking new ideas, persistent in running their business And barriers faced by SMEs Tofu "RDS" can be overcome well by the leadership of SMEs Tofu RDS.

This research aims to describe the mistakes of the prospective teachers in solving the application of radian measurement problems and their causes. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The types of data collection in this research consisted of the results of the subject's work and transcripts of interviews with research subjects. By following the type of data, this research instrument consists of one question about the problem of applying radian measurement and interview guidelines developed by the researchers. Data analysis of the subject's work is carried out by classifying the types of errors to know the types of errors that arise in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements. While the transcript analysis of the interview results was carried out by coding the words to determine the factors causing the errors that appeared. The results of the research indicate that the error in solving the problem of applying the radian measurement are misconceptions and factual errors. This misconception is generally caused by intuitive thinking, while this factual error is generally caused by not paying careful attention to the information in the question. The solution to these errors is to analyze the elements of the circle that are interconnected in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements and to be careful in writing the information that is known in the question.

<p>Mosque Welfare Agency (BKM) Semarang and Pekalongan Muslim Foundation (YKMP) is a nāẓir of productive waqf land. Management of waqf performed by BKM Semarang has not given the expected results, while the management of waqf by YMKP has given results as planned. The main question in this research is what are the factors of success and failures of both institutions in managing of productive land waqf? The answers are measured using two parameters: 1) The investment strategy by BKM Semarang and YMKP; 2) The organization's management of nāẓir of YMKP and BKM? This is a qualitative research with case study approach. Data is collected using observation, interview, and documentation. The methode of analysis is the comparative descriptive. The findings of this research are: 1) Investment of land waqf performed by BKM Semarang unproductive, while investment and distribution of land waqf performed by YMKP productive. 2) The organization's management of BKM in each function is not effective. While the organization's management of YMKP is effective.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong></strong>Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid (BKM) Kota Semarang dan Yayasan Muslimin Kota Pekalongan (YKMP) adalah nazhir badan hukum yang mengelola tanah wakaf secara produktif. Pengelolaan wakaf yang dilakukan oleh BKM Kota Semarang belum<br />memberikan hasil seperti yang diharapkan, sedangkan pengelolaan wakaf oleh YMKP telah memberikan hasil seperti yang direncanakan. Pertanyaan utama dalam penelitian<br />ini adalah apa faktor keberhasilan dan ketidakberhasilan dari kedua lembaga tersebut dalam mengelola wakaf tanah produktif? Jawaban pertanyaan di atas diukur menggunakan<br />dua parameter: 1) Strategi investasi BKM Kota Semarang dan YKMP; 2) Manajemen organisasi kenazhiran BKM Kota Semarang dan YKMP. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan<br />teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Investasi tanah wakaf yang dilakukan oleh BKM Kota Semarang tidak produktif sedangkan Investasi dan pendistribusian hasil yang dilakukan oleh YMKP produktif. 2) Manajemen organisasi BKM Kota Semarang pada tiap-tiap fungsinya tidak berjalan efektif. Sedangkan manajemen organisasi YMKP telah berjalan cukup efektif.</p>

Parental participation is very basic in the development of a child's character, one of which is intelligence. Intrapersonal intelligence is very important for children, if someone has a high level of intelligence, he will be able to control his emotions so that the actions taken are based on the correct knowledge. Therefore, in developing this intrapersonal intelligence, a stimulus from parents is needed. The purpose behind this research is to describe the role of parents in developing intrapersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The researcher uses a case study approach approach, the type of instrumental case study approach. The selection of research subjects was carried out by purposive sampling, which consisted of two families. This information collection method is carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques created by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that parents play a role in providing support, parents play a role in providing guidance, parents play a role in uniting children's activities, parents play a role in providing understanding for children, parents teach children in emotions, parents play a role in habituation to children.

Pesantren Al Mukmin Ngruki Sukoharjo is often cited as an inspiration for radical Islam in Indonesia. This research examines the reproduction of religious understanding and the response to allegations of radicalism addressed to Pesantren Ngruki after the Bali bombings of 2002. This study includes qualitative research with case study approach. This study argues that a radical view of Islam can not be separated from social and historical context of this Islamic boarding institutions. Currently Pesantren Ngruki has undergone some changes in the orientation of education resulting from multiple causes, which are not limited by the case of Bali bombings only.
