The data comes from the answers to the questionnaire according to the employee's perception. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has an effect on work motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of competence on employee performance. Cooperation has no effect on performance, but has an effect on motivation and work motivation mediates the effect of cooperation on employee performance. Organizational climate does not affect employee performance but organizational climate affects work motivation and work motivation mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The results of the study have implications for competence and motivation that need to be improved in order to improve employee performance. ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The method used in research with a questionnaire. The sample of the study may be 50 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The conclusion of this study is the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Performance is the work result in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out the task in accordance with the given responsibility. In order for employee performance to be consistent, it is necessary to identify the factors that influence performance, including work motivation, work discipline and work environment. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee PerformanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

Data analysis is the process of simplification of data into aform that is easier to read and implement. The method chosen to analyze the data must match thepattern of research and variables to be studied. This study using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with a research tool or software such as Partial Least Square (PLS) from the research thathas been done through observation and secondary data it can be concluded that compensation, jobsecurity, work motivation and employee performance contracts Police Unit Praja dan WilayatulHisbah Banda Aceh still not good, then the hypothesis 1 is rejected. From the research that hasbeen done can be concluded that the hypothesis that compensation and job security simultaneouslyand partially effect on work motivation can be received from the research that has been done canbe concluded that hypothesis stating that compensation and job security simultaneously andpartially effect the performance is acceptable. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of leader member exchange on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. This research is a type of causal research with a quantitative approach with a population of 256 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses probability sampling with a sample of 156 permanent employees. The statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23.0 software. This study indicates that the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction because there is a trusting relationship between superiors and subordinates. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because it was following company standards. The object of this research is the employees of the state civil apparatus. They work in government agencies in the education sector of the Directorate of Senior High Schools in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with one hundred and ten respondents, sampling using a saturated sample technique, and a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the model's suitability in this study with the help of the SmartPLS version 3 application. The results of this study conclude that work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affect employee performance, organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance but cannot mediate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, and psychological capital can moderate the relationship between job satisfaction with employee performance.
