Employees as one element in a company have rights and obligations to the company. One of the rights for employees is leave or permission for a certain time. The obligation of a company is to provide such leave or permission. In the process of applying for leave or employee permits so far, many use conventional processes. Conventional here means still using a form in the form of a sheet of paper leave or permission and must be sent to various parties for approval. This will take a long time and is not in line with the Go Green Program that is being carried out by many companies. Reduce, Re-use, Recycle and Replace are the four concepts of the Go Green program. Replacing the application for leave or permission that has been using a form (paper) by using a web-based application program is a step forward by the company to implement the Go Green concept. Web-based application programs in addition to reducing paper usage also do not require large physical data storage areas. This can be realized by making a web-based leave application which is certainly easier in terms of access to all employees. Meanwhile, data storage can be stored in cloud storage media. In this study, an application design will be made using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to be used as a reference during development. UML provides many diagrams, but in this study only a few diagrams were used. The results of the study indicate that application design using UML can facilitate communication between stakeholders, can make it easier for programmers to translate into programming languages. Using UML can reduce application creation errors and speed up completion.

The process of managing spare parts supply data at this time in some companies is still ineffective, because the process is still manually using ledgers to archive data that has been managed, this requires a long time so it is not efficient. To overcome the above problems, a computerized system is needed so that it can overcome problems and speed up the process. Therefore, this study proposes the design of a system of providing spare parts automatically based on various methods of data collection, analysis using PIECES to evaluate system performance and design which includes UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool to help object-oriented programming languages and use MySQL as a database , which in the end will produce a system that is well integrated. So from this research it is useful to facilitate the process of achieving company targets and to streamline the quality control system on production machines.

Information technology is rapidly developing all existing activities or activities become very important in determining the progress of the company, both in operational and non-operational activities, one of which is the procurement report which must produce accurate and accurate reports. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

By utilizing the featureLBS (Location Based Service) on android will answer the existing problems so as to facilitatestudents Engineering University of Palangka Raya.The methodology used in development with Prototype According to Pressman, which hasstages of Communication and early data collection, Quick design, Formation of prototype,Evaluation of prototype, Repair prototype and Final Production. At this stage of analysis is madeFlowchart. At this stage of design also made the creation of Unified Modeling Language (UML).The programming languages used are Java, JSON, SQLite.Application of Space Presentation Faculty of Engineering, University of PalangkarayaBased Location Based Service is designed and built using a Prototype Pressman method, withmap plan designed through Google Earth Pro and Edraw Max 7 which is placed on Google MapAPI where data storage is made in online database Firebase and SQLite as local database withthe development of the application created using Android Studio.Implementation of LocationBased Services on Application of Space Presentation Faculty of Engineering, University ofPalangkaraya Based Location Based Service, which applies to the Google Map API with eachpoint of the room made marker that produces radius which varied where if an application userenter into each radius it will produce notification information room containing the subjects thatare in the room so that the lecture-related rooms can be known.

Abstract The 5R Action Plan is a method for organizing, managing, and scheduling activities as a whole. To help do this, we need an application that is able to help the company control the workplace conditions. PT Bimasakti Karyaprima intends to update the 5R repair control system application more specifically in the action plan application, where they were previously still computerized to become a computerized application because the reasons for the old system of the 5R Action Plan activities can only be done by certain parties financing and scheduling that have not been certainly. a long time to send information. This study aims to analyze the problems that occur and then propose a system design at PT Bimasakti Karyaprima. Researchers collect data by observing, interviewing, and studying literature. The analytical method used by researchers is the PIECES analysis. Researchers use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool for creating model designs and system designs. The results of this study are a repair control application system that is created using the Codeigniter framework with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. Finally, researchers use (QA) Quality Assurance Testing to test the functionality of the application system that researchers created.

This study discusses the infrastructure facilities management system in universities. The system is designed using Near Field Communication technology that uses an Android smartphone to support the use of this system and also the web using PHP and MYSQLi programming languages for online data storage. The method used in designing this system is the Waterfall model. This system modeling uses the UML language (Unified Modeling Language). This research was conducted at Pelita Indonesia College. The results showed that the use of Infrastructure Facilities System using Android-based NFC technology is easy to use for Staff and Infrastructure Heads in managing their inventory. Keywords : Infrastructure Facilities, Universities, Near Field Communication, Android. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem manajemen sarana prasarana pada perguruan tinggi. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan teknologi Near Field Communication yang menggunakan smartphone android untuk mendukung penggunaan sistem ini dan juga web menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MYSQLi untuk penyimpanan data secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah Waterfall model. Pemodelan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa UML (Unified Modelling Language). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi Pelita Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Sistem Sarana Prasarana menggunakan teknologi NFC berbasis android mudah digunakan bagi Staff dan Kepala Sarana Prasarana dalam memanajemen inventarisnya. Purpose One of the great strides to develop a health information system is to define the requirements of the systems. This paper aims to identify and collect the requirements for designing a Web-based repository of evaluation tools for health-related software products. Design/methodology/approach The current qualitative-review study is conducted in four phases including searching databases, reviewing websites and similar repositories, holding focus group discussions with a group of experts and determining the essential requirements for designing a Web-based repository, and also drawing the unified modeling language diagrams using Visual Paradigm software for displaying the necessities which were gathered. Findings The requirements for designing a Web-based repository are provided in five main categories: technical, structural, content, legal and others. In general, creating a repository takes considerable time and effort, as well as going through the steps of the system’s life cycle. Originality/value In this study, the first and the most significant step is creating an developing a reasonable system identifying the system requirements, which is successfully conducted. The requirements given in this study will be used in the next steps, which make use of programming languages such as PHP and HTML, so as to design a Web-based repository for health product software evaluation tools.

  Pawon Kue is a small home industry which sells various cake and rice box products. Pawon Kue was using books for recording orders and product selling. The method was used since the company established. However, the company experienced difficulities when using this method. The process to find how much the profit they got in a day was not easy, it also needed long time to find certain information, and there were big probability they could lose the recording books. Because of them, the author and the team developed a web based application for helping them in recording sales and stock listing. The team used waterfall model in software enginering model and used Unified Modeling Language in design and system analyst stage. After the testing stage, the research team found the application could help the owners for listing stock and product easier than before.

CV. Trianom Agrotektur is a company that runs on coffe industry as a supplier of pristine coffee products without a mixture under Kadatuan Koffie brand, located on Jl. Karawitan No. 48, Bandung. Activities in distributing their coffee products especially to partners, ordering goods made by partners is still through communication media (social media or telephone), then each order data is processed using the Microsoft Office Excel program which will certainly take a long time. In addition, there is no data management for procurement of inventory and returns. The purpose of the research is to build an information system for managing order data from business partners to speed up in making report, build information systems of return from order goods of business partners, and procure inventory on CV. Trianom Agrotektur. As for several methods to meet the needs of building a proposed system,  it is data collection methods (primary and secondary), object-oriented system approach methods, and the method of developing the waterfall system. In programming languages, the author uses the PHP programming language in the Laravel framework and MySQL as database management. It is expected that by conducting this research, that is building an information system of supply that can speed up the making of order reports from business partners and their management, and provide a means of managing data procurement and returns.

The main values of the proposed research are accessibility and interoperability that make learning applications and components share data more easily and communicate more effectively. Nowadays there are so many people who are surviving on only one meal per day. Especially in developing countries, it is one of the major problems. On the other hand, there is so much wastage of food every day. Some poor people need clothes and vessels, and children need some books and study kits. Solution to this is that we only need to donate the leftover food to needy people, charities, and our old stuff. For that to happen, we need some sort of platform. This could be any online platform like a website/web application. In Saudi Arabia, there are so many people who are capable of making donations and also there are so many Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs) which are helping poor and needy people of Saudi Arabia. But to connection gap is not as blur as it should be. There has to be some simple, fast, intuitive and secure way of doing such online donations so that users can donate easily with just a click. The aim of this work is to design and develop a Web Based Online charitable Donation System. Where, the charitable website will collect the charitable donations (such as clothes, toys, school tools) and delivers it to the children who need it. The proposed system will provide voluntary opportunities for those wishing to be volunteer in delivering the donations to the homes of the poor for free. The proposed work was designed and developed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), SQL Server for implemented the database, and ASP.net and Visual basic programming languages.
