In this paper, a novel positioner fixture with a high repeated positioning accuracy and a high stiffness is proposed and investigated. A high-precision end-toothed disc is used to achieve the high repeated positioning accuracy of the designed positioner fixture. The mathematical models of the cumulative error of the tooth pitch, the tooth alignment error and the error of the tooth profile half-angle of the end-toothed disc are analyzed. The allowable tolerance values of the cumulative error of the tooth pitch, the tooth alignment error and the error of the tooth profile half-angle of the end-toothed disc are given. According to the theoretical calculation results, a prototype positioner fixture is fabricated and its repeated positioning accuracy and stiffness are tested. The test results indicate that the stiffness of the proposed positioner fixture is 1050.5 N/μm, which is larger than the previous positioner fixtures of the same type. The repeated positioning accuracy of the proposed positioner fixture in the x, y and z directions are ± 0.48 μm, ± 0.45 μm and ± 0.49 μm, respectively, which is significantly higher than the previous positioner fixtures.

We focused on the parametric design and simulation of new tooth profile “circular arc-involute-circular arc” for flexspline in this paper. Based on the MATLAB software, the basic tooth profile of hob was designed. According to gear generating cutting principle, the simulation of processing for flexspline tooth profile has been realized. By tooth profile normal method, we calculated flexspline tooth profile which is conjugated with the basic tooth profile of the cutting tool, and gave the contrastive studies on process simulation and theoretical calculation. Results show that they are feasible in solving the new tooth profile of flexspline. When changing the key structure parameters, the different changing regulations of flexspline tooth profile can be gained. The research results are meaningful to improve the capacity of harmonic gear drive.

In this paper, based on the model test,numerous deductions and calculations have been done, which was about the settlement of single pile and pile group in homogeneous foundation. With minimum complementary energy of elastic mechanics on the basis of the ritz variational method, through the MATLAB programming, theoretical calculation results were obtained, then comparison and analysis with the model test results were made to verify the feasibility of theoretical calculation.

A novel design of gyrocompass consisting of a single axis Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) and a Theodolite is proposed to meet the requirements of low-cost, fast and high-precision. This algorithm uses FOG data and theodolite encoder feedback to determine Azimuth. Micro computer based software is also discussed which was developed for implementation of this scheme; finally test results and plots are briefly presented which proves effectiveness of the designed methodology. By this design an accuracy of 0.08ois achieved in approximately 5 min time.

Chicken is one type of poultry that has many benefits, so the chicken can be an option for livestock. This research was conducted to create an expert system that helps provide information to farmers about poultry diseases, especially broilers. This expert system is built on the Android platform and uses the Dempster Shafer calculation method to get the diagnosis of chicken disease. The data used in this study consisted of 38 symptoms and 10 diseases data which were limited to diseases caused by bacteria and viruses. Each symptom has the value of belief given by 3 veterinarians. This study used four types of testing in the form of black-box testing, questionnaire testing, theoretical testing, and accuracy testing. The results of the accuracy testing of the 30 cases given are 92.22% and the system accuracy is 93.33% if the system diagnosis results are assumed to be valid because it is a subsection of expert diagnosis. For questionnaire testing using the MOS, parameters obtained 4.58 results from a scale of 5, as well as theoretical calculation tests that get the same calculation results between the results of expert diagnoses and system diagnoses. Based on the test results, the system built is good and appropriate.

The design of large high-precision antenna is one of the key factors restricting the application and development of antenna. This paper presents a design method for high precision large-scale umbrella-shaped antenna. Studies have been performed on the configuration, cable net forming, mesh optimization, error analysis and rib design to achieve the high precision design. Then, a high-precision umbrella antenna prototype is designed and manufactured based on this method. Finally, the test results of the prototype proved the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.

This paper introduces analysis the development process of CAD technology, application of the AutoCAD software in engineering field and teaching as well as the significance of the development of two times the. This paper analyzes in detail the development of common language, and the use of Visual BASIC development and application of software based on AutoCAD. The author elaborates the software interface design and method calls AutoCAD in VB. Finally, the design and implementation of a programming language re-development system based on AutoCAD is concerned. The test results show that the developed AutoCAD two development system has good practical value.

Put forward a method that use scatter points which got in different places to measure the involution cylindrical gears, give a mathematical model that use the discrete points to sure the total deviation of gear tooth profile. The experience results show that this way is of high precision in measurement points, measurement an error data processing less intervention, etc.

Abstract Positioning accuracy within the range of nanometers is required for high precision machining applications. The implementation of such a range is difficult through the slides because of (a) irregular nature of friction at the slider-guideway interface, and (b) complex motion characteristic at very low speeds. The complexity arises due to the local deformation at the interface prior to breakaway, which is known as microdynamics. In this work prior experimental results exhibiting microdynamics have been appraised, and mathematical model developed to understand this behavior.

With the progress of the times, the network has grown into the people's work and life. The limitations of the traditional wireless sensor network (WSN) have become increasingly prominent, and it is obviously unable to meet the requirements of Internet access. Therefore, the 4G mobile Android system is used as a carrier, to design an application layer gateway system for realizing wireless communication between wireless sensor networks and heterogeneous cellular networks, so as to build wireless sensor cellular network. The design and implementation of the AP module, data receiving and forwarding module, network packet loss management and retransmission of the gateway systemis the focus, and then the implemented gateway system is tested. The test results show that the design of the Android platform wireless sensor network gateway system can connect the sensor network to the cellular network, so as to realize data communication, and to ensure that the data loss rate is less than 0.1%. Through testing, it is concluded that the system can meet the actual demand

Design and implementation of six freedom transportation vibration spectrum collection system is presented in this paper. The Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) is used to capture signals including x, y, z, direction linear acceleration, angular rates around Z-axis and pitch, roll degree. The software’s architecture and modules for host computer is designed with object-oriented analysis and design techniques, and the software is implemented with VC++6.0. The test results show that the system was able to collect vehicular vibration information on time and the collection data was replayed on the vibration platform.
