In this study, we considered the reverse causality of the technology acceptance model, specifically in the post-COVID-19 scenario. We propose a theoretical model that considers the impact of technology acceptance behaviors after COVID-19 over the beliefs of a user in terms of perceived ease of using technology and its usefulness. More specifically, we suggested that acceptance of technology post-COVID-19 may have influenced many technology-related individual factors such as computer efficacy, mastery experience, and self-regulated learning of users, while using technology that in turn may have affected beliefs of users about ease of using technology. Such an effect is ultimately reflected in the belief of technology usefulness and favorable post-COVID-19 attitude of users toward using technology. We further extend our model to identify mastery orientation of individuals that may moderate the relationship between technology acceptance behaviors and favorable attitude toward using technology in the post-COVID-19 scenario. Both practical and theoretical implications of this perspective are discussed.

Purpose This paper aims to analyse the effect of technology acceptance variables on customer attitude and customer engagement behaviours (CEB) with social tourism websites (STWs). Design/methodology/approach An empirical study was carried out with 346 customers. A model was developed to analyse the relationships between CEB and their determinants. Partial least squares – structural equation modelling was used to test the model. Findings Customers’ perceptions of enjoyment, ease of use, usefulness and trustworthiness positively influence their attitude towards STWs and their subsequent engagement behaviours [purchases, word of mouth (WOM) and referrals]. Originality/value This study develops and empirically tests a model that analyses the impact of technology acceptance model variables on CEB, both transactional (customer purchases) and non-transactional (customer WOM, referrals and feedback), in the context of STWs.

<p align="justify">This study aims to explore students’ perception of integrating education 4.0 in the Science program. The technology acceptance model was used to determine students’ understanding of integrating education 4.0 focusing on the Science program. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The interview was used to collect the data. Five respondents among Science students were interviewed. They were undergraduate students pursue study in a science education program. The finding of the interview result showed that students had positive responses in integrating education 4.0 for technological sustainable development. The results of the study showed that students had a positive understanding of the three aspects namely, readiness in integrating education 4.0 for the Science program, the impact of technology facilities, and enhancing digital skills for employability. We recommend further research to evaluate the preparation or readiness of students to integrate training using technology 4.0. Based on the results, further research is proposed to take into account new education skills among Science students in line with the industrial revolution 4.0.</p>

Technology-facilitated abuse can be a serious form of domestic violence. Little is known about the relationship between technology-facilitated abuse and other types of domestic violence, or the impact technology-facilitated abuse has on survivors. The aim of this interpretative descriptive study is to understand domestic violence specialist service providers’ perspectives on the impact of technology-facilitated abuse, and the link between technology-facilitated abuse and other forms of domestic violence. A qualitative approach using 15 semi-structured interviews were undertaken with Australian domestic violence specialist practitioners, and three themes were identified through data coding using inductive thematic analysis. Another form of control describes technology-facilitated abuse behaviors as enacting controlling behaviors using new mediums. Amplifies level of fear characterizes the impact of technology-facilitated abuse. A powerful tool to engage others describes opportunities technology offers perpetrators to abuse through engaging others. Findings highlight technology-facilitated abuse’s complexity and integral role in domestic violence and can assist clinicians to understand the impact and harm that can result from technology-facilitated abuse.

Objective: Ambulance services are evolving from use of paper-based recording of patient information to electronic platforms and the impact of this change has yet to be fully explored. The aim of this study is to explore how the introduction of a system permitting electronic information capture and its subsequent sharing were perceived by the ambulance clinicians using it.Methods: An online questionnaire was designed based upon the technology acceptance model and distributed throughout one ambulance service in the south east of England. Closed-ended questions with Likert scales were used to collect data from patient-facing staff who use an online community falls and diabetic referral platform or an electronic messaging system to update GPs following a patient encounter.Results: There were 273 responses from ambulance clinicians. Most participants agreed that they used tablet computers and smartphones to make their life easier (85% and 86%, respectively). Most participants felt that referring patients to a community falls or diabetic team electronically was an efficient use of their time (81% and 81%, respectively) and many believed that these systems improved the communication of confidential patient information. GP summaries were perceived as increasing time spent on scene but most participants (89%) believed they enabled collaborative working. Overall, collecting and sharing patient information electronically was perceived by most participants as beneficial to their practice.Conclusion: In this study, the ability to electronically refer patients to community services and share patient encounters with the GP was predominantly perceived as both safe for patients and an effective use of the participants’ clinical time. However, there is often still a need to communicate to GPs in real time, demonstrating that technology could complement, rather than replace, how clinicians communicate.

She explains that although arts education has largely used multiple intelligences theory to substantiate its presence in classrooms and schools, this relationship has ultimately hindered the field of arts education's understanding of the relationship between the arts, human development, and learning. Emerging research on the brain's cognitive processing systems has led Groff to put forth a new theory of mind, whole-mindedness. Here she presents the evidence and construct for this frame of mind, how it sits in relation to multiple intelligences theory, and how it might redefine the justification for arts education in schools, particularly in our digitally and visually rich world.

Cash settlement accounts for 80% of entire transaction in Japan. Japanese government has announced the “Payment Reform Declaration,” by setting “the Cashless Vision” with a target of 40% cashless payment ratio by 2025 and aims to achieve the world's highest level of cashless payment ratio of 80% in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze which media has affected the consumers who use QR code payment, PayPay. This research proposes a framework based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for an effective advertisement medium by using survey data on PayPay. Structure equation analysis is conducted to measure the relationship between different advertising media and consumers’ intentions to use, as well as actual usage of PayPay.

This study aims to examine the use of multimedia in teaching and learning (PdP) Sulalatus Salatin in form six. The objective of this study is to identify the use of multimedia in PdP Sulalatus Salatin in terms of types, tools used, teacher skills, and curriculum needs. The second objective is to study students 'attitudes towards the use of multimedia in Sulalatus Salatin learning and the third to analyze the relationship between multimedia use in PdPc with students' understanding of Sulalatus Salatin text using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The researcher distributed a set of questionnaire questions containing 36 questions that were closed to 30 forms six students at a school in the district of Kuala Kangsar, Perak. The findings show that the main reason for the use of multimedia in PdP Sulalatus Salatin in terms of multimedia type, tools used, teacher skills, and curriculum needs is because the use of LCD screen causes the text to appear larger and clearer with a mean score of 4.433 (sd = 0.8976). For the second objective, the two most dominant student attitudes with a mean score of 4,400 that is with the use of multimedia, writing in the text of Sulalatus Salatin is clearer and easier to read (sd = 0.7701), while students are actively involved during the teaching of Sulalatus Salatin text (sd = 0.8944). Next, for the third objective, the relationship between the use of multimedia with the highest level of students' understanding of Sulalatus Salatin text is that students are easier to read and understand the synopsis on Sulalatus Salatin text with a mean score of 4,600 (sd = 0.6215). In conclusion, this study was implemented to provide exposure to the advantages of multimedia used by teachers while teaching Sulalatus Salatin text in form six.

As the leading provider of education, teachers need to have high technology adoption skills. There is LMS technology in inputs that can streamline learning practices. Mostly with inclusion of the impact of organizational culture and machine self-efficacy on LMS Schoology, this study aims to see the capacity of technology acceptance by teachers using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).The results of the study using the model described above for teachers in the cities of Salatiga and Boyolali show that organizational culture does not have a major impact on attitude or purpose to use towards LMS Schoology.The self-efficacy of computers may not affect perceived utility, but has a substantial impact on perceived ease of use. The model also indicates that teachers, while they find it difficult to incorporate it, have a positive attitude towards the nature of LMS technology.

Indonesian Eastern Fleet Training Command currently has the facilities to train professional soldiers in the shooting.A simulator facility in the form of computer-based clinic shooting is called Virtual Arms Solution FTS D-423 (VAS).Need to analyse the relationship between perceived ease of use and usefulness of VAS in order to determine thelevel of acceptance. Both these factors are modelled by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which canexplain the factors that influence the actual receipt of the use of technology. After that, the relationship between thetwo factors that have been modelled with the Technology Acceptance Model to be treated using Path Analysis(Path Analysis). Where the path analysis was used to analyse the causal relationships between variables in order todetermine the effect of the direct and indirect causes of the variable to a variable result. Based on the analysis anddiscussion, it is obtained as follows that the ease and usefulness of a positive effect on Attitude using VAS positiveeffect on Behavioural Intention using VAS. Behavioural intentions affect the Actual Usage.Keywords: Virtual Arms Solution, Technology Acceptance Model, Path Analysis.
