PD. Anugerah Kimia is located at Bumi Asri Mekar Rahayu Estate Block 5, C10, Bandung. There's when a transaction came PD. Anugerah Kimia only recorded that transaction to the sales book, nothing else. Also when they bought for merchandise inventory and expense in that compagny they only writen in payment book. In the end of a period PD. Anugerah Kimia only make Sales Statement, but not with the cost, expenses statement, and for make a sales statement they use Microsoft Excel Software. That condition can rise a risk accurating of data, and then PD. Anugerah Kimia have a problem with the sales they, they not yet get a significant growth with the customer. Based of that problem, then writer take a little "Loss-Profit Financial Statement Accounting Information System Integrated Desktop and Website At PD. Anugerah Kimia".

Hospital was established to serve the medical needs of the citizen. In addition to serving, hospitals also need to explore the benefits for the sustainability and the development of the hospital. To achieve financial reports have involved a large role. Accounting information system computer-based accounting will help serving the financial reports, so that more accurate and faster. Errors can be diminished.  Research object is selected by the author to conduct research is Bogor Rumah Sakit Islam. A hospital that is located on Jl. Perdana Raya. 22 Budi Agung, Jakarta Utara. This hospital was established on May 12, 1991. The location is strategic as it is in the center of Bogor. In doing activity, accounting information system based on computerized accounting still not yet common use. Computer already exist but support application to create an accurate and fast financial statement does not exist. So much weaknesses if we still using manual method. Like slowly processing data, still using much worker and much step while processing. The information result is still contained high mistake. To solve all problems above we need accounting software as tool for accounting division. For that I try to apply computerized accounting using Microsoft Excel for helping creating financial statement. By doing observation and interview with related employee, this research can do well. Journalize transaction process by using Microsoft Excel is to make a column for each transaction such as Journal Voucher, General Ledger, Balance Sheet. After making a column, the next step is inputing achievement data to Journal Voucher. After inputing data, General Ledger and Balance Sheet can automatically fill up. By using computer, processing data is more faster, information result is more accurately, human resource is less needed. Related management can get information they need more faster, because amount recalculated every doing transaction.

<p>This Study objectives are to test the influence of Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard, Accounting Information System, Human Resourching Quality, Internal Control, and Organizational Commitment affect the quality of Ministry/Board financial statements especially in National Board of Disaster Management (BNPB). This study population is the stakeholders of National Board of Disaster Management financial statement consisting of Authorized Budget User, Financial Bureau, Expenditure Treasurer, Assistant of Expenditure Treasurer, Commitment-Making Officer, and Internal Auditor in BNPB. Sample is determined by using <em>Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling </em>techniques. Using the Likert measurement scale and <em>Inferensial Parametris </em>data analysis. The hypothesis is tested comparatively. The result showed that The  Impplementation of Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement, Impplementation of Accounting Information System have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement, Human Resourching Quality have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement, Internal Control have a siginificant effect on the quality of financial statement, and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement. The maximum implementation of Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard, Accounting Information System, Human Resorching Quality, Internal Control and Organizational Commitment will increase as well as the quality of financial statement in BNPB.</p><p>Keywords: Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard, Accounting Information System, Human Resourching Quality, Internal Control, Organizational Commitment, National Board of Disaster Management.</p>

Seeing the importance of accounting information systems today for organizational progress in helping the implementation of accounting bookkeeping, so it requires a fast and accurate recording process. CV. Surya Anugerah Investindo is a developing company in the field of cobroke property, there is still no accounting information system so that making accounting books is still manual. The weaknesses are that the management or the data process is slow, requires a lot of effort or stages, the information generated has a high enough potential for error. The purpose of this study is to try to design and implement an accounting information system based on Microsoft Excel to produce accounting bookkeepers as needed. Data obtained directly from the company through interviews and documentation. Based on the data obtained, states that the accounting information system CV. Surya Anugerah Investindo has not implemented a computer-based accounting information system. From these weaknesses, researchers provide suggestions for the design of accounting books using a Microsoft Excel-based accounting information system

Yayasan Pembina masjid (YPM) Salman ITB is the foundation that manages the activities of religious service. The process of recording transactions in both of revenue and expenditure on the ledgers are still using Microsoft Office Excel as a tool for data processing. Financial statements prepared by the YPM Salman ITB is not fully using the islamic principles. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City has not yet been approved in computerized activities for recording cash receipts and disbursements such as the use of Basar Books, as well as the use of default applications such as Microsoft Excel, which requires a relatively long usage time, both of which are complementary to report generation. To overcome this problem, a web-based cash receipt and expenditure accounting information system was created at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City using the waterfall system development method. Data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results of this study resulted in the application of an accounting system for cash receipts and uses at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City. Enabling assistance makes it easier for employees to manage cash receipt data and open cash, accelerate the presentation of reports and facilitate the process of finding cash data in and cash out at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dalam akvitas pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas belum sepenuhnya terkomputerisasi seperti penggunaanBuku Basar, serta penggunaan aplikasi bawaan yaitu Microsoft Excel, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif  lama,  baik  dari  segi  perhitungan  hingga  pembuatan  laporan. Untuk mengatasi  permaslahan tersebut, maka dibangun sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis web pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi. Sehingga membantu memudahkan karyawan dalam pengelolaan data penerimaan kas  dan pengeluaran  kas,  mempercepat  dalam  penyajian  laporan  dan  mempermudah  dalam proses pencarian data kas masuk dan kas keluar pada PT. Financial statements represent end result from applying an information accounting system. Therefore, to yield good financial statement needed a good information system also. With existence of computerized accounting information system it is provided that accounting information system will walk better and the yielded to financial statements become more accurate and complete. The objective of this research is to know accounting system which previously exists at CV Graph Printing. Others, this research also aim to apply computerized accounting information system with MYOB. This application is expected could help company make good financial statement. CV Graph Printing represent a company moving in the field of printing office. The effort area experienced by this company for example setting (invitation, brochure, visiting card, etc.), screening (clothes, invitation, plastic, etc.), and print (book, invitation, note, etc.). The result of research indicate that accounting information system which preexist at company, that is manual administrate system is not be adequate again. Accounting record process for transactions that happened in company have never been done. Others also the transaction evidences are not kept better. The most important fact is that during the time the company not at all own financial statement so that the owner do not know their company performance during the time. With existence of applying MYOB in its accounting information system, transaction record become easier and quickly. Financial statement could visible any time we wish. <p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK">ABSTRACT</p><p>This study aims to evaluate the application of Accounting Information Systems that have been used by UD. ModeX, MSME in Bungah District so that MSMEs can produce as financial statements. Good financial statements help MMSME to propose additional funds for developing the business to financial institutions, consideration in making decisions so that MSMEs businesses work effectively and efficiently. The study was conducted by direct interviews with the owner, specialized staff, and the cashier at UD. ModeX. The results of the research, by applying the Accounting Information System application are facilitating the recording of financial transactions, seeing the stock of goods quickly and accurately. Moreover, from the accounting information formed a financial report,  MSMEs has a financial statement to use for the various business benefit of the MSME.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><em>ABSTRAK</em><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang telah digunakan oleh UD. ModeX, UMKM yang berada di Kecamatan Bungah agar dapat digunakan sebagai penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penyusunan laporan keungan yang baik membantu UMKM dalam mengajukan permodalan kepada lembaga keuangan, pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga bisnis UMKM berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung kepada owner, staff khusus, dan bagian kasir pada UD. ModeX. Hasil dari wawancara tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dapat mempermudah pencatatan transaksi keuangan, melihat stok barang secara cepat dan akurat, dan dari informasi akuntansi  tersebut terbentuk suatu  laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai kepentingan kelancaran bisnis UMKM tersebut.</em></p>

PT NURTIWI is a manufacturing company engaged in the field of furniture that is growing using the accounting information system based Zahir Accounting application, to facilitate the company in decision making. So the author's goal is to analyze and design the information system by making supporting data in the process of input data into accounting information system based Zahir application in the form of Microsoft Excel in order to facilitate the director or employees of the company in making decisions to determine company policy to be taken. In his research the authors used a qualitative approach with descriptive research design, focusing on the systematic explanation of the facts obtained when the research was conducted. The result of SIA analysis applied by PT NURTIWI still has weakness especially in purchasing and supply part, delay in recording of supplier's debt card, and repayment of trade payable, stock card, general journal no grouping of production cost between raw material cost, factory overhead cost and direct labor cost insert per item code. The lack of manpower within the company raises the Administration and Finance in the company’s administrative process to experience delays. Inventory is a large asset owned by the company. Large investments invested in the form of inventory willcause problems related to the cost of organizing where the cost will increase the warehouse costs. Inventoryis very vulnerable to damage, theft, and misappropriation. The inventory accounting system plays animportant role in the arrangement of avoiding the repatriation of the company's wealth, especiallyinventory. Proper and correct accounting treatment of inventory is absolutely necessary. This is becausethe inventory post has a considerable influence in the financial statements, which is in the balance sheetand in determining the price of inventory in the income statement. The problem in the research is how todesign good documents, records, and procedures related to the inventory accounting system ofmerchandise at Usaha Dagang Li Jaya Kupang and how the internal control system prevent the multipositions, mis-recording, and possible misappropriation of inventory of at Usaha Dagang Li JayaKupang. The results showed that the inventory accounting information system at UD. Li Jaya hasweaknesses in terms of inventory recording undone because of the limited educational background of theexisting workforce and in terms of its internal controls that have not been effective. The obstacles faced byUD. Li Jaya Kupang is the absence of computerized administration in the recording system, so that isno recording at all in the warehouse section. The inventory accounting information system at UD LiJaya Kupang must have its own recording administration, so that employees do not record bythemshelves. The purpose of this research is to design an accounting information system application that processes web-based salary data on Sneaklin Bandung laundry shoes, the method is done using descriptive and experimental methods. Salary data processing performed at Sneaklin Bandung Laundry Shoe is already using a computer, namely using the Microsoft Excel program, this method is still troublesome administrative staff in managing employee salary calculation, employee data, and payroll processes. The design of a web-based payroll accounting information system in Sneaklin Bandung shoe laundry using the PHP and MySQL programming languages is expected to facilitate administrative staff in processing payroll data and managing employee data.
