ENGLISHMost of the fishermen in the Pecangaan village conduct small-level fishing activities. The study aimed: (1) to analyse the business investment; (2) to analyse the business financing and revenue; and (3) to analyse the financial feasibility of the fishing business in Pecangaan Village, Pati Regency. It was a quantitative-descriptive study. The study was held from March to October 2016 in Pecangaan Village, Pati Regency. The research samples were the fishermen in Pecangaan Village, numbered 55 people. The data analysis comprised descriptive analysis and financial feasibility analysis (Net Present Value, Revenue-Cost Ratio, and Payback Period. The study resulted: (1) The investment consisted of a unit of 5-10 GT boat, 15-20 HP boat machine, and gears, namely shrimp net, crab net, and trap. (2) The largest financing, as well as the revenue, were found in the regular season, then was followed by the peak season and the bad season respectively. (3) The financial analysis concludes that fishing business in Pecangaan Village is profitable and feasible. INDONESIAMayoritas nelayan di Desa Pecangaan melakukan kegiatan penangkapan ikan skala kecil. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk menganalisis investasi usaha; (2) menganalisis pembiayaan dan pendapatan usaha; (3) menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha penangkapan ikan nelayan Desa Pecangaan Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Waktu penelitian bulan Maret sampai Oktober 2016 di Desa Pecangaan Kabupaten Pati. Sampel penelitian yaitu nelayan Desa Pecangaan sebanyak 55 orang. Analisis data yaitu secara deskriptif dan analisis kelayakan usaha secara finansial (Net Present Value, Revenue-Cost Ratio dan Payback Period). Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) investasi terdiri dari 1 unit kapal ukuran 5-10 GT, mesin kapal berkapasitas 15-20 PK, alat tangkap terdiri dari Jaring udang, jaring rajungan dan bubu. (2) Pembiayaan terbesar, sama dengan pendapatan yaitu pada musim biasa, diikuti oleh musim puncak dan musim paceklik. (3) Analisis finansial menyatakan bahwa usaha penangkapan ikan oleh nelayan Desa Pecangaan menghasilkan keuntungan dan layak untuk dijalankan.

Organic rise is a rice which produce organically from paddy without using fertilizer and chemical perticides. The market demand on organic rice has increased drastically and effected on promising market prospect. Lombok Kulon village is one of the area di Bondowoso district has been applied organic farming on organic rice. Tani mandiri 1 is one of farmer group who are cultivating organic rice with the certificate. The subject of research was taken at Lombok Kulon village, Wonosari regency, Bondowoso district. The method of research was descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling. The objectives of the research are: (1) to analyze the financial structure; (2) To know the criteria of financial feasibility. The quantitave analysis is purposed to analyze the aspects of financial which are cash flow, NPV (Net Present Value), IRR  (Internal Rate of Return), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period and sensitivity analysis financial. The research showed that Unit Processing Padi Organik Tani Mandiri I was a viable unit based on the result of financial analysis. It was proved by NPV score which was Rp. 1.456.180.006 with 6 % of discount rate, the score of Net B/C Ratio was 1,65 or more than (>) 1, and IRR score was 23,80% or more than (>) 6% of bank interest rate.Organic rise is a rice which produce organically from paddy without using fertilizer and chemical perticides. This research analyze the economic and financial feasibility of Papua’s Batik Port Numbay. The economic performance for business was good at marketing aspect and good enough for management and human resource, production, and environment analysis aspect. While finance aspect assessment indicates that Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1,30, Value of Payback Period is 2,16 years which is below time specified 10 years. The Net Present Value is Rp 1.146.518.993, profitability index is 4,54, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 52,42%. Based on the overall financial measurement, it shows that the business is viable to be continued.

Off Street Parking building  in Pasar Aceh Baru is one of the parking facilities available in the area. Withthe increase of visitors to Pasar Aceh Baru, the need for parking space is also increasing. In this case the authors want to analyze the feasibility in terms of finance based on parking rates using Qanun Banda Aceh City No. 4 year 2012. The objective of the study is to calculate the number of parking vehicles, vehicles accumulation and to see the financial feasibility level of the parking facilities based on Laws Banda Aceh city regulated by Qanun No. 4 year 2012, so the results obtained when the parking facility has a period of turnover point of payback (Payback Period). This study uses 3 methods, namely NPV, BCR and IRR and discount rate of 10%, 12%, 15% and 18%. From the data processing using 3 methods, resulted in Net Present Value (NPV) largest value is Rp. -3,853,539,000, - at 10% discount rate while the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) is 0,809 at discount rate 10% and IRR value equal to -1,149%. This proves that with parking rates using Qanun Banda Aceh City No. 4 year 2012 the parking facilities are not feasible to be built financially. Keywords: Financial Feasibility, Parking Rates, NPV, BCR, and IRR

Abstract Some fishermen in North Sulawesi province, especially in the district of the village Mandolang Teteli Weru fill their daily activities in gaining revenue that the fishery business, especially the chart. They are very dependent on the equipment they have for the sake of increased revenues to a better direction. Measure to be used in financial analysis consists of the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). This research is descriptive. The sampling method will be used to take samples of probability sampling method is purposive sampling is a sampling technique is done with a certain considerations intended that the data obtained are representative (Sugiyono, 2008). The amount of samples taken in this study was 30%. Where the number of fishermen in the village Tateli Weru charts are as many as 15 people so 5 sample of the total number of samples considered to represent all units charts are large, small, or medium. Data obtained consists of primary data and secondary data. The data will be analyzed using descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. They are using financial analysis to analyzing of Feasibility their gear. Investment (I) IDR. 25.5332 million; Fixed costs (FC) IDR. 6,843,026; Total Revenue (TR) IDR. 37,000,000; Variable Cost (VC) Rp. 9,369,326; Price per unit IDR. 2,500,000; and a net profit of IDR. 27,890,674 for each year. Financial analysis in this study proves that the business of fishing gear is still feasible to continue. This is evident from the results of financial calculations with the results of NPV = IDR. 13,134,379; IRR = 23.11% and the payback period of 0.9 years. Although the results of research on fishing gear chart showing good financial shape, but if the chart fisherman in the village of Weru Tateli only livelihood depends on fishing gear this chart alone, it will not meet the daily needs of the family. This is because the fishing season is not fixed, so as to meet their daily needs, they need to look for other income.   Abstrak Beberapa nelayan di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara khususnya di Kecamatan Mandolang Desa Teteli Weru mengisi aktivitas sehari-hari dalam memperoleh pendapatan yaitu dengan usaha perikanan tangkap khususnya bagan. Mereka sangat bergantung pada alat yang mereka miliki demi peningkatan pendapatan ke arah yang lebih baik. Ukuran yang akan digunakan dalam analisis finansial ini terdiri dari Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Payback Period (PP). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam mengambil sampel adalah metode probability sampling Purposive sampling adalah teknik sampling yang dilakukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh bersifat representatif (Sugiyono, 2008). Besarnya sampel diambil pada penelitian ini adalah 30%. Dimana jumlah nelayan bagan di Desa Tateli Weru adalah sebanyak 15 orang sehingga 5 orang sampel dari jumlah keseluruhan sampel dianggap telah mewakili semua unit bagan berukuran besar, kecil, maupun sedang. Data diperoleh terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang akan terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Kelayakan dari alat tangkap bagan di Desa Tateli Weru digunakan analisis finansial. Investasi (I) Rp. 25.533.200 ; Biaya tetap (FC) Rp. 6.843.026 ; Total Penerimaan (TR) Rp. 37.000.000 ; Biaya Tidak Tetap (VC) Rp. 9.369.326 ; Harga Satuan Rp. 2.500.000 ; dan Laba bersih Rp. 27.890.674 untuk setiap tahunnya. Analisis finansial dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa usaha alat tangkap ini masih layak untuk dilanjutkan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil perhitungan finansial dengan hasil NPV = Rp. 13.134.379 ; IRR = 23,11% serta periode pengembalian dalam 0,9 tahun. Meskipun hasil penelitian terhadap alat tangkap bagan menunjukkan keadaan finansial yang baik, namun bila nelayan bagan di Desa Tateli Weru hanya bergantung pada mata pencaharian alat tangkap bagan ini saja, maka tidak akan mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari keluarga. Hal ini dikarenakan musim ikan yang tidak tetap, sehingga untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari, mereka perlu mencari penghasilan lain.

Analysis of the financial aspects is a crucial thing in planning a business to determine the feasibility of the business. The research aims to: evaluating by financial the business of turmeric simplicia and determine the investment value of the business of turmeric simplicia. First, this study began with the identification and observation of problems to collects the datas then we have financial analysed with 5 criterias, there are Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability (PR) and Payback Period (PP). The results showed that turmeric simplicia business is feasible to run with a Net Present Value result is Rp. 80.792.466 and Internal Rate of return is 13% and Payback Period for 1,95 years and B/C Ratio 1,22 with Profitability 2,16. Sensitivity tests show decreased and increased income of 2% and 3%, it means the business is still feasible. The investment for turmeric is Rp. 206.072.626 which from own capital is Rp. 164.858.101 and loans of Rp. 41.214.525. Keywords: turmeric, simplicia, financial analysis

The purpose of this research was to analyze financial feasibility and sensitivity of calamansi syrup industry in Segar Asri, Padang Serai Village, Kampung Melayu Sub-district, Bengkulu City. This research is a case study conducted in April - May 2019. The location of the research is chosen purposively. Data were obtained from the interview process using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is investment criteria (Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value, Gross Benefit Cost Ratio, Net Benefit Cost Ratio and Payback Period). The results showed that the financial analysis carried out at Segar Asri, Padang Serai Village, Kampung Melayu Sub-district, Bengkulu City was profitable and feasible to continue. Sensitivity analysis of calamansi syrup industry in Segar Asri, Padang Serai Village, Kampung Melayu Sub-District, Bengkulu City is feasible to continue if there is a decrease in calamansi syrup production by 10%, 20%, and 30%.Key words: Calamansi, feasibility, financial, sensitivity, syrup

ABSTRAK Limbah industri pengolahan cincau hitam UD RSA Kota Kediri dapat menjadi bahan baku pembuatan pupuk organik padat maupun cair. Pengelolaan usaha pembuatan pupuk organik dilaksanakan berdasarkan prinsip usaha kemitraan dengan Kelompok Wanita Tani Desa Nambaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha pupuk organik yang akan didirikan berdasarkan pendekatan aspek finansial dan aspek non finansial. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode penelitian berupa wawancara dan observasi. Analisis kelayakan finansial dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan nilai bersih sekarang (Net Present Value/NPV), Net benefit and Cost Ratio (Net B/C Ratio), dan masa pengembalian investasi (Payback Period). Analisis kelayakan non finansial dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan mengkaji lima aspek yaitu aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek hukum, dan aspek manfaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha pembuatan pupuk organik padat layak untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan aspek finansial diketahui nilai NPV memiliki nilai positif atau NPV > 0, maka usaha pupuk organik dinilai menguntungkan dan investasi usaha bisa dilaksanakan. Perhitungan rasio B/C memiliki nilai > 1, artinya usaha pupuk organik dinilai layak untuk dilaksanakan. Perhitungan masa pengembalian investasi cukup pendek yaitu 1 tahun 2 bulan. Secara non finansial usaha POP ini memenuhi standar kelayakan aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek hukum, dan aspek manfaat dan dapat menjadi bahan pengambilan keputusan bagi pihak UD RSA maupun pihak Kelompok Wanita Tani Desa Nambaan. Studi kelayakan usaha ini perlu dikembangkan dengan mengkaji sumber-sumber finansial selain modal sendiri dan menyempurnakan aspek-aspek non finansial yang belum dibahas dalam artikel ini. Management of the business of making organic fertilizer is carried out based on the principle of business partnership with the Nambaan Village Women Farmers Group. This study aims to determine the feasibility of organic fertilizer business that will be established based on the approach of financial aspects and non-financial aspects. The research methodology uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. Research methods in the form of interviews and observations. The financial feasibility analysis is carried out by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), Net benefits and Cost Ratio (Net B / C Ratio), and the payback period for investment (Payback Period). Non-financial feasibility analysis is carried out descriptively by examining five aspects namely market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, legal aspects, and aspects of benefits. The results showed that the business of making solid organic fertilizer was feasible to run. Based on the financial aspect, it is known that the NPV value has a positive value or NPV> 0, so the organic fertilizer business is considered profitable and business investment can be carried out. The calculation of the B / C ratio has a value of> 1, meaning that the organic fertilizer business is considered feasible to carry out. Calculation of the investment return period is quite short, which is 1 year 2 months. Non-financially, this POP business meets the feasibility standard of market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, legal aspects, and aspects of benefits and can be used as a material for decision making for UD RSA and the Nambaan Village Women Farmers Group. This business feasibility study needs to be developed by examining financial resources other than own capital and perfecting non-financial aspects that have not been discussed in this article. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the feasibility of cassava processing business into instant tiwul (KWT Tani Hidup) in Wonosari Village Pekalongan District East Lampung Regency, 2) Know the income of cassava processing into instant tiwul (KWT Tani Hidup) in Wonosari Village Pekalongan District East Lampung Regency. The method of analysis used for the first purpose is financial analysis such as NPV, IRR, Payback Period (PP), Net B / C, and BEP. The second purpose used income analysis. Research location in Wonosari Village Pekalongan District East Lampung Regency. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: 1) Cassava processing business into instant tiwul (KWT Tani Hidup) in Wonosari Village Pekalongan District East Lampung Regency is feasible to be developed and profitable when viewed from financial feasibility from Net Present Value (NPV), worthy business with a positive NPV value is Rp 38,118,538; Internal rate of return (IRR) is 98%; Gross Benefit Ratio (Gross B/C) is 1.71; Net B/C is 3.92; Profitability ratio (PR) is 1.69; Payback period (PP) is 0.1; and BEP is 1.31 ; 2) Instant tiwul business income (KWT Tani Hidup) in Wonosari Village Pekalongan District East Lampung Regency in one month is Rp. 4.460.083 / month.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan sampah di Kota Pematangsiantar masih bertumpu pada pendekatan akhir (kumpul-angkut-buang), dengan tingkat pelayanan yang rendah, sehingga untuk meningkatkan pelayanan sampah, perlu dilakukan pemilahan di tempat penampungan sementara (TPS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem pengelolaan sampah dengan melakukan pemilihan di TPS dapat meningkatkan pelayanan aset persampahan sampai tahun  2015 secara teknis operasional dan dari aspek keuangan. Analisa teknis operasional aset pengelolaan sampah mulai dari pewadahan, pengumpulan dan pengangkutan sedangkan analisa keuangan dan analisa kelayakan menggunakan Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Benefit/Cost Ratio, dan Payback Period. Dari hasil analisa tersebut diperoleh suatu sistem pengelolaan sampah dengan pemilihan di TPS berdasarkan zona pelayanan dengan skala prioritas secara bertahap daritahun 2013-2017, dapat meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan sampah eksisting rata-rata 6,69 %, cakupan pelayanan TPS eksisting rata-rata 8,29 %, dan cakupan pelayanan truk pengangkut sampah eksisting rata-rata 12,03 %. Investasinya layak, diperoleh Net Cashflow pada tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 1.720.242.284,-, NPV suku bunga 15 % bernilai positif, IRR > MARR 15 %,  B/C Ratio > 1, dan PP 4,7 tahun, lebih pendek dari periode investasi 10 tahun. Dari Metode penelitian ini maka pengumpulan data, observasi lapangan dan pengukuran contoh timbulan sampah dengan sampel 4 TPS perumahan yang terlayani pengangkutan.

This study aims to analyze financially (net present value, revenue cost ratio, internal rate of return, break event point, return on investment and payback period) feasibility of kampung super chicken farming Mr. Suparlan in Jojog village, district Pekalongan, East Lampung regency. The data used in the form of quantitative and qualitative data sourced from the primary data and secondary data which is then analyzed descriptively. Based on the analysis, it is known that kampung super farm is financially feasible to cultivate. This is indicated by the positive value of net present value (NPV) of Rp 186,568,517, revenue ratio (RCR) 1.59, internal rate of return (IRR) of 135.82%, return on investment (ROI) of 43%, and the value of payback period (PP) of 0.50.
