Artificial protective linear plantings in the experimental farm of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "VGAU" were created more than 60 years ago. English oak was used as the main species for cultivation in cultures. The plantings are presented with a width of 18.0 m to 35.0 m with the placement of rocks 1.5 - 5.0 x 0.7 - 3.0 m. Due to the abundance of self-seeding, a dense structure of the lower profile has formed. To study the characteristics of the growth and condition of rocks, test plots were laid in the ZFN according to generally accepted methods in forest inventory and protective afforestation. English oak has a preservation of 50.1-60.1% and, at the same time, its average diameter is from 23.8-25.3 cm, the average height is 20.8-24.0 m. The best results were noted in plantations where the English oak grown with Norway maple and yellow acacia when placed 5.0 x 3.0 m. Silvicultural and reclamation assessment of plantings 4a. In cultures at the age of 62 years with a predominance of pedunculate oak, a convex transverse profile of the plantation is formed and, at the same time, the height of the middle rows is 10.1% higher than the edging rows, the average diameter of the middle rows is less than the extreme ones by 7.5%. Protective plantations transform agricultural landscapes, change the ecology of the territory, serve as boundaries and boundaries of vegetation in inter-strip fields.

The formation of artificial linear plantations with the participation of pedunculate oak is predetermined by agrotechnical and silvicultural methods of cultivation. Its share among the used other breeds is about 25%. At the age of 33, with the placement of planting places 5.0 x 3.0 m, the pedunculate oak has a high preservation (by 33.9%) in a three-row plantation, in relation to crops from four rows. The protective height in a narrower artificial linear plantation is 10.2 m, which is 1.24 times higher with a width of 20.0 m. In mixed oak-ash crops at the age of 45 years, the best growth and preservation of pedunculate oak is noted in relation to oak plantations pure in composition. For birch-oak crops, the influence of a fast-growing breed is characteristic. At the age of 54, the safety of pedunculate oak is 23.1%, the wind protection height is 19.1 m. Differences in the growth of species are one class of bonitet. In the central rows of pedunculate oak at the age of 30-49 years, the average height has a greater value and a smaller diameter in relation to the indicators of the edging rows (by 7.5-19.9%). A convex transverse profile of the plantation is formed, which is predetermined by the physiological characteristics of the development of the tree species.

Protective forests in the central forest-steppe of the European part of Russia were created at different times with a diverse assortment of plants. Fast-growing tree scpecies in the composition of artificial linear stands are introduced from the moment of their formation. Soil and hydrological conditions are one of the main conditions on which successful growth of tree species depends. The highest biometric growth indicators in middle-aged plantations in height of balsamic poplar are observed on typical chernozem (0,82 m / year), less significant (0,65 m / year) on leached chernozem. The greatest activity in growth is manifested up to the age of 13 - 18 years. The silver birch tree is characterized by a decrease in activity in height growth since the age of 14 - 20 years. The average annual increase to the 30 year period is 0,60 – 0,74 m / year. In the best soil conditions (typical chernozem), growth rates are higher. In forest belts, both fast-growing (poplar, birch) and slow-growing and long-lasting (english oak) tree species have differences in height and diameter growth depending on their placement in the transverse profile. At the age of 33-45 years, a convex profile is formed, where the average height of the central rows is 10,6 – 16,8% more than the marginal ones and the average diameter of the extreme rows exceeds diameter of average rows by 10,1 – 19,9%. In fast-growing tree species, the active reclamation effect of beneficial protective factors is already evident in youth and at the same time, the width of the inter-strip cells on chernozem soils should not exceed 600 - 650 m.

The organizing framework of adaptive landscape agriculture is protective afforestation. The study of the shelterbelt state is necessary for detection of their protective height due to the dramatically changing climatic conditions. The research purpose is to carry out the distribution of trees of English oak (Quercus robur L.) and Norway maple (Acer platanoides L.) with height for the stand structure evaluation, as well as to propose the measures for the condition improvement of English oak. The shelterbelt, the spatial structure of which was studied, is located in the vicinity of the village of Zolotarevka (65 km from the city of Lugansk). Archival data on the creation time and age of the studied forest shelterbelt were not revealed. Shelterbelts in the Lugansk region were created in accordance with the “Great Plan for the Transformation of Nature”, which was designed for 1949–1965. Sampling areas were laid out in accordance with the industrial standard OST 56-69–83. The composition of the shelterbelt, the diameter and average height of the trees were determined based on the results of enumerative valuation. The coefficients of skewness and kurtosis of stands of the studied species were calculated by the standard methods of biometrics. The distribution of Norway maple and English oak trees with height was checked with the normal distribution of trees in the plantation according to the Shapiro-Wilk test. The authors revealed that arithmetic and valuation mean heights of the stands of English oak and Norway maple on two permanent sampling areas differ slightly. It was found that the stand of Norway maple on the first and second sampling areas is characterized by positive right-side symmetry and positive kurtosis. Analyzing the stand condition, it is arguable that the coefficient of skewness of the English Oak stand on both areas is not the same in sign and numerical value: on the first sampling area – leftside negative (As = –2.026) and on the second – right-side positive (As = 0.973). The authors pay particular attention to the fact that the value of the coefficient of kurtosis of the English Oak stands is the highest on the first sampling area – 3.044. On the basis of the Shapiro-Wilk test it is shown that the curve of distribution of the Norway maple stands with height on the first and second sampling areas does not correspond to the normal distribution curve for the plantations. While the curve of distribution of the English Oak stands with height on the second sampling area is close to the indicator of the Shapiro-Wilk test for normal stands and is 0.823 (for p = 0.05, W = 0.842, n = 10).

The article analyzes the dynamics of the indicators of target enrollment and education at the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Far Eastern State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia for the period from 2013 to 2018, a comparative assessment of the passing score for the places of targeted enrollment and the main places depending on the specialty (training direction) was made, average mark of a unified state exam (USE) was analyzed; the agreements on targeted training with the assessment of measures of social support were analyzed, as well as proposals were formulated to improve the activities of targeted training of medical personnel.

The  study of a seventy years old stand of Scots pine on drift sands proves that  Scots pine growth on these sites was and is still relatively good: average  diameter 27.6 cm, average height 19.4 m, standing volume 213 m3 and an annual increment  of 4.9 m3.ha-1.yr-1. All Scots pines  belong to the upper storey. Yet considerable differences in crown development  and vitality are observed. The current growth rate and the spontaneous  settlement of pine seedlings under canopy show the ideal conditions for the  creation of a high forest with reserves. Anyway a rotation period of more  than 70 years is recommendable.     On several places a consolidated regeneration of Scots pine seedlings under  canopy occur. Groups with a stem number of 700 to 3,500 seedlings per are, ranging  in age from 3 to 11 years and in height from 10 to 170 cm, are present. This  Scots pine regeneration has developed in a normal mor humus layer and in a  dense Deschampsia mat.      Broadleaved regeneration is not so abundant, and consists for 75 % of black  cherry. Absence of seed trees, browsing damage and the exclusive character of  black cherry are the limiting factors for the installation and survival of  valuable indigenous species, such as pedunculate oak.     Provided that black cherry is removed and that the regeneration is  protected against wild damage, it is possible to create a mixed forest  dominated by Scots pine but with a considerable admixture of indigenous  broadleaved trees. However, if black cherry will not be sufficiently  controlled, it can be expected that in a first phase black cherry will  dominate the understorey, that it will prevent the regeneration of all other  species and that, very soon, it will form an almost single-species dominated  stage in forest succession.

The article is devoted to the issues related to the phenomenon of “aging society”. The relevance of creating a barrier-free environment for the elderly is dictated by the current demographic trend towards an increase in life expectancy, an increase in its quality. The number of centenarians with functional impairments (senile dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s) who require care at a qualitatively new level is increasing. Innovative form of organizing the leisure of the elderly «Kindergarten for the elderly people» is considered as one of the ways to solve the problem. Based on the data of a study conducted by the Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education of the Far-Eastern state medical university of the Ministry of Health of Russia in 2020, identified the need to create a social institution «Kindergarten for the elderly people». The article notes the need for older people to adapt to the changing conditions of their life in the society saturated with gadgets and information.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the state of the equipment recycling system in Russia and the issues of improving the legislative framework that accompanies it. The role of state structures in solving the problems of forming a resource-saving ecooriented system for the disposal of decommissioned equipment is reflected. To analyze the work in the field of waste management, to reflect the state of the legislative framework for the existing system of recycling equipment in Russia and abroad, to make recommendations for its improvement. Problems with waste appear when, in the process of production and consumption of substances, objects (equipment), he/she becomes unnecessary for their owners, their owner tries to get rid of this object in the most accessible way. According to numerous information, the disposal of equipment in Russia is mainly carried out (black waste collectors), which control more than 60 % of the scrap of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, so the solution to the problem of creating an effective system for the disposal of equipment becomes not just relevant, but vital for our state. The scientific community in Russia is constantly conducting research on the creation and implementation of a system for the disposal of decommissioned equipment, so, for example, MADI scientists proposed a regional car recycling system for implementation, the scientists of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution FNAC VIM also developed a regional system for the disposal of agricultural recycling equipment. In order to quickly solve the problem of working out a general strategy for creating an effective system of recycling equipment in Russia, taking into account the revision of the legislative framework, it is advisable to "run-in" it at the industry level, for example, in the agroindustrial complex, with subsequent replication in other industries.
