The article discusses the main approaches to the design and development of an automated information system for a secure cloud repository of paperworks of students and employees of educational and research organisations (abstracts, essays, term papers and theses, master’s theses, deposited articles), providing secure storage and secure mobile access to stored data. The research and development of architectural solutions to ensure reliable and secure data storage using cloud technologies are described. The main problems of designing a secure repository and ways to solve them are considered. The cloud repository of written works is built on the basis of the Ceph distributed file system, which uses the NextCloud system and the virtual computing resources of the virtual network infrastructure of the Belarusian State University as a platform for building a cloud interface.

There is increasing pressure from funders, publishers, the public, universities and other research organisations for researchers to improve their data management and sharing practices. However, little is known about researchers’ data management and sharing practices and concerns. The research reported in this paper seeks to address this by providing insight into the research data management and sharing practices of academics at ten universities in New South Wales, Australia. Empirical data was taken from a survey to which 760 academics responded, with 634 completing at least one section. Results showed that at the time of the survey there were a wide variety of research data in use, including analogue data, and that the challenges researchers faced in managing their data included finding safe and secure storage, particularly after project completion, but also during projects when data are used (and thus stored) on a wide variety of less-than-optimal temporary devices. Data sharing was not widely practiced and only a relatively small proportion of researchers had a research data management plan. Since the survey was completed much has changed: capacities and communities are being built around data management and sharing and policies, and guidelines are being constructed. Data storage and curation services are now more freely available. It will be interesting to observe how the findings of future studies compare with those reported here.

The article deals with the development of science in higher educational institutions of Bashkiria in the 1960- 1980s, also the problem of the growth of the number of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel. The paper shows the dynamics of creating of research sections (departments), research industrial branch and problem laboratories, research production units in the universities of the republic. Thus, the first research laboratory in the higher educational institutions of the republic appeared in 1960, and the first research sections (departments) in 1963. The paper shows that in institutional terms, research activities were particularly intensively developed in the Ufa Oil and Aviation Institutes, the Bashkir State University. For some time, from 1963 to 1967, the former research institutes of the Bashkir branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences were part of the BSU; namely the Institute of Organic Chemistry and the Institute of Biology. However, the most rapid emergence of research laboratories in most universities of the republic dates back only to the 1980s, when they were established in the Bashkir State University, Medical and Agricultural Institutes. The article describes peculiarities of the formation of scientific trends and schools in various higher education institutions of the region. Thus, in the Bashkir Agricultural Institute, scientific research was closely related to agricultural production, in the Medical Institute - with medical and preventive practice in the republic. The Ufa Aviation and Petroleum Institutes, partly the University, served the production interests of large industrial enterprises. The article reveals that during the period under review, there occurred a certain integration of college science with academic and branch science, production, also increase the volume of contractual self accounting work took place The problem publication the results of scientific research remained acute during the study period. The issue of the implementing of the results of scientific activity in to production is touched upon. A number of difficulties in the development of science in higher educational institutions of the republic are identified in the article: the weakness of the experimental and production base, its inefficient use, the increase in the time of implementation of developments in to production, the low level of cooperation and coordination of scientific activities.

In Indonesia, the dissemination of religious radicalism not only occurs in educational institutions but has also spread into other social institutions. In the scope of higher education, the National Counter Terrorism Agency (BNPT) released the results of their research in 2018, indicate the emergence of radicalism in several state universities. Although several other parties questioned the details of BNPT’s findings, the research made “politics of fear” after explicitly labelling seven well-known state universities exposed to radical ideology. This research is directed to formulate the learning innovation on Islamic Religious Education (IRE) based Civic Intelligence using the Values Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model as an effort to strengthen religious moderation. This research is classified into the research and development (R&D) model which conducted at State University of Malang (UM) and the development model used the ADDIE model. The result revealed that the mapping for religious moderation after getting treatment can be grouped into five categories (very high: 9.97%, high: 9.30%, moderate: 51.82%, low: 26.57% and very low: 2.32%). Keywords: Civic Intelligence, Moderation, Islamic Religious Education

Data is a very important need for an Education institute, one of them is SMK Persatuan Ummat Islam. Because data is an important asset that must be protected and protected by its security. For this reason, a media is needed that can store data that are important and valuable assets so that they are guaranteed security and maintenance. Data processing is connected to the local area network (LAN) of SMK Persatuan Ummat Islam. Storage media with good and reliable performance will certainly greatly assist agencies for data storage in improving information access services at educational institutions. It is very important to secure data from the server so that it is necessary to backup the data by adding software or hardware as a backup server computer. To be guaranteed the data backup process periodically requires an application that can backup data automatically from the server or client. NAS4Free is a server with a Linux-based operating system that is very specialized to handle data storage centrally, so that it becomes one of the very good solutions to be implemented, because by using one media as a center of data storage can reduce the risk of data loss or data damage. And can restore (restore) data if the computer is damaged. So that the hope can facilitate the work of educators and education staff in improving services in educational institutions using data backup in ensuring the security and maintenance of data which are important and valuable assets

Successful operation of modern banking institutions significantly depends on the use of the latest information and communication technologies in process management, from motivation and communication with staff, to remote control of banking operations. Purpose of scientific research is a study of the principles and features of banking automated information system in terms of implementation of the latest information and cloud technologies by banking institutions. The object of scientific research is banking automated information system of banking institutions. The result of the article: research proved that the creation and selection of banking automated information system of banking institution is based on the planning of all systems related to the functioning of the complete infrastructure of the bank, built on information technology; the causes and consequences of various risk situations by channels of their occurrence (information Web-site, e-mail, network systems, system failures, electronic payment systems and data transmission systems, electronic channel) in the banking sector as a result of using a bank automated information system are substantiated; key areas of banking automated information system and the elements of the system of risk situations that arise in the banking sector as a result of the use of banking automated information system are described; main requirements for information support of banking institution and the main criteria for choosing banking automated information system of a banking institution are identified. Practical implications: priority ways of overcoming the risks of introduction of banking automated information system are offered, taking into account the scope and spread of risks. At the same time, the methods of providing cloud services used by banking institutions were evaluated. Value/originality: the introduction of a banking automated information system of a banking institution today is impossible without the use of cloud technologies (infrastructure as a service – IaaS, software as a service – SaaS, platform as a service – PaaS), each of which has a number of strengths and weaknesses.

Traditional financial data storage methods are prone to data leakage and narrow data coverage. Therefore, this paper proposes a dynamic and secure storage method of financial data based on cloud platform. In order to improve the ability of enterprise data management, the paper constructs a financial cloud computing platform, mining financial data by rough set theory, and analyzing the results of frequent pattern mining of financial data by fuzzy attribute characteristics.According to the granularity theory, the financial data is classified and processed, and the CSA cloud risk model is established to realize the dynamic and secure storage of financial data. The experimental results show that. The maximum data storage delay of this method is no more than 4.1 s, the maximum data leakage risk coefficient is no more than 0.5, the number of data types can reach 30, and the data storage coverage is improved.
