The SMS gateway as an information system at SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Sorong can facilitate information delivery. Both the delivery of information for students and parents/guardians, as well as for school staff. This study aims to develop an information system with SMS Gateway at SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Sorong. The use of the SMS Gateway system is a solution for delivering school information. This research uses a research & development (R&D) approach. Data collection was done by using the observation method, literature study, and interviews. The output of this research is an SMS Gateway system that makes it easier for SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Sorong to deliver information to students, parents/guardians, and staff. The system test uses the White Box and Black Box methods with the results that the functions in the SMS Gateway system have functioned correctly and as expected.

In recent years, Ethernet has been introduced into vehicular networks to cope with the increasing demand for bandwidth and complexity in communication networks. To exchange data between controller area network (CAN) and Ethernet, a gateway system is required to provide a communication interface. Additionally, the existence of networked devices exposes automobiles to cyber security threats. Against this background, a gateway for CAN/CAN with flexible data-rate (CANFD) to scalable service-oriented middleware over IP (SOME/IP) protocol conversion is designed, and security schemes are implemented in the routing process to provide integrity and confidentiality protections. Based on NXP-S32G, the designed gateway is implemented and evaluated. Under most operating conditions, the CPU and the RAM usage are less than 5% and 20 MB, respectively. Devices running a Linux operating system can easily bear such a system resource overhead. The latency caused by the security scheme accounts for about 25% of the entire protocol conversion latency. Considering the security protection provided by the security scheme, this overhead is worthwhile. The results show that the designed gateway can ensure a CAN/CANFD to SOME/IP protocol conversion with a low system resource overhead and a low latency while effectively resisting hacker attacks such as frame forgery, tampering, and sniffing.

Tepi Buyan Campfire merupakan salah satu wisata perkemahan yang berada di tepi Danau Buyan di daerah Bedugul, Bali. Banyaknya jumlah wisatawan membuat pengelola merasa kesulitan dalam mengelola proses dan data reservasi. Proses pencatatan reservasi dilakukan dua kali kerja sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam penyampaian data. Dan, reservasi yang sudah dicatat sering kali dibatalkan secara sepihak oleh wisatawan tanpa adanya kabar kepada pihak pengelola perkemahan. Hal ini sering terjadi karena tidak adanya jaminan atau pembayaran di muka oleh wisatawan. Berdasarkan hal itu, diperlukan adanya platform secara online yaitu sistem informasi reservasi. Sistem ini dikembangkan berbasis website dan akan mengelola proses pembuatan reservasi hingga proses konfirmasi reservasi. Dalam proses pengembangan sistem, menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi beberapa tahapa proses, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem dan pengujian sistem. Sistem akan terintegrasi dengan payment gateway system dari Midtrans untuk melakukan proses pembayaran. Proses implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel, Bootstrap, MySQL serta Midtrans. Dilakukan pengujian sistem dengan tiga metode yaitu black box testing yang menunjukkan hasil valid dengan presentase sebesar 100%. Pengujian compatibility menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan pada sebagian besar jenis browser yang tersedia. Sementara untuk pengujian usability dengan menggunakan system usability scale menghasilkan nilai akhir 79 dengan kategori Good serta dengan grade scale C yang berarti sistem dapat diterima.

Abstract. Today, more and more geospatial services are provided by the governments and enterprises to share various geographic information data and functions, and services-based application integration has become a trend. However, many problems existed in the geo-platform for Geographic information sharing while providing services in the form of API, such as the coexistence of different versions of the same service, similar service routes of different APIs, cluttered service protocols, and complex authority management, that makes the integration among different geographic information services difficult and reduces the development efficiency. There are already some API gateway technologies to solve the problem, but the characteristics of geospatial services are not considered in the existing product. To address these problems, this paper proposed a high-currency geospatial service gateway system for National Geo-Information Service Platform based on the opensource framework of Kong for realizing the unified management and authorized open. The system provides the whole lifecycle management and fine-grained control for the service, and the functions such as unified geospatial service access, protocol conversion, service management, authorization verification, rate limiting, and security protection are also equipped. The system has been released and integrated in the National Geo-Information Service Platform, supporting hundreds of millions of service invocation every day. The result proves it simplifies geospatial services management, deployment, and application, and benefits the exchanging and sharing of geographic information.

Through the Ministry of Finance and Planning, the Government of Tanzania implemented the Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG) system to provide an e-payment gateway platform in order to improve government revenue collection in the country. As of July 2020, the system was implemented in 660 public institutions and is integrated into 28 commercial banks and 6 mobile money operators. While the system has been widely accepted, evaluation of its adequacy and performance is necessary as many similar initiatives implemented in Africa have failed to deliver the desired outcomes. This study evaluated the performance of the system by drawing success measures based on public value: efficiency, effectiveness, and social value. The study adopted a concurrent mixed research design where the questionnaire was integrated within interviews in a single investigation involving 442 respondents from 271 public institutions in 11 regions in Tanzania. The study found that the use of the system increased revenue collection by 44.28% while reducing the cost associated with revenue collection by 27.10% between 2015/2016 and 2019/2020 in the surveyed institutions. Moreover, the use of the system enhanced the trust between citizens and government, increased transparency and traceability in the process of revenue collection. Nonetheless, the lack of integration of the GePG system with institutional billing systems and the lack of self-service facility in some institutions were found to the challenges. The findings from this study contribute to an understanding of the effectiveness of e-government systems based on public value.

Abstract With the development of vehicle and mobile robot wireless technology, there are lots of data may transmit simultaneously. So, the paper proposes a multi core data transmission and network management method. In this method, the MIMO multi core system works in parallel mode; and it has multi agent feature in network operation, meanwhile it has feature of sub-graph decomposition characteristics also in MIMO topology of network. Based on the mathematical model of MIMO multi core system, the paper designs two prototype of network gateway, one is made of five CC2530 , a CAN module, and it is a demo of a vehicles gateway; the another is CC1320 multicore gateway system. The simulations and experiments show the feasibility and effective of this wireless multi core data transmission and management method

CRISPR/Cas9-based tissue-specific knockout techniques are essential in probing the functions of genes in embryonic development and disease using zebrafish. However, the lack of capacity to perform gene-specific rescue or live-imaging in the tissue-specific knockout background has limited the utility of this approach. Here, we report a robust and flexible gateway system for tissue-specific gene inactivation in neutrophils. Using a transgenic fish line with neutrophil-restricted expression of Cas9 and ubiquitous expression of sgRNAs targeting rac2, specific disruption of the rac2 gene in neutrophils is achieved. Transient expression of sgRNAs targeting rac2 or cdk2 in the neutrophil-restricted Cas9 line also results in significantly decreased cell motility. Re-expressing sgRNA-resistant rac2 or cdk2 gene restored neutrophil motility in the corresponding knockout background. Moreover, active Rac and force bearing F-actins localize to both the cell front and the contracting tail during neutrophil interstitial migration in an oscillating fashion that is disrupted when rac2 is knocked out. Together, our work provides a potent tool that can be used to advance the utility of zebrafish in identifying and characterizing gene functions in a tissue-specific manner.

The paper takes the authentication gateway system for internal office network as the research object, for the performance bottleneck and single point of failure problem of the single authentication gateway deployed in the existing primary and standby modes, chooses an authentication gateway integration method based on CA certificate. The practical results show that: through implementing the authentication gateway cluster design and introducing load balancing mechanism, this method solves the performance, stability and single point of failure of the authentication gateway, and improves the resource utilization of the authentication gateway device. This method introduced in this paper can be used for reference for the network architecture optimization based on the server load balancing technology.
