The home industry is a home business that produces various commodity products that are processed manually or using simple production machines. One of the home industry centers in Serang Regency is clay handicrafts that have been around for a long time, mostly women. During their development, they still experience many problems, especially in terms of production and marketing. Based on this, the authors researched to analyze the production and marketing aspects of clay crafts. The population and samples taken were fifteen people, they were clay craftsmenin Bumi Jaya Village, Serang Regency. This is done to find out the various aspects of production and marketing they have been doing related to the clay crafts they are doing. The sampling was carried out through direct observation with the clay crafts actors. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, production and marketing can still be done, and it is just that what needs special attention is that marketing must be further improved and expanded, which so far only relies on consumer visits to show rooms and waiting for special orders from consumers.

This study aims to describe how the attitude that is taught by Sufism can be the basis of multicultural education. The method used is phenomenological qualitative research methods, through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field, as well as observation. The results of this study are the design of Multicultural Education based on Moral Tasawuf. Collaboration between the concept of multicultural education on the one hand and Sufi behavior on Sufism on the other hand. Basically these two elements have been running for quite a long time and have been implicated in various aspects, but this section offers collaboration between the two elements in a multicultural education system with a Sufi dimension which is possible to become a new pattern that is more shady and creates peace for the Indonesian people   [1] Hadarah and Gani, ‘The Implementation of Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah’s Sufism Values in South Celebes’. The business of making chips has two main products namely peyek chips and banana chips. Making peyek chips and banana chips is done manually using a very simple production facility. The process of frying chips requires a long time because the craftsman only has 1 stove and 1 pan so that the frying process is carried out alternately between peyek and banana chips. This has an impact on a limited quantity of projects so that often customer requests cannot be fulfilled. The quality of chips produced sometimes does not satisfy consumers because it is not crispy if stored for a period of time. This is because the crafters use thin plastic and the process of adhesion to the packaging activities is carried out using candles and kerosene lamps. In addition to not sticking to plastic, there is also a hollow plastic package so that air can get into the chips. The dedication team provided solutions to increase production in the form of 2 units of high pressure cookers, 1 unit of furnace, 3 units of iron frying pan, 1 unit of plastic packaging adhesive (sealer), 1 unit of mechanical sweet potato slicer, 1 unit of semi-mechanical banana slicer, procurement brands and thick plastic. Utilization of these production facilities results in the addition of the types of products produced, namely tojin beans, sweet potato chips, pan flowers and rengginang. Increasing the quality and quantity of products has an impact on increasing the market so that it has been marketed to simple housing, medium housing complexes and now modern outlets are willing to accept the products produced.

Nowadays, finding traditional existing rituals is something that starts from being eroded by the ages. In Barangka Subdistrict, Muna ethnic still applies the ritual entitle defembula kahitela practice for a long time, it is not only for the plants but also for the sake of the landowners and community around. Thus, this becomes the main reason why most people in Barangka Subdistrict applies the ritual of practice of Javanese defembula. The existing of the defiance began with a practice ritual and accreditation towards the community of ethnic Muna in Barangka Subdistrict. Therefore, they are located in Barangka District consist of eight villages in West Muna Regency. The primary data that is acknowledged is the practice of rituals and the farmers themselves, and others who serve as local information leaders and the secondary data are obtained from the written data and field observation. The data are collected by field interviews with the informants and direct observation in the farm field in Barangka Subdistrict. This study finds that there are three types of implication caused by the rituals of cahitela defembulae; in social integration on how the community intertwined each other, economic on the community are less developed, and technology adaptation related how the community then resist it. Keywords: ritual, cahitela defembula, implication, social integration, economic, technology

Indonesian private university associations still use conventional system. this can be seen there is no registration of members online and registration work and this data collection is still using file system in the form of printout form. Then performed a system of checking and inputting data. If there is an error in charging the data, then do the system repetition. Things like this are deemed very ineffective because it will cause the buildup of files. This process is the one that until now runs in the association of Indonesian private universities. Therefore, Indonesian private university associations utilize google forms to support member registration activities online on the website of Indonesian private college association. Google form is a form facility that can be used to get the data of someone either in the form of questionnaire or registration, provided google platform which can easily be used for free in Google Drive. By making observations in the form of data collection, by doing a direct observation of an existing problem, it is considered less effective and efficient in managing a member report conducted conventionally through several convoluted processes and tend to require a long time so it is less effective. So that the need for a conventional system to be online so that with the online registration is aimed to improve the effective and efficient workers in managing data collection and registration of members previously done conventionally at the association of Indonesian private universities.

We would like to present the results of observations during 24 hour long time period while we focused to the incidence of the behavioral indicators of the Belgian Landrace breeds and its crossbreeds with Duroc. The experiment took place in conditions of Experimental and Slaughter Facility of the Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra, Slovakia. We used the descriptive method of a direct observation, while the noticeable indicators as well as their length were recorded down to the prepared protocols. The results point at necessity to make comparable observations among various conditions, whereas to all conditions has a common validity. Among the observed groups, that were made according their weight, we detected statistically important relationships among 24 hour time period and 3 and 6 hour long segments, which began at 6 AM. At the base of achieved results we can recommend to reduce next observations just to these periods that starts at 6 AM. The shorten time period with its express value has a great influence for use of study of etologic demonstrations in practice.

A problem was presented to observe the packing densities of deposits of sub-micron corrosion product particles. The deposits were 5-100 mils thick and had formed on the inside surfaces of 3/8 inch diameter Zircaloy-2 heat exchanger tubes. The particles were iron oxides deposited from flowing water and consequently were only weakly bonded. Particular care was required during handling to preserve the original formations of the deposits. The specimen preparation method described below allowed direct observation of cross sections of the deposit layers by transmission electron microscopy. The specimens were short sections of the tubes (about 3 inches long) that were carefully cut from the systems. The insides of the tube sections were first coated with a thin layer of a fluid epoxy resin by dipping. This coating served to impregnate the deposit layer as well as to protect the layer if subsequent handling were required.

Water tables in aquifer regions of the southwest United States are dropping off at a rate which is greater than can be replaced by natural means. It is estimated that by 1985 wells will run dry in this region unless adequate artificial recharging can be accomplished. Recharging with surface water is limited by the plugging of permeable rock formations underground by clay particles and organic debris.A controlled study was initiated in which sand grains were used as the rock formation and water with known clay concentrations as the recharge media. The plugging mechanism was investigated by direct observation in the SEM of frozen hydrated sand samples from selected depths.

The electron microscope has been used to study the diffusionless β → β + ω transformation occurring in certain titanium alloys at low temperatures. Evidence for such a transformation was obtained by Cometto et al by means of x-ray diffraction and resistivity measurements on a Ti-Nb alloy. The present work shows that this type of transformation can occur in several Ti alloys of suitable composition, and some of the details of the transformation are elucidated by means of direct observation in the electron microscope.Thin foils were examined in a Philips EM-300 electron microscope equipped with a uniaxial tilt, liquid nitrogen cooled, cold stage and a high resolution dark field device. Selected area electron diffraction was used to identify the phases present and the ω-phase was imaged in dark field by using a (101)ω reflection. Alloys were water quenched from 950°C, thinned, and mounted between copper grids to minimize temperature gradients in the foil.
