The timeliness of submitting financial statements is a rule that must be applied by all companies. Based on the Decree of the Chairperson of the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisors with number: KEP-431/BL/2012 stating that public companies that have effective registration must submit annual reports to BAPEPAM and LK no later than four months after the end of the financial year. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, solvency and firm size on the timeliness of financial statement submission. The population in this study is a consumer goods manufacturing sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected as many as 21 companies using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method is logistic regression. The data used is secondary data obtained through the web.idx.id website in the form of annual financial statements for the periode 2013-2017. The purpose of this study fatherly influence obtain empirical evidence of solvency, profitability, total assets, age perusahaa on the Audit Delay.   This study is a descriptive causal research that aims to determine the effect of causation of the independent variabel on the dependent variabel. The level of intervention the researchers in this study are minimal intervention since researchers only collected data from the company's audited financial statements without manipulating the data. Unit analisiss in this study dalah companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study was a cross-sectional studies for the research carried out at from time to time, the company's audited financial statement data of the manufacturing sector.   The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2010-2014 reporting using the rupiah currency and the US dollar have been converted into rupiah. With the number of samples obtained as many as 397 companies that have been determined by purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques that make use of multiple linear regression premises classic assumption test, F test and t test.   The results of this study are variabel solvency and total assets of the company do not affect the Audit Delay, while profitability and firm age effect on Audit Delay.     Keywords: solvency, profitability, total assets, the age of the company, the Audit Delay

<p><em>This </em><em>research</em><em> aimed to examine the effect of diamond fraud, corporate governance and complexity of the bank to financial statement fraud in companies engaged in banking activities using secondary data. </em><em></em></p><em>The population in this research was banking companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015. The method used is multiple regression analysis by purposive sampling as sampling method. Selected samples of 30 companies during of 3 periods are 90 samples. Data were obtained through the annual financial statements which have been provided in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that pressure has significant positive effect on financial statement fraud, while opportunity, rationalization, capability, corporate governance and complexity have not significant effect on financial statement fraud. Adjusted R Square value of 0,115 can illustrate that the dependent variable was explained by the independent variable variabelitas for 11,5% while 88,5% are influenced by the other variables</em>

The increasing number of cases related to accounting scandals in the world has caused various parties to assume that management has commited fraudulent financial statement. Detection of fraudulent financial statements must be carried out so it can be prevented fraud and the possibility of a scandal is prolonged. This research examines the effects of pentagon fraud theory (pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence and arrogance toward fraudulent financial statement: The property, real estate and building construction companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018 periods The data used were the secondary data based on the purposive sampling method, the number of companies were 29 companies with 5 years observation. Based on logistic regression analysis, pressure has an impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.045. Opportunity has no impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.077. Rationalization has no impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.291. Competence has no impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.107. Arrogance has an impact on fraudulent financial statements on the significant value of 0.001.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

Purpose of the study: The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship of the dividend payout on a firm's performance under low growth opportunities from the manufacturing sector of Pakistan. Methodology: A sample of 251 firms out of 378 manufacturing firms listed at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), have been carefully chosen for the era of ten years from 2006 to 2015. The secondary data was obtained from the firm’s web financials and analysis of financial statements, published by the statistics department of the State Bank of Pakistan. For the persistence of investigation panel data (fixed effect) analyses were employed in this study. Main Findings: The fallouts of the analysis revealed that the dividend payout ratio has an insignificant relationship with the firm's performance in the low growth perspectives of the study. Applications of this study: The findings of the study are helpful for the financial managers of the firms facing low growth opportunities. Furthermore, the investors in capital markets can use the findings of this while investing. The originality of this study: The study focussed on the role of low growth opportunities while studying the nexus of dividend pay-out and the firm’s financial performance which inherits the novelty and originality of the study.

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Earnings Management to Related Party Transaction Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative reseacrh using secondary data of financial statements from manufacturing sector companies during 2016 to 2018 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profit Management were able to influence the disclosure of related party transactions by 13%, while the remaining 87% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Partially, institutional ownership and managerial ownership significantly influence the disclosure of related party transactions. While the audit committee, independent commissioners and earnings management do not affect the disclosure of related party transactions.

<p><em>The Objective of this research is to analyze the factors of financial report fraud with pentagon fraud analysis. This research uses six independent variables which is pressure used financial target and financial stability as proxy, opportunity with proxy  ineffective monitoring, rationalization with change in auditor as proxy, capability with proxy of CEO’s education, and arrogance with proxy frequent number of CEO’s picture, while the dependent variable is fraudulent financial statements proxied by restatement of financial statements. </em><em>This research uses secondary data that is financial report and annual report. The sample of this study is 110 samples from financial statements of financial companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2017 period. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The method of analysis in this study uses logistic regression analysis method.</em><em>The results of this research shows that the financial stability variable and ineffective monitoring are significant in detecting fraudulent financial statements. While financial targets variable, auditor’s change variable, CEO’s education variable, and frequent number of CEO’s picture are not significant in detecting fraudulent financial statements.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, peluang pertumbuhan dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan mengamati dengan mengunjungi metode analisis data Pusat Informasi Pasar Modal (PIPM) menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial, variabel profitabilitas dan peluang pertumbuhan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, growth opportunities and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data in this study were obtained from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This study uses secondary data by observing by visiting the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM) data analysis method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that: partially, profitability and growth opportunities variables had a positive and significant effect on firm value, while leverage had a negative and significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leverage, liquidity, inflation, and interest rates on the value of the company. Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 as a population. Purposive sampling method for sampling and research is quantitative type. The data sources used secondary data are obtained from annual financial statements and analysis used multiple linear regressions. The results of research into external factors of the company namely inflation and interest rates influenced the increase in the value of the company. While the company's internal factors namely leverage and liquidity do not affect the increase in the value of the company.

In this study, the author proposes to evaluate the effect of sales growth, Receivable Turnover and operating cash flow on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. In this statement, the population used in this study is the financial statement data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. from 2010 to 2018, the technique of determining the sampling uses Purposive Sampling. This research data uses secondary data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc financial statements from 2010 to 2018. All data sources were obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at https://www.idx.co.id, the company's website and Google search. Our analysis reveals that sales growth and accounts receivable turnover from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has an influence on the Liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. This means the ups and downs of the value of sales and accounts receivable turnover of a company has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has increased or decreased has an influence on the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. The value of sales growth, accounts receivable turnover and operating cash flow can explain the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. by 78%, while 22% is explained by other factors which are not included in this study.
