The CJRAE institution is designed to ensure the quality of specific educational services provided to childern, teachers, parents and to allow everyone’s access to education by providing the necessary assistance. This article’s purpose is to determin the role of the social worker in addiction preventing programs of The Institution of Resourses and Educational Asistence of Cluj county (CJRAE Cluj). The study adopted a qualitative research design using the case study of an addiction preventing program runned in the Cluj county schools, between years 2017 and 2018. The social worker can have an important impact in school and social integration of children, as he has the abilities and competencies to identify the right resources for intervention; more than this, the job description of social worker empolyee in CRJAE, shows that they have the attribution to develop together with other educational partners useful programs for children, schools and comunity. That’s why, we have to know if and how the social worker contributes in these addiction prevention programs.

EDUCATION AND PEASANT RESISTANCE IN THE PARAENSE AMAZONIAEDUCACIÓN Y RESISTENCIA CAMPESINA EN LA AMAZONIA PARAENSERESUMOEste artigo é fruto dos apontamentos da pesquisa de mestrado desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Agriculturas Amazônicas (PPGAA) da Universidade Federal do Pará – UFPA. Aborda os desafios da luta pela terra no Sudeste Paraense, refletindo sobre o papel da educação nesse processo. Ele aponta a educação que permeia o cotidiano das pessoas, como elemento que fortalece a resistência política dos camponeses, por isso, não está apenas relacionada à conquista da terra, mas também, à permanência na mesma e à mudança da qualidade de vida nos acampamentos e assentamentos. O artigo é resultado de um estudo de caso, desenvolvido no Acampamento Sem Terra, denominado de Dalcídio Jurandir, localizado no Sudeste Paraense e encaminhado por uma abordagem qualitativa. Entende-se que o movimento social busca uma educação que dê conta de compreender as circunstâncias vividas a partir de suas contradições sociais, tendo a mesma lógica de resistência do campesinato, porque é nele que ela tem sua raiz histórica. Trata-se de uma educação que antecede à escola e vai muito além dela.Palavras-chave: Educação; Luta pela Terra; Resistência Camponesa.ABSTRACTThis article is the result of the master's research notes developed in the Postgraduate Program in Amazon Agriculture (PPGAA) of the Federal University of Pará – UFPA. It addresses the challenges of the struggle for land in Southeast Pará, reflecting on the role of education in this process. This paper points out the education that permeates people's daily lives, as an element that strengthens the political resistance of the peasants, therefore, it is not only related to the conquest of the land, but also to the permanence in it and to the change in the quality of life in the encampments and settlements. The article is the result of a case study, developed at the agrarian reform camp, called Dalcídio Jurandir, located in Southeast Pará and guided by a qualitative approach. It is understood that the social movement seeks an education that is able to understand the circumstances experienced from its social contradictions, having the same logic of resistance as the peasantry, because it has its historical roots in it. The Tallinn Manuals (the Manuals) attempted to clarify how to apply existing international law to cyber operations. Though the Manuals are non-binding instruments, the Group of International Experts claimed that they reflected the lex lata applicable to cyber operations. However, this claim is questionable due to the dominating role of a few Western states in the drafting process and the linked neglect of the practice of “affected states” in cyber operations. This article examines the quality of the Manuals’ drafting process and the composition and impartiality of the experts involved. It focuses on the issue of the prohibition of the use of force. The aim of this examination is not to discuss whether the Manuals provided the right answer to the question of how international law applies to cyber operations. Rather, they function as a case study of how legal scholarship may affect the making of international law. The article concludes that certain rules in the Manuals are marked by NATO influence and overlook the practice of other states engaged in cyber operations. Therefore, the Manuals disregard the generality of state practice, which should be the decisive factor in the formation of customary international law. As far as “political activism” may be involved, the article argues that the role of legal scholars as assistants to the cognition of international law could be compromised.

The role of social workers in a community cannot be overemphasised by any mean, for the life span of any community depends on the quality of the social workers. The aim of this work is to affirm the roles of social workers in helping the community welfare.  Qualitative research design was adopted for the work. Data collected with the Interview Schedule for Officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps and Interview Guide for selected group of people. This was administered to 30 respondents, which comprises both male and female in the Ungogo community. The purpose of the study was to examine the roles of social workers, in line with improved standards of living, sustained economic development and expansion of trade and economic relations in the community; enhanced levels of international competitiveness in the areas of community welfare, organization for increased productivity of people in the community. It common knowledge every individual strife to be the best when receive the necessary or adequate encouragement. To these extents, such a person bears some responsibilities even if passively so as a member. The implication of this work is to contribute to social change by informing social worker on their challenges and responsibilities ahead of them in the community.

The present study aims to examine the role of internal customer in improving the quality of hotel services in order to provide distinguished and high-quality hotel services seeking to gain the satisfaction of the hotel customers in the light of local and international competition. This study also focused on the internal customer represented by hotel staff from various levels of employment through a set of independent variables such as selection, training, motivation and participation in decision making for improving the quality of hotel services. The sample of this study includes all directors (13) and employees (44) from different parts of the Marriott International Hotel in Amman. The study instrument was designed as a questionnaire for collecting data which consisted of (35) paragraphs according to five- dimensional scale of Likert. In addition, this study used Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to test the hypotheses. The most important findings and recommendations of the present study were that the management officials of the Marriott International Hotel in Amman should develop their knowledge and skills in terms of interest in the internal customers and gain a future vision to determine their needs of human resources and that there is a significant positive relationship between the role of internal customer and the improvement of the quality of hotel services.

In terms of community involvement, the conduct of regional head elections embodies the representational function inherent in popular sovereignty. The role of representation is one of the government's functions. As a result, the selection represents the aim of Government Science. The purpose of this research is to assess "Community Participation in the Conduct of Simultaneous Regional Head Elections during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period" in Banten Province (Case Study: Serang Regency, Pandeglang Regency, Cilegon City, and Tangerang City) in 2020. This study employs a qualitative research design in conjunction with a descriptive research method. The analysis used in this study is political participation from The International Encyclopedia of the Social Sciences. A conceptual definition is developed that Community Participation in Simultaneous Regional Head Elections is the active participation of voters in various voter participation levels in the 2015 simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada). 2020 in Banten Province, voter turnout will exceed 60% in the four regencies/cities hosting simultaneous regional elections on December 9 2020. Pandeglang Regency achieved 68.7 per cent in 2020, up from 56 per cent in 2015, Cilegon City achieved 79.79 per cent in 2020, exceeding the national target by as much as 63.51 per cent in 2015, Serang Regency earned 63.3 per cent in 2020, up from 50.8 per cent in 2015 Pilkada. South Tangerang City achieved 60.4 per cent in 2020. In 2015, voting turnout was 57 per cent, a considerable rise despite the current epidemic of Covid-19.

In France as in other European countries, access to education for immigrants beyond compulsory schooling is selectively achieved, through a triage implemented by education administrations. Support organizations are increasingly solicited on this matter. Considering the twofold policy role of non-profits which both act as advocates and providers, this paper sheds light on the reciprocal relationship between the way activists manage enrollment in education and the way this issue is framed in the public sphere. Indeed, militants play a gatekeeping role and can discretely negotiate the access to school at the margins of the official institution. Nevertheless, because this struggle for education is individualized and silent, this issue is not likely to become a public and visible cause, around which a political reaction from public authorities could be claimed. Hence, while they largely counteract the infringement of the right to education, the actions of activists paradoxically participate in making it socially acceptable. That is why, beyond the case of immigrant education, the analysis eventually provides an empirical understanding of the social conditions of the construction of education public problems.

Attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) is one of the most prevalent neurobehavioral disorders of childhood which affects the social, learning and behavioural abilities, Ayurveda explains almost all the Psychiatric and Behavioral disorders under the headings of Unmada and Apasmara where Unmada is a disease featured as unstable intellect, mind, knowledge, memory, consciousness, and bad manners. This case report is aimed at dissemination of role of Ayurveda in the management of ADHD (Unmada). This case study of 4.3 years male presented with complaints of hyperactivity, poor concentration, easily irritable, shouting, headbanging, unable to speak two words at a time and sentences since last one and half year. It has shown promising results. Rasayana is the source of achieving the excellent quality of rasadidhatus (body tissues) which increases life span, improves Medha (intelligence), stabilizes youthfulness, cures disease, enhances complexion, lustre, and voice makes body strong and healthy. So Sarsawataarishta with gold is selected as a choice of drug as best rejuvenator as it promotes memory and intelligence, improves speech, and promotes health. It provides nourishment to body tissue and also acts on mind. It opened the door of the Ayurvedic approach with hope to deliver the good result in similar disorders. The case was successfully treated with the help of internal medications which were carminative, digestive and mild purgative in action, external oleation and medicated oil enemas suggested by Acharya in the treatment of Unmada. In the view of Ayurveda, ADHD can be named as Unmada due to the specific psycho-somatic clinical presentation.

Additional learning or tutoring is urgently needed to help improve learning but due to high costs, some communities, especially those in the middle to lower economic level, are unable to register their children to attend tutoring (additional tutoring). The existence of Socioedupreneur is an alternative solution for those who do not have the cost to experience tutoring. Paying sincerely or not at all can alleviate them in terms of costs and can show the importance of education for the future and instill that all have the right to receive the same education. This research was conducted to determine the role of socio edupreneur in improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of socio edupreneur as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The method used by researchers in this study uses qualitative research methods, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research, a case study approach that is an approach to study, explain or interpret a case. In essence, this study seeks to highlight a decision or set of decisions or set of decisions why the decision was taken, how it was implemented, and what the results were. This research intensively focuses on an object that is about how the role of socioedupreneur in improving the quality of education.

The island marble butterfly (Euchloe ausonides insulanus), thought to be extinct throughout the 20th century until re-discovered on a single remote island in Puget Sound in 1998, has become the focus of a concerted protection effort to prevent its extinction. However, efforts to “restore” island marble habitat conflict with efforts to “restore” the prairie ecosystem where it lives, because of the butterfly’s use of a non-native “weedy” host plant. Through a case study of the island marble project, we examine the practice of ecological restoration as the enactment of particular norms that define which species are understood to belong in the place being restored. We contextualize this case study within ongoing debates over the value of “native” species, indicative of deep-seated uncertainties and anxieties about the role of human intervention to alter or manage landscapes and ecosystems, in the time commonly described as the “Anthropocene.” We interpret the question of “what plants and animals belong in a particular place?” as not a question of scientific truth, but a value-laden construct of environmental management in practice, and we argue for deeper reflexivity on the part of environmental scientists and managers about the social values that inform ecological restoration.
