This study examined the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction of organizational commitment of PT.Global JET Express. This study involve 100 respondents as a sample, all of them are permanent employees of PT. Global JET Express. The number of respondents was determined using the nonprobability sampling technique, by purposive sampling method. Multiple regression is used as a data analysis technique and processed using SPSS 25 program. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while of transformational leadership and job satisfaction has no effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis obtained in this study, the management of PT. Global JET Express is expected to pays more attention to motivation experienced by employees, so that the level of organizational commitment felt by employees can increase.

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure (TBP) and professionalism on audit quality with auditor experience and job satisfaction as moderating in KAP in Bali. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in KAP in Bali, amounting to 77 auditors. Determination of samples in this study using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 42 auditors. The results of this research questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a negative and significant effect on audit quality; professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality; auditor experience weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality; and job satisfaction weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality. This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The study investigates the factors that influence village officials to have an interest in whistleblowing. Organizational commitment, rewarding, idealism ethical orientation, relativism and machiavellian ethical orientation are used as factors that influence the interest of village officials to do whistleblowing. The population in this research is the entire officials of the village government who worked in district Kelayang, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this research is to use incidental sampling. A total of 60 village officialses participated in this study, which consisted of village heads, village secretaries. regional executor and technical executive. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of hypothesis testing that is: organizational commitment and idealism ethical orientation effect on interest to do the whistleblowing but reward, relativism ethical orientation and machiavellian nature has no effect against the interest to do the whistleblowing.This research contributes to reducing the occurrence of fraud committed by village officials.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of company employees at partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted at Partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted using associative research. The population used in this research is 46 employees of the contract at partners of PT. PLN (Persero) Ulp. Bima City are 46 employees. With a research sample of 34 permanent employees, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used, 1, observation, 2 documentation, 3, questionnaire 4, literature study. The data analysis technique used is, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Company's Employee Organizational Commitment at Partners PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima.

This study aimed to analyze the influence organization comitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted by taking samples of banking employees who had worked for more than 2 years. Then, the sample of this study was 125 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out based on a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. It is a method that is based on certain criteria met by respondents with the data analysis technique used for hypotheses testing was multiple linear regression analysis through the program of SPSS ver. 24. The results showed that Job satisfaction does not significantly influence the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study showed that sig. value of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 0.592 > 0.05 but Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study revealed that sig. The value of employee engagement on organizational commitment was 0.000 < 0.05.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ada tidaknya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada The Westlake Resort Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode accidental sampling. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan the westlake resort Yogyakarta. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan trasformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is an influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. Data collection using a questionnaire with accidental sampling method. The research respondents were employees of the westlake resort Yogyakarta. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The test results show that there is a positive influence of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction, while motivation and work discipline do not affect employee job satisfaction.
