The integrated air-ground multi-domain network provides users with a set of shared infrastructures. Security policies can be defined flexibly in the context of multi-domain network semantics. The packet filter module in the security gateway can run efficiently, which is an urgent requirement in this network environment. The framework combined with multi-domain network semantics implements the transformation into rules. It replaces the traditional manual method of configuring rules. The framework supports the whole life cycle management of rules from generation state and distribution state to execution state. In the aspect of security, the map security and semantic security are analyzed and optimized, respectively. Finally, through a series of experiments, compared with iptables/DPDK-IPFW/BSD-IPFW/BSD-pfsense, the high efficiency of the scheme is verified.

Abstract Background This study aims to explore the information chain management model of large instrument and equipment inter-working in the operating room (OR) led by information nurses. Methods Through the chain management process of large instruments and equipment in the OR, which was based on information nurses, the management model of inter-working and integrating information chain was established, the key links were controlled, and the whole life cycle management of instruments and equipment from expected procurement to scrapping treatment was realized. Using the cluster sampling method, 1562 surgical patients were selected. Among these patients, 749 patients were assigned to the control group before the running mode, and 813 patients were assigned to the observation group after the running mode. The related indexes for large instrument and equipment management in the department before and after the running mode were compared. Results In the observation group, the average time of equipment registration was (22.05 ± 2.36), the cost was reduced by 2220 yuan/year, and the satisfaction rate of the nursing staff was 97.62%. These were significantly better, when compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the awareness rate of the whole staff for equipment repair application was 95.12%, and the arrival time of maintenance personnel and the examination and approval time of equipment management were greatly shortened (P < 0.05). Conclusion The integrated management model of large instrument and equipment interworking in the OR based on chain flow realizes the whole life cycle management of instruments and equipment, which is essential to improve management efficiency.

Mobile cloud computing (MCC) is embracing rapid development these days and able to provide data outsourcing and sharing services for cloud users with pervasively smart mobile devices. Although these services bring various conveniences, many security concerns such as illegally access and user privacy leakage are inflicted. Aiming to protect the security of cloud data sharing against unauthorized accesses, many studies have been conducted for fine-grained access control using ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE). However, a practical and secure data sharing scheme that simultaneously supports fine-grained access control, large university, key escrow free, and privacy protection in MCC with expressive access policy, high efficiency, verifiability, and exculpability on resource-limited mobile devices has not been fully explored yet. Therefore, we investigate the challenge and propose an Efficient and Multiauthority Large Universe Policy-Hiding Data Sharing (EMA-LUPHDS) scheme. In this scheme, we employ fully hidden policy to preserve the user privacy in access policy. To adapt to large scale and distributed MCC environment, we optimize multiauthority CP-ABE to be compatible with large attribute universe. Meanwhile, for the efficiency purpose, online/offline and verifiable outsourced decryption techniques with exculpability are leveraged in our scheme. In the end, we demonstrate the flexibility and high efficiency of our proposal for data sharing in MCC by extensive performance evaluation.

Software-defined networking (SDN) decouples the control plane from the data plane, offering flexible network configuration and management. Because of this architecture, some security features are missing. On the one hand, because the data plane only has the packet forwarding function, it is impossible to effectively authenticate the data validity. On the other hand, OpenFlow can only match based on network characteristics, and it is impossible to achieve fine-grained access control. In this paper, we aim to develop solutions to guarantee the validity of flow in SDN and present Attribute-Guard, a fine-grained access control and authentication scheme for flow in SDN. We design an attribute-based flow authentication protocol to verify the legitimacy of the validity flow. The attribute identifier is used as a matching field to define a forwarding control. The flow matching based on the attribute identifier and the flow authentication protocol jointly implement fine-grained access control. We conduct theoretical analysis and simulation-based evaluation of Attribute-Guard. The results show that Attribute-Guard can efficiently identify and reject fake flow.

Abstract Attribute-based encryption (ABE) is a versatile one-to-many encryption primitive, which enables fine-grained access control over encrypted data. Due to its promising applications in practice, ABE schemes with high efficiency, security and expressivity have been continuously emerging. On the other hand, due to the nature of ABE, a malicious user may abuse its decryption privilege. Therefore, being able to identify such a malicious user is crucial towards the practicality of ABE. Although some specific ABE schemes in the literature enjoys the tracing function, they are only proceeded case by case. Most of the ABE schemes do not support traceability. It is thus meaningful and important to have a generic way of equipping any ABE scheme with traceability. In this work, we partially solve the aforementioned problem. Namely, we propose a way of transforming (non-traceable) ABE schemes satisfying certain requirements to fully collusion-resistant black-box traceable ABE schemes, which adds only $O(\sqrt{\mathcal{K}})$ elements to the ciphertext where ${\mathcal{K}}$ is the number of users in the system. And to demonstrate the practicability of our transformation, we show how to convert a couple of existing non-traceable ABE schemes to support traceability.

High-purity, single-phase polycrystalline diamond and cBN have been successfully synthesized by direct conversion sintering from graphite and hBN, respectively, under static high pressure and high temperature. The high-purity polycrystalline diamond synthesized directly from graphite at ≧15 GPa and 2300-2500 °C has a mixed texture of a homogeneous fine structure (grain size : 10-30 nm, formed in a diffusion process) and a lamellar structure (formed in a martensitic process). The polycrystalline diamond has very high hardness equivalent to or even higher than that of diamond crystal. The high-purity polycrystalline cBN synthesized from high-purity hBN at 7.7 GPa and 2300 °C consists of homogeneous fine-grained particles (<0.5 μm, formed in a diffusion process). The hardness of the fine-grained high-purity polycrystalline cBN is obviously higher than that of single-crystal cBN. The fine microstructure features without any secondary phases and extremely high hardness of the nano-polycrystalline diamond and the fine-grained polycrystalline cBN are promising for applications in next-generation high-precision and high-efficiency cutting tools.

The present article describes studies on the use of veterinary anthelmintic drug “Moxistop” (drops) to prevent helminthiasis in dogs and cats of different ages. These studies are relevant because the market has a wide range of anthelmintic drugs; “Moxistop” with its constituent substances (moxidectin/praziquantel) provides effective prevention of a wide range of helminths. Prevention of helminthiasis is an important anti-epizootic measure, which carried out at least once a quarter. Infection of dogs and cats before and 14 days after treatment was determined by examining fecal samples by Fulleborn flotation. The effectiveness of the drug was established because of the number of helminth eggs in 1 g of feces before and after treatment. For the treatment of dogs was used “Moxistop for dogs” (LLC SPE “SUZIRYA” Kharkiv, Ukraine): the active substances – moxidectin (25 mg/ml) and praziquantel (40 mg/ml), and for the treatment of cats used “Moxistop for cats”: active substances – moxidectin (10 mg/ml) and praziquantel (40 mg/ml). The drug was applied to experimental animals in drops (“spot-on”) on dry intact skin (topical application). As a result of a single application of the drug “Moxistop” drops found that on (4-6) days after application of the drug to dogs and (4-5) days after administration of the drug to cats, diarrhea in all animals stopped, feces became decorated, homogeneous consistency, not had additional inclusions. The animals were not disturbed, did not lick the skin around the anus, no side effects from the skin (redness or irritation, hair loss), increased local temperature or any signs of poisoning. No cat was detected in coprology studies on 14 days after deworming of helminth eggs. In the first series of experiments (groups I and III) conducted on dogs and cats infected with both cestodes and nematodes, a 100% therapeutic effect was obtained in cestodes in dogs and cats. The extent of invasion in dogs with nematodes was 80.0%, and the decrease in the number of eggs after treatment was 97.5% (from 157 ± 13.4 to 4), in cats, these figures were 100%. The effectiveness of the drug “Moxistop” in dogs and cats (groups II and IV animals), which was 100% in the second series of experiments with a high degree of nematode infestation (more than 500 eggs in 1 g of feces). According to the results of the tests, it was found high efficiency of the drug “Moxistop” in the invasion of Dipylidium canis, Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina and Uncinaria stenocephala in dogs and cats of different ages
