Bandung is one of the destinations of tourist in Indonesia, especially in the Heritage area which is a historical touristdestination. Jalan Braga has an important role in the development of the city of Bandung, since the Dutch occupation inIndonesia, Jalan Braga has been used as a protocol road in the city of Bandung. It makes the Jalan Braga sidewalkhave an important role for the satisfaction of pedestrian, especially domestic and foreign tourists. The purpose of thisstudy is to find out how the level of pedestrian satisfaction is based on a comparison between the value of perceptionsand expectations of the quality of the elements forming the sidewalks of Jalan Braga, Bandung. This research is adescriptive study with a quantitative approach and uses the Accidential Sampling method in selecting respondents. Themain data of collection method is done by the intercept method. The benefits of this research are to gain knowledgeabout the sidewalk-forming elements that can provide value for comfort and satisfaction for pedestrians. Therefore theGovernment of Bandung City can provide optimal facilities for pedestrians. This can encourage and increase thenumber of pedestrians in the city of Bandung, especially on Jalan Braga which is used as a tourist destination

This research explores the concept of understanding of mosque managers in the public space about the importance of facing the direction of Qibla. Samples Mosque located in the public space of the Hospital Jogja International Hospital, Adisutjipto Airport and Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo be proof of the tendency of pattern of understanding of managers of religious orders to face the direction of Qiblah correctly. By using qualitative analysis method and data collection method in the form of observation, interview and documentation, it is found that first, that understanding of mosque managers in public space at three places reflects the quality of life of Islami ie measuring to the expert so that the direction of qibla . Secondly, the accuracy of the direction of the mosque building in the public space in Sleman Yogyakarta is included in the category of accurate with the maximum reason for the 6 minute arc disturbance, where the direction of the largest deviation on the mosques is 0o 1 '20.8 "or equivalent to 3,074 km which means still leads the city of Mecca.Keywords: Accuracy, Understanding and Mosque in Public Space Penelitian ini menggali konsep pemahaman para pengelola Masjid di ruang publik tentang pentingnya menghadap arah kiblat. Sampel Masjid yang berada di ruang publik yakni Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital, Bandara Adisutjipto dan Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo menjadi bukti kecenderungan pola pemahaman pengelola terhadap perintah agama untuk menghadap ke arah kiblat dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh hasil penelitian, pertama bahwa pemahaman para pengelola masjid di ruang publik pada tiga tempat tersebut mencerminkan kualitas hidup Islami yakni melakukan pengukuran kepada pihak ahli sehingga arah kiblat sesuai dengan keilmuan astronomi. Kedua, akurasi atau ketelitian arah kiblat bangunan Masjid di ruang publik di Sleman Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kategori akurat dengan alasan maksimal penyimpangan 6 menit busur, di mana arah penyimpangan paling besar pada masjid-masjid tersebut adalah 0o 1’ 20,8” atau setara 3,074 km yang berarti masih mengarah kota Mekah.Kata kunci: Akurasi, Pemahaman dan Masjid di Ruang Publik

This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on store image, the influence of service quality on repurchase intention, the influence of store image on repurchase intention, and the role of store image mediate the influence of service quality on repurchase intention in Carrefour Bali Province. Repurchase intention is one of the company's goals because the repurchae intention is the action of the consumer to be faithful to the company. This research was conducted in the area of ??Bali Province using 100 respondents. Data collection method used is purposive sampling method with path analysis technique. The results showed that service quality had positive and significant effect to store image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. The store image has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. Store image as a variable of mediation have an indirectly significant influence to repurchase intention through service quality variable.

The aim of this paper is to identify Warsaw residents’ perceptions and attitudes toward the UEFA EURO 2012 tournament. The investigation focused on how residents of Warsaw perceived the impacts of the tournament one year after the event. A questionnaire survey was applied using a stratified sampling method to 480 residents of Warsaw. The results of the survey and ordered logit regressions show that although the residents did not perceive that the economic benefits of the tournament were spread uniformly, a large majority valued the tournament’s role in promoting Warsaw as a tourist destination and enhancing the international identity of the city. Whereas residents generally displayed positive attitudes toward EURO 2012 in terms of lifting their pride and bringing the community closer together, they also noted some negative impacts of the event. The opinions expressed about the tournament depended on the age, education, and income of the responders. A majority of the residents agreed that the positive impacts of EURO 2012 outweighed the negative.

ABSTRACT This study aims to test and analyze empirically the effect of tax authority service quality, justice dimensions and taxpayer awareness on individual tax compliance. A common problem in this study is that the level of mandatory compliance in Tax Service Office in Depok has fluctuated every year. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer in Tax Service Office Depok. Until the end of 2015 there were 241,518 active taxpayers. Sampling is done by proportional sampling method. The number of samples is determined by 110 people. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, evidence was obtained that the quality of service of the tax authorities, the dimensions of justice and awareness of taxpayers had a significant positive effect on individual tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. Customer satisfaction is an asset for the company to be a benchmark for the company's success in serving customers. Since its establishment in 2010, GOJEK has consistently  served  the  community,  presenting  efficient  and  effective transportation  to the Indonesian people spread across several cities. By maintaining the values of a friendly Indonesian character. The population in this study were GO-JEK users. While the sample in this study is GO-JEK users more than once in the city of Yogyakarta.  The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. While the data used in this study are primary data by  obtaining the data needed by  using information techniques, namely by distributing  questionnaires.  The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, and doing a partial test  knowing  whether the independent variables individually have a significant effect on the dependent variable, do the r-test to measure the ability of the model to explain the ability of the dependent variable.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Price does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Promotion does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Service quality does not have a positive effect on user decisions. User decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. User decisions do not mediate between Price, Promotion and Quality of Service.

ABSTRAKSumatera Barat telah dinobatkan sebagai destinasi wisata halal terbaik di dunia karena memiliki halal destination attributes yang sangat ramah terhadap wisatawan Muslim. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana pengaruh halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat terhadap experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diuji dengan teknik analisis jalur dan diolah menggunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat berpengaruh postif signifikan terhadap experience quality wisatawan Muslim dan destination satisfaction. Kemudian, ditemukan juga pengaruh positif signifikan antara experience quality terhadap destination satisfaction. Dengan mengoptimalkan halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat, maka akan meningkatkan experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim yang berkunjung. Hal ini menjadi penting karena akan berdampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Muslim ke Sumatera Barat.Kata Kunci: Destinasi Wisata Halal, Halal Destination Attributes, Experience Quality, Destination Satisfaction, Wisatawan Muslim. ABSTRACTWest Sumatera has been named the best halal tourist destination in the world because it has halal destination attributes that are very friendly to Muslim tourists. In this study, it will be explained how the influence of halal destination attributes in West Sumatera on experience quality and destination satisfaction of Muslim tourists. This study uses a quantitative approach which is tested with path analysis techniques and processed using the AMOS program. The results of the study found that halal destination attributes in West Sumatera have a significant positive effect on the experience quality of Muslim tourists and destination satisfaction. Then, it was also found that experience quality has a significant positive effect on destination satisfaction. By optimizing the halal destination attributes in West Sumatera, it will increase the experience quality and destination satisfaction of visiting Muslim tourists. This study aims to examine the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products in the city of Manado. This research was conducted from May to June 2020. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with “Snacking” business owners. The data collection method in this study is a survey method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, to describe the sales of "snacking" business products in utilizing e-commerce. The results showed that the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products, which can help in increasing the number of orders and sales turnover, as well as a means of business promotion, as well as helping in the development of business products.

<em>Kali Besar is a river that stretches from South to North and there are two roads on both sides, namely: Jalan Kali Besar Barat and Jalan Kali Besar Timur. On the government's awareness of the importance of preservation of buildings and historic areas, since 2008 the City of Jakarta was established as a conservation area and became a tourist destination in Jakarta. Many things have been attempted by the government such as the improvement of public space which is to be one tourist destination for visitors to enjoy the atmosphere of the past. Above it then conducted a study to determine whether the influence of public space for the visual quality of the area, especially Kali Besar. This research uses quantitative method with post positivistic rationalist approach. The result of the research shows that there is influence of public space on visual quality in Kali Besar Jakarta area.</em>

Mismatch between consumer expectations and the reality obtained this will sooner or later affect the decline in brand trust so this stops buying and looking for other brands to satisfy their desires and expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on the intention to switch brands through brand trust in Simpati card users in the city of Denpasar. This study used a sample of 90 respondents through a purposive sampling method. Data collection method used through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on brand trust, consumer satisfaction has a negative effect on the intention to switch brands, brand trust has a negative effect on the intention to switch brands and brand trust as a mediation of consumer satisfaction with the intention to change brands.
