The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction in Service Users at the Wahana Ciputat Honda Dealer. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive explanation. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling with 100 respondents. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and test the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show the quality of service has a regression coefficient value of 0.489, the value of t-count is greater than t-table (8,742> 1,985) and the significant value is smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. With interpretation, if service quality increases by 1 unit, customer satisfaction will increase by 0.516. The analysis shows that the price has a regression coefficient of 0.486, the value of t is greater than t-table (7,342> 1,985) and the significant value is smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. With interpretation, if the price increases by 1 unit, customer satisfaction will increase by 0.486. The results of the analysis show that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a contribution value of 0.712, a F-count value of 123.278> 3.09, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that service quality and price simultaneously have the ability to explain variable customer satisfaction by 71.2% while the remaining 18.8% is explained by other variables outside this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Pengguna Jasa Service Di Dealer Honda Wahana Ciputat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan eksplanasi deskriptif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien korelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempunyai nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.489, nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (8.742 > 1.985) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0.000 < 0,05). Artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Menurut perkiraan jika kualitas pelayanan meningkat sebesar 1 satuan maka kepuasan pelanggan akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0.516. Hasil analisis menunjukkan harga memiliki nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.486, nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (7.342 > 1.985) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0.000 < 0,05). Artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan tafsiran, jika harga meningkat sebesar 1 satuan maka kepuasan pelanggan akan meningkat sebesar 0.486. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 0.712, nilai Fhitung sebesar 123.278 > 3.09, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Artinya kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan memiliki kemampuan menjelaskan variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 71,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. More and more manufacturers are involved in meeting the needs and desires of customers, causing each company to set orientation to customer satisfaction as the main goal. There is a tendency that customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction can be influenced by the quality of services provided by the company. This research was conducted at the Timor Megah Hotel Kota SoE, TTS Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality that can be measured by several dimensions, including: tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction Timor Megah Hotel. The independent variable (X) of this study is the dimension of service quality consisting of tangibles (X1), responsiveness (X2), reliability (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). While the dependent variable (Y) of this study is customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is the Accidental Sampling technique, with a total sample of 99 people with the criteria of having stayed more than twice and staying period for 4 years (2015-2018). Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and literature study. After the data is collected, the data is then analyzed using descriptive techniques and multiple linear regression. From the analysis it is known that tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the analysis can also be made mathematical equations: Y = 3,568 + 0,150X1 + 0,245X2 + 0,209X3 + 0,192X4 + 0,362X5. The coefficient of determination obtained shows that 87.2% of the level of customer satisfaction is influenced by tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy.   Keywords: Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Empathy and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstrak-Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bermaksud mengetahui apakah dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Gojek khususnya di Kota Tangerang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. In this research used survey method, that is to explain influence between independent variable that is electronic service quality and electronic trust to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction and explain relation between variable. The population in this study is the consumer of Grab Car transport users in Bintaro, South Tangerang. The sampling technique uses accidental technique, ie random sampling of the sample that met on that day. Technique of collecting data that is done is test of questioner, that is data collecting technique by asking some direct statement to sample. Processing techniques and data analysis include correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination analysis. The result of T test statistic shows that the quality of electronic service partially has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Electronic confidence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, while statistical test F shows the quality of electronic services and electronic trust simultaneously significant effect on customer satisfaction.

The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. The focus of this research is the influence of service quality and satisfaction on customer loyalty with a case study in “Café : Kofi” Bangil. This research method is quantitative, the subject of this study are customers of “Café : Kofi” Bangil. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. With a total of 60 respondents. The result show multiple liniear regression test Y + 0,180 + 0,041 + 0,941 + e. shows that the influence of service quality variables is 0,041 an the effect of satisfaction variables is 0,941. Thus the more dominant variable influencing customer loyalty is the satisfaction variable. T-test results indicate that the service quality variable (X1) has no partial effect and is not significant. While the satisfaction variable is partially significant. Test the coefficient of determination R2 obtained 0,899 or 89,9% this means that customer loyalty is influenced by satisfaction variables.  Keywords : Quality Of Service, Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction using GrabBike online transportation services to students of the Sam Ratulangi University Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The relationship between quality of service and costumer satisfactions assists the costumer in revising its perception of service quality. Data Validity Test Results obtained all statement items declared valid. Data reliability test results of data obtained are stated that the data is reliable. The results of simple linear regression cost value more then the regression coefficient so that the regression coefficient is positive. The results of hypothesis test based on the significance value of the Coefficients table obtained significance, so that it can be concluded that the service quality variable affects the variable customer satisfaction. The test results of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square value which states the variable customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality variables, while the remaining is influenced by other variables that are not in this study. hence the correlation coefficient, which is included in the strong category so that there is a strong relationship between the quality of service to customer satisfaction and online GrabBike transportation to students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sam Ratulangi University.

The purpose of this study is to study the quality of service using the PLN Mobile Application in increasing customer satisfaction with quantitative methods at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Cikembar, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing using partial testing (t test). The results of the study, obtained an R number of 0.232 in the category 0.00 - 0.199, which means a low relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Conclusions, each Service Quality (X) variable in this study can represent each variable and can be used by future researchers. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between service quality and servicescape with customer satisfaction both partially and together. The population in this study were customers of the Main Branch Office BPJS Health Bogor City as many as 457 customers, the sampling technique using the Slovin formula after 231 samples were obtained. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using simple and multiple correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 25.0. The results showed that: 1. Service quality is partially correlated positively to strong criteria with customer satisfaction, 2. Servicescape is partially strongly positively related to customer satisfaction, 3. Service quality and Servicescape together are positively highly correlated with customer satisfaction with correlation coefficient values equal to 0.830 then the functional relationship obtained by the equation Ŷ = 16.043 + 0.550X1 + 0.589X2 and the coefficient of determination or contribution of service quality and servicescape together with customer satisfaction of 0.688 or 68.6%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Service (X1) and Complaint Handling (X2) to Customer Loyalty (Y) with Satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods because it aims to confirm the data  obtained in the field with existing theories. Samples were obtained as many as 100 respondents of BPRS Suriyah Salatiga with accidental sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire. Data analysis used statistical tests through ttest test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2), instrument test, classical assumption test and Path Analysis test with the help of SPSS version 20. The result of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction mediates service quality to customer loyalty, and satisfaction mediates complaint handling to customer loyalty.
