In today’s modernized world, most of the women are going for jobs and are using banking services. This research study is related to the usage of banking services such as deposits, loans, fee-based services, e-banking services, insurance, and mutual fund by career women in Madurai. This study focused on awareness and usage of banking services, factors influenced to use banking services, problems faced in availing banking services, and the level of satisfaction by career women. The researcher collected information from 110 respondents in Madurai city. The data collected using appropriate questionnaires were analyzed and interpreted using statistical techniques. Also, the testing of the hypothesis was done, and conclusions arrived at whether the theory is accepted or rejected.

In today’s modernized world everybody prefer to avail gold loan as it can be availed within the short duration from Banking institution and Non-Banking Financing institution where the preference to other credit was comparatively lesser as it consumes time. This research study is related to a comparative survey of the gold loan offered by Public sector Banks and Non-Banking Financing Companies in Madurai. This study is focused on the preference of the borrowers in availing the gold loan, the awareness level of borrowers about lending norms, factors influencing borrowers to avail the gold loan, problems faced by the borrowers while availing gold loan and satisfaction level of borrowers towards Public sector Banks and Non-Banking Financing Companies in availing gold loan. An attempt has been made to collect information from 107 respondents from the borrowers of gold loan from Public sector Banks and Non-Banking Financing Companies in Madurai city. The data collected using an appropriate questionnaire were analyzed and interpreted using statistical techniques, and also the testing of the hypothesis was done, and conclusions arrived at whether the theories were accepted or rejected.

In the course of a large retrospective research study exploring implications of ageing with a spinal cord injury (SCI), 84 participants were asked to provide responses to a brief telephone questionnaire regarding the nature and quality of their utilisation of various health and disability services. The aim of this study was to explore service utilisation, level of satisfaction with the services utilised, and the nature of the support received from these services for a sample of people ageing with spinal cord injury (SCI). Findings highlighted that people ageing with SCI have need of a range of health and disability services predominantly focusing on achieving instrumental assistance. Satisfaction with service was generally high and demonstrated the importance of interpersonal communication skills, technical competence and responsiveness in the delivery of outcomes.

This article examined the impact of Organization Justice on employees’ performance in cantonment board Peshawar. The study was conducted using 150 employees as a sample and applied stratified random sampling technique. Statistical techniques i.e reliability analysis, Factor analysis, correlation and Regression applied. The results were obtained using correlation regression to know the direction, association and impact of variables and the effects organization justice on employee’s performance. The results found that Organization Justice affects the employee’s performance positively Therefore it is suggested that CBP should exercise such justice in the organization which will inculcate more confidence in the employees. All the hypotheses developed for this study has been proved through the analysis of this research study

Study undertaken assesses the impact of behavior of domestic price of gold on selected gold exchange traded funds which were launched in the year 2010 at National Stock Exchange. The selected gold exchange traded funds constitute HDFC Gold Exchange Traded Fund, ICICI Prudential Gold Exchange Traded Fund and Religare Gold Exchange Traded Fund. Since, the investment objective of every selected scheme under research study is directly related to the domestic price of gold. So, the daily fluctuations of domestic price of gold are taken into account for assessing the impact on NAV prices of selected gold exchange traded funds. The study is aimed to meet objectives of (a) identifying whether NAV of all the selected three funds under research study is dependent upon Domestic Price of Gold. (b) Identifying in which respects NAV of the selected gold exchange traded funds differ from each other. Statistical calculation involves calculating arithmetic mean, standard deviation and standard error. The method for interpretation of data is application of Z-test that will assess the validity in results. This study helps investors to get a detailed insight in what respects NAV gets dependent upon domestic price of gold and the differentiating factors that differs NAV of the selected three Gold ETF mutual fund schemes under research study. This will prompt the investors to check the differentiating parameters of NAV while selecting the mutual fund house for investing in Gold ETF.


Mutual funds are one of the best intermediaries in capital markets to mobilize funds from general public. Risk and return are the basic features of mutual fund. The present study evaluates and compares the performance of 26 large-cap equity schemes of five Asset Management Companies (Franklin Mutual Fund, India bulls Mutual Fund, UTI Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual fund, Axis Mutual fund). The period of the study is 5 years from 2013 to 2018. Benchmark index is BSE 100 index has been collected from www.bseindia.com. The research study has analyzed the performance of Large-Cap Equity Mutual Funds of Select Asset Management Companies and to compare the performance of Large-Cap Equity Mutual Funds of Select Asset management Companies. The methodology of the present study includes sampling, data collection and data analysis tools used for the study. The present research study is based on purely secondary data. The NAV data has been obtained from Association of Mutual funds of India (AMFI) website and other secondary data obtained from books, journals and respective mutual fund websites. In this research study, financial tools Sharpe Index, Treynor’s Index and Jensen Alpha etc., are applied for processing the data to give reliable conclusion.

The effectiveness of the bank's management depends on the information support quality and appropriate diagnostics of the bank's work with its clients, particularly corporate ones. The aim of this investigation is to develop promising tools for diagnostics of the operation of commercial banks serving corporate clients in the regional market. The competitiveness indicator is proposed in this paper as a commercial bank operation diagnostic tool This indicator gives an opportunity to evaluate the bank operation in comparison with its competitors due to the level of satisfaction with the quality of the offered services and the efficiency of its business activities by comparing the bank's competitive position with respect to its competitors. The method of banking services competitiveness determination as a tool of the diagnostics of work efficiency of the third group of commercial banks (PJSC «Metabank», PJSC «Motorbank» and CB «Industrialbank») serving corporate clients in the Zaporizhzhya region market is applied in the paper. The proposed tool for diagnostics of bank efficiency with corporate clients on the basis of determining the integral indicator of banking services competitiveness makes it possible to determine the directions of the increase of its efficiency. The methodology involves step-by-step determination of the average integral evaluation of quality and value indicators of providing services to corporate clients. At the first stage, the selection of quality and cost indicators of providing services to corporate clients and their rationing is performed using the «desirability function» or relatively to the reference value. At the next stage, the weights are calculated according to quality and cost indicators. The offered tool of bank operation efficiency diagnostics makes it possible to reveal directions of the improvement of PJSC «Metabank» work with corporate clients in the regional market, such as: organization of services, improvement of offered services quality and service convenience; increasing the number of branches; improving information support, particularly by improving the staff work with clients concerning professional advice support and by implementing online calculator for services cost determination.

This paper is designed to study the extent of the recent developments in the mobile banking system in India.,to know the optimistic and pessimistic influence of mobile banking on the customers of ICICI bank. For the purpose of study, the researcher has selected 50 respondents who have familiar with the modern technology of mobile banking. It particularly focused on the problems or the benefits availed from the mobile banking provided by ICICI bank. All levels of customers were surveyed by using questionnaire and the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction from the mobile banking was studied. Finally the detail information about the benefits they had received were also considered. A small attempt have been made to understand the benefits of the mobile banking and also the limitation of mobile banking was studied with reference to ICICI Bank. Background: In a competitive environment all commercial banks retail services either Public sector banks or Private sector banks are required to offer almost same services. They want to attract a new customer and retain the old customer by the way of differentiate themselves in providing and performing the well know banking services to its customer. This research study has measuring the effectiveness of banking six service quality constructs among public sector banks. Objective: Based on the above background of the study, the research paper have an objective to measure the effectiveness of six banking service quality constructs among public sector banks. Methodology: This study was purposive to measure the effectiveness of banking service quality among public sector banks in urban area of Tiruchiraappalli district. The researcher has purposively select 292 bank customer as sample respondent of Public sector bank located in the urban area of Tiruchirappalli District. Results and Discussion: In Public sector bank, the tangible indicator namely “Comfortable lobby area and adequate parking space” and the tangible indicator namely “Availability large number of branches with internet banking facility” were influence the customer.

Food recommendation system is one of the most interesting recommendation problems since it provides data for decision-making to users on selection of foods that meets individual preference of each user. Personalized recommender system has been used to recommend foods or menus to respond to requirements and restrictions of each user in a better way. This research study aimed to develop a personalized healthy food recommendation system based on collaborative filtering and knapsack method. Assessment results found that users were satisfied with the personalized healthy food recommendation system based on collaborative filtering and knapsack problem algorithm which included ability of operating system, screen design, and efficiency of operating system. The average satisfaction score overall was 4.20 implying that users had an excellent level of satisfaction.

Co-operative banks are playing an important role in the achievement of the goal of financial inclusion. These banks with their extensive branch network and localized operational base, also engage in recreation of the development process, credit delivery and deposits mobilization in rural areas. Through their variety of services, they are reaching vulnerable sections of the society. In this paper, an attempt has been made to study the customer satisfaction towards financial inclusion by rural co-operative banks. The sample units constitute 100 cooperative banks (registered under the KCS Act, 1956) and 300 Customers from three regions (i.e. Belagavi, Chikkodi, Bailhongal headed by ARCS) of Belgaum District selected randomly. The study focuses on the classification of customers on the basis of age, gender, education, occupation, annual income and type of accounts they hold. This research finds reasons for not possessing a bank account, level of awareness of customers towards banking services, factors determining satisfaction of their bank, and the level of satisfaction of customers towards banking services. The study concludes with suitable suggestions to improve the customer satisfaction.
