This study aims to examine the determination of musyarakah financing in Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) period March 2008-December 2011. The data is obtainedbased on bank finance reporting that at publication. It is gained sample amount of 44 months. The analysis technique used here is multiple linier regression and hypothesis test using t-statistic and F-statistic with level of significance 5%. The result of this research is Third Parties Fund (DPK) and return gives significantly on musyarakah financing. The return on asset is not significant to musyarakah financing. By simultaneous, musyarakah financing give significant influence on the level of Third Parties Fund, return and return on asset.

This study is performed to examine the effect of Auditor’s Opinion, Solvency Size CPA Firm and profitability toward the probability to Audit Report Lag in Consumer Goods Industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2010-2012. The population of this research is 35 Consumer Goods Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over period 2010-2012. The data is obtained based on corporate finance reporting that at publication. It is gained sample amount of 28  ompanies from 35 companies those are classified in Consumer Goods Industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using t-statistic and F-statistic with level of significance 5%. This research results that  uditor’s Opinion , Size CPA Firm, Solvency and Gain-Loss are not  ignificant effect to Audit Report Lag. We suggest for investors in  ndonesian Stock Exchange that paying attention others factor that  egards Audit Report Lag because with those information theycan make the best decision for their investment..

The implementation of promotional activities carried out by the company includes advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, and publicity. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and accuracy of distribution of consumer buying interest at PT. Enzym Biotechnology Internusa. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant influence on consumer buying interest of 41.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The accuracy of the distribution has a significant effect on consumer buying interest by 39.1%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and accuracy of distribution simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest of 50.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

State revenue from the taxation sector remains dominating over This research is conducted to test the effect of variables Profitability, Audit Opinion, and Ownership Structure of the Timeliness of Financial Statement in the all companies Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2016. The population in this study amounted to 60 companies. Samples were obtained in this study amounted to 38 samples are selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used here is logistic regression and hypothesis test using t-satistic with level of significance 5%. The results indicate that the variable Profitability not significant effect of the Timeliness of Financial Statement and variable Ownership Structure not significant effect of the Timeliness of Financial Statement. However, variable Audit Opinion significant effect of the Timeliness of Financial Statement

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. This study aims to determine and prove whether the brand image and price of customer satisfaction Village Futsal Medan. Types This study is an associative questioning the relationship between two variables. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis with hypothesis test using t test, f test and coefficient of determination. This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation. This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

This study aims to determine the effect of  job promotion,  mutation and training on employee career development at “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap". This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study consisted of 146 employees who worked at “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. The sample in this study amounted to 115 employees “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. The determination of sample size in this study uses the Isaac and Michael Tables (with an error tolerance of 5%). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which is sampling from the population with certain considerations. Test the validity of the instrument using CFA, while the reliability test results using Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques, and Hypothesis Test using F Test and t Test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of promotion, transfer and training simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on employee career development in “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. Job promotion variables have a significant effect on the career development of employees of the “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. Mutation variables have no significant effect on career development of “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap” employees. And the training variables have a significant influence on the career development of the “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”.
