Nowadays, more people are affected by various diseases such as blood pressure, heart failure, etc. The early prediction of diseases tends to increase the survival of affected patients by allowing preventive action. A key element for this purpose is the digitalization of the healthcare system through the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing. Nevertheless, there are major problems in the cloud with the IoT due to false predictions and errors in medical data, which results in taking a longer time to receive patient details and not providing the best outcome. Data transfer through the cloud can also be hacked by attackers due to the lack of security. This leads to a challenge for medical experts to predict the diseases accurately for a specific patient. Therefore, a novel hybrid elapid encryption (HEE) method was proposed for improving the security of cloud systems. In addition, the affected person’s disease and the severity risk level were predicted and classified using the proposed novel hybridization technique of the generalized-fuzzy-intelligence-based gray wolf ant lion optimization (GFI-GWALO) method. After the disease is predicted, the alert signal is provided to the patients. Moreover, this proposed research was implemented on MATLAB. Then the proposed simulation outcome was compared with various conventional methods and showed that the proposed method has the best outcomes in terms of its security and disease prediction with 80 ms of encryption time and 78 ms of decryption time, 100% accuracy, 99.50% precision and 8 ms of processing time.

Abstract Introduction The majority of pediatric surgeons and hepatologists recommend the centralization of biliary atresia (BA) treatment within experienced liver units. We aimed to investigate whether voluntary self-restriction and acceptance of the need for this change in practice changed the BA referral policy in Germany during the last decade. Materials and Methods In cooperation with pediatric surgeons, gastroenterologists or hepatologists, and pediatric liver transplant units, the 2-year follow-up data of infants with BA born in Germany between 2010 and 2014 were collected using www.bard-online.com or pseudonymized data transfer. Results were compared with our previous analysis of the outcome data of infants with BA born between 2001 and 2005 in Germany. Result Overall, 173 infants with BA were identified, of whom 160 underwent Kasai portoenterostomy (KPE; 92.5%) and 13 (7.5%) underwent primary liver transplantation at 21 German centers. At 2-year follow-up, overall survival was 87.7% (vs. 81.9% in 2001–2005 [p = 0.19]), survival with native liver post-KPE was 29.2% (vs. 22.8% in 2001–2005 [p = 0.24]), and jaundice-free survival with native liver post-KPE was 24.0% (vs. 20.1% in 2001–2005 [p = 0.5]). Compared with the 2001–2005 analysis, all criteria showed improvement but the differences are statistically not significant. Conclusion Our observation shows that KPE management requires improvement in Germany. Centralization of BA patients to German reference liver units is not yet mandatory. However, European and national efforts with regard to the centralization of rare diseases support our common endeavor in this direction.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is all about small cost sensors grabbing data to communicate with one device to another device using cloud solutions. Coming to the 5th generation mobile network. We have already started using 4G networks and as we know that, start with 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. The 5th generation network is going to enable an upcoming new network that will associate virtually every person globally connected and everything organized including IoT devices, objects and machines. Central communication and Journalism is the activity of gathering right information, evaluating, generating, and presenting broadcast information. It is high time to start using IOT Technology using 5th generation high-speed network connectivity devices to communicate or data transfer in the area of journalism. The Internet of Things (IoT) is growing in the web of an age-old IPv6 address for Internet connections and messages that arise between these and other devices and systems that work with the Internet. It is equipped with the unique ID and data transfer capability through the network. Among other things, tracking and tracking online travel is a major issue. Although there are many tracking techniques for moving objects, many are at risk. So there is a need for tracking the safety of an object Safety protocols should provide visibility and tracking of street objects in support of the Internet (IoT). This protocol is based on the RFID Identity System for IoT Objects. Existing ones do not provide authentication of sites that lead to fakes. Great use of energy. The proposed protocol improves road safety tracking using the base protocol light and SPDL. The requested protocol is intended to ensure accuracy, accuracy, confidentiality and encryption. To ensure safe monitoring of objects, the requested protocols use cryptic primitives that use HMAC concepts that are used to authenticate an object. This protocol introduction relies on code authentication code (CMC), which is used to reduce power consumption at low cost. The testing of a test network evaluates protocol implementation and is found to be safer and requires less calculation than existing protocols.

The adaptive coordination of trust services can provide highly dependable and personalized solutions for industrial requirements in the service-oriented industrial internet of things (IIoT) architecture to achieve efficient utilization of service resources. Although great progress has been made, trust service coordination still faces challenging problems such as trustless industry service, poor coordination, and quality of service (QoS) personalized demand. In this paper, we propose a QoS-driven and adaptive trust service coordination method to implement Pareto-efficient allocation of limited industrial service resources in the background of the IIoT. First, we established a Pareto-effective and adaptive industrial IoT trust service coordination model and introduced a blockchain-based adaptive trust evaluation mechanism to achieve trust evaluation of industrial services. Then, taking advantage of a large and complex search space for solution efficiency, we introduced and compared multi-objective gray-wolf algorithms with the particle swarm optimization (PSO) and dragonfly algorithms. The experimental results showed that by judging and blacklisting malicious raters quickly and accurately, our model can efficiently realize self-adaptive, personalized, and intelligent trust service coordination under the given constraints, improving not only the response time, but also the success rate in coordination.

The paper reviews the current situation of the Augmented Reality and Internet of Things markets. The implementing possibilities of AR for Big Data visualization from IoT devices are considered in this paper. The review and the analysis of methods, tools, products and data system of the visualization are presented. The paper provides an overview of the programs and devices of Augmented Reality, and an overview of development environments. The paper presents the existing classifications of computerized data visualization tools and proposes new classification, which takes into account interactive visualization, the purpose of the tool, the type of software product, the availability of ready-made templates, and other characteristics. The article proposes the architecture of the system for collecting data from IoT endpoint devices based on the Heltec modules. Experiments based on the developed experimental stand were carried out with Heltec devices of both versions to determine the number of losses with increasing distance between the sending device and the receiving device. The results of measuring the power consumption of these devices are presented in two modes: in standby mode and when sending a message to the Heltec endpoint device and in standby mode and when receiving a message for the base station. These studies were conducted using various data transfer protocols (LoRa, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). The paper presents the result of the development of a digital twin of a university building and the development of augmented reality software for receiving data from real-time data collection devices.
