  La eficiencia y eficacia en los procesos que comprenden la gestión de las entidades públicas tiene más importancia en la sociedad ecuatoriana, a partir del principio constitucional donde se reconoce como derecho ciudadano y obligación de la institucionalidad pública, constituyéndose como un logro para la ciudadanía a fin de exigir transparencia en el accionar de las organizaciones. Este artículo tiene por objetivo analizar los sustentos teóricos de la gestión de calidad para los procesos de rendición de cuentas en instituciones públicas del Ecuador, permitiendo aplicar una metodología de tipo descriptiva basada en la revisión bibliográfica y documental porque procura obtener, seleccionar, compilar, organizar, interpretar y analizar información sobre las variables de estudios a partir de fuentes documentales. Que permiten compilar una revisión teórica de las variables gestión de calidad y rendición de cuentas, así como de los procesos y etapas que las instituciones públicas deben cumplir para la generación de informes de calidad y pueda cumplir con un proceso de calidad acorde a este estándar internacional para alcanzar las metas establecidas.   Palabras clave: Gestión; calidad; rendición de cuentas, instituciones públicas, responsabilidad social.   ABSTRACT Efficiency and effectiveness in the processes that comprise the management of public entities is more important in Ecuadorian society, based on the constitutional principle where it is recognized as a citizen’s right and an obligation of public institutions, becoming an achievement for citizens in order to demand transparency in the actions of organizations. This article aims to analyze the theoretical underpinnings of quality management for accountability processes in public institutions in Ecuador, allowing the application of a descriptive methodology based on bibliographic and documentary review because it seeks to obtain, select, compile, organize , interpret and analyze information on the study variables from documentary sources. That allow compiling a theoretical review of the variables quality management and accountability, as well as the processes and stages that public institutions must comply with for the generation of quality reports and can comply with a quality process according to this international standard to achieve the established goals.   Keywords: Quality; accountability, public institutions, social responsability.

<p>O objetivo deste artigo é contribuir ao debate acerca da gestão do Poder Judiciário tendo como referência o princípio constitucional da eficiência na administração pública e os princípios da gestão da qualidade. Sob esse enfoque são abordados os temas da crise na administração pública e na administração judiciária. Através de uma revisão bibliográfica em livros e artigos levantou-se as contribuições de autores sobre o tema em análise. Uma correlação entre os princípios da qualidade e a realidade encontrada na administração de unidades judiciárias, através das fontes analisadas para o estudo, é realizada com o fim de demonstrar a validade da aplicação dos princípios para nortear as mudanças necessárias para a melhoria da prestação jurisdicional e a aumentar a satisfação da sociedade. O artigo apresenta a aplicabilidade de um sistema de gestão da qualidade, conforme o modelo da norma ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015, como uma alternativa eficaz para que o Poder Judiciário apresente a resposta mais adequada para a necessidade de melhoria na eficiência da gestão do Poder Judiciário.</p><p> </p><p>The purpose of this article is to contribute to the debate about the management of the Judiciary having as point of reference the constitutional principle of efficiency in the Public Administration and the principles of quality management. This approach addresses the issues of crisis in the public administration and judicial administration. Through a bibliographical review in books and articles the contributions of authors on the subject under analysis were compiled. A correlation between the principles of quality and the reality found in the management of judicial units, through the sources analyzed for the study, is established in order to demonstrate the validity of the application of the principles to guide the changes necessary to improve the jurisdictional performance and to increase the satisfaction of society. The article presents the applicability of a quality management system, according to the model of ABNT NBR ISO 9001: 2015, as an effective alternative for the Judiciary to provide the most appropriate response to the need of improving the efficiency of the Judiciary management.</p><p> </p>

Universities fulfill the mission of carrying out teaching, research and extension based on a recognition of education as an instrument of social transformation. In this sense, public institutions are being increasingly charged for the efficiency and effectiveness of their actions. From this context, evaluation mechanisms emerge to measure effectiveness and assign concepts to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). From the recognition of the instruments that recommend the institutional evaluation in Brazil, the mention of the planning actions, the Institutional Development Plan (PDI) becomes strategic, and in this it is observed as an indicator to be inserted, the accompaniment of graduates of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The objective of the research is to identify the actions and goals foreseen in the IDPs of Brazilian federal universities in the Southeast region to follow up their graduates. The development of this work was through the qualitative approach with documentary research, by searching the university websites for the available institutional information. The results point to two distinct contexts, in which most of the researched institutions inserted in their macro-document the theme, one group aims to implement the policy and another group intends to advance to other follow-up stages, since it is a policy already institutionalized.

O presente artigo apresenta uma revisão teórica sobre a temática da violência e do bullying em contexto escolar, sustentada na análise alargada de diversas fontes documentais, publicações e literatura científica da especialidade, de vários autores de referência, almejando uma aprofundada compreensão e uma adequada contextualização teórica do fenómeno em estudo. Trata-se da primeira etapa de um trabalho de investigação em desenvolvimento no âmbito da referida problemática, no Centro de Estudos das Migrações e das Relações Interculturais (CEMRI), da Universidade Aberta de Lisboa, Grupo de Investigação “Saúde, Cultura e Desenvolvimento”. O trabalho objetiva identificar, compreender e , analisar  os processos inerentes à construção da violência e da exclusão social no  meio escolar português. Pretendemos, também, aferir as principais causas e consequências dos comportamentos violentos em contexto escolar, assim como definir possíveis formas de prevenção e estratégias de intervenção/atuação, nomeadamente através dos contributos da educação intercultural. Para realizar este estudo, ainda em elaboração na sua vertente empírica, optámos pelo método de investigação qualitativa. Escolhemos realizar um estudo de tipo descritivo, na categoria de estudo de caso. Assim, propomo-nos estudar o caso de uma escola do primeiro ciclo do ensino básico, de um agrupamento de escolas do distrito de Setúbal, situada numa zona urbana do concelho do Seixal. Palavras-chave: Violência. This is the first stage of a research work that is being developed on the mentioned topic, at the Research Center for Migration and Intercultural Relations (CEMRI), of the Open University of Lisbon, Research Group “Health, Culture and Development”. The study aims to identify, to know, analyze and understand the processes involved in the construction of violence and social exclusion in portuguese schools. We also intend to assess the main causes and consequences of violent behavior in schools, as well as finding ways to prevent violence and defining intervention strategies / actions, namely through contributions of intercultural education. To carry out this study, still in progress in its empirical part, we have chosen the qualitative research method. We chose to perform a descriptive study, in the case study category. Therefore, we propose to study the case of a school of the first cycle of basic education (primary school), which belongs to a group of schools from Setúbal district, located in an urban area of Seixal.Keywords: Violence. Intercultural education.VIOLENCIA Y BULLYING EN EL CONTEXTO ESCOLAR: contribuciones de la perspectiva intercultural Resumen: En este artículo se presenta una revisión de la literatura sobre el tema de la violencia y la intimidación en las escuelas, en base a un amplio análisis de diversas fuentes documentales, publicaciones e literatura científica, de muchos autores de referencia, con el objetivo de una profunda comprensión y contextualización adecuada del fenómeno en estúdio. Esta es la primera parte de un trabajo de investigación en el desarrollo en el Centro de Estudos en Migración y Relaciones Interculturales (CEMRI), de la Universidad Aberta de Lisboa, Grupo de Investigatión “Salud, Cultura y Desarrollo”. El estúdio tiene como objetivo identificar, comprehender y analizar los procesos que intervienen en la construcción de la violencia y la exclusión social en las escuelas portuguesas. Tenemos la intención, también, de identificar las principales causas y consecuencias de los comportamientos  violentos en contextos escolar, así como definir posibles formas de prevención  y estrategias de intervención/atuación, identificada a través de las contribuciones de la educación intercultural.  Para realizar este estudio, todavía en elaboración en su vertiente empírica, optamos por lo método de investigación cualitativa. Elegimos  realizar un estudio del tipo descriptivo, en la categoría de estudio de caso. The issues approach in this research show the benefits of the implementation of ISO 9001 standard in different companies as well as the importance of certain criteria with respect to customer satisfaction and confidence. This standard specifies requirements for a quality management system and it is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. The criteria taken into account help to improve the quality management system of the organization. The purpose of this paper is to identify the changes due to the implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9001 standard in a porcelain factory, named S.C. Apulum S.A. and to analyse the customer satisfaction and confidence within the company considered through the implementation of the standard mentioned above. The analysis of customer satisfaction and confidence was achieved by taking into account certain measurable criteria established in the company considered, criteria that have been introduced into a formula. In conclusion, it is obvious that after the implementation of the requirements of ISO 9001 standard the situation regarding the quality process and product has been improved considerably. Also, the results show that there were several variations in the period considered (2010-2017).

TQM refers to a management process and set of disciplines that are coordinated to ensure that the organization consistently meets and exceeds customer requirements and achieve successfully its vision and mission. TQM engages all divisions, departments and levels of the organization therefore provides holistic approach.TQM companies are focused on the systematic management of data in all processes and practices to eliminate waste and pursue continuous improvement. The goal is to deliver the highest value for the customer at the lowest cost while achieving sustained profit and economic stability for the company. While every organization should implement its own specialized form of quality management, there are some basic core principles that guide every quality effort. The single most important element of quality management is the focus on the customer. During this quality process, we will strive frequently to hear from our customers. From this basic concept, that the customer is the ultimate determiner of quality, come the other principles of Quality management. All types of automotive industries have reduced costs increased process efficiency and improved the quality of their products and services by working to meet the needs of the people they serve through the application of total quality management (TQM) principles. Learning the principles and practices of TQM will help achieve outstanding results and enlist the support of top management in advancing this concept within the organization enabling area managers or supervisors to create a work environment that gets the best from its workers. The proof will be reflected in the results deliver to the customer. With growing global competition, quality management is becoming increasingly important to the leadership and management of automotive industry. Quality management principles provide understanding of and guidance on the application of quality management. By applying quality management principles, organizations will produce benefits for customers, owners, employees, suppliers and society as a whole.Keywords: Strategic management, total quality management, automotive/automobile industry

Financial institutions in today’s economy have no longer the luxury to improve profit simply by increasing revenue. These firms, due to the significant measuring reductions in the financial services industry needed to improve operational efficiencies and merely support existing processes with fewer resources. This paper explains the benefits of Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma that have improved organization's performance, by cutting costs and waste, improving their products or services, increasing profitability as well as enhancing customer satisfaction. The applicability of quality management practices in financial institutions in Kosovo is presented and also their efficiency and effectiveness. By analyzing data from Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, this paper highlights the benefits of Individual and Micro companies customer segment as the result of organizational change and successful application of quality initiatives from financial institutions in Kosovo.

Es por ello que el autor de la investigación se propuso como objetivo diseñar una metodología para el desarrollo de la preparación física especial de los nadadores del estilo Crawl. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se utilizarán los siguientes métodos de investigación: análisis-síntesis e inducción deducción y la revisión de diferentes fuentes documentales relacionadas con la preparación especial de los nadadores del estilo Crawl, además se utilizará el método del criterio de expertos para la validación teórica de la metodología que será diseñada por el autor. Special physical preparation for crawl style swimmers ABSTRACT This work arises as a social need, which must be solved as soon as possible, which implies the development of special physical preparation to obtain good sports results in Crawl style swimmers.
