This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and the right strategy to be applied to the Singgalang Minimarket Jalan Dr. Soetomo Marapalam Padang. The data collection method used is the method of observation and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis methods. SWOT analysis was carried out using IFE and EFE matrices. The results of this study are (1) Strengths possessed are the large number of product choices, cheaper prices, strategic locations, friendly employees, and product guarantees from suppliers; (2) Weaknesses in the form of lack of completeness of products for all groups, incompatibility of employee uniforms, lack of air conditioning, lack of parking arrangements, and lack of toilets; (3) the opportunities they have include providing discounts on certain products, good cooperation with suppliers, business locations are on main roads, changes in people's lifestyles, and people's needs for goods are increasingly complex; (4) threats in the form of many similar businesses, there are competitors in nearby locations, rapid technological developments, product selling prices are potentially higher than competitors, and people's purchasing power decreases.

This study, it is aimed to examine the views of the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences on distance education with SWOT analysis and to evaluate the current circumstance. The phenomenology design was used in the study. The research group consisted of 62 students studying at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Sport Sciences located in a town in the Aegean region in Turkey. In collecting the data, the personal information form created by the researchers and the semi-structured interview form was used, and the data obtained were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the findings, it was seen that the views of the students studying in the field of sports sciences on the strengths of distance education provided the best conditions in the Covid-19 process, gained experience in synchronous-online courses and the online system, and to reinforce the knowledge by making use of projects and assignments. Views on the weaknesses of distance education were expressed as the inability of every student to benefit from the right to education under equal conditions, difficulties in accessing the internet, and lack of materials. Besides, the views on the opportunities of distance education were determined as good management of the process, planning the applied courses face-to-face, that is, choosing the hybrid system, motivating the students for the assignments and projects, and making up compensatory programs applied to solve the problems. Socialization of students, unsuitable working environment, anxiety, and negative views of the society towards the education system were recorded as threats and dangers.

BAZNAS Sukabumi Regency has a superior program named Micro Enterprise/ Bangkit Usaha Mikro (BUMI) that based on Zakat Civilization’s Village/ Desa Peradaban Zakat (DPZ) of mosque which is carried out following local socio-cultural community factors, by spiritual and material empowerment at the same time in accordance with its motto ngaji (ruhani) or spiritual empowerment and ngejo (rupiah) or material empowerment. This study aims to determine the success level of the mustahiq empowerment program through the BUMI DPZ program in BAZNAS, Sukabumi Regency. The research that will be used is a survey research by conducting interviews and using a questionnaire, with descriptive analysis methods and qualitative approaches, in the form of collecting facts in the field from interviews in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The results show that the success level of the BUMI DPZ BAZNAS program in Sukabumi Regency in terms of rupiah development is still low due to various obstacles, including the mentality of the assisted residents (mustahiq) who are still in consumptive orientation is still quite difficult to changing to be a productive one and already familiar with the usury system coupled with the limited number of assistants who at the same time have to deal with other institutions that offer assistance programs with interest-bearing loans, even though assistants play a major role in changing the people's mindset as well as agents of change to create empowered community conditions, while in terms of ruhiyah development it can be said to be successful with community assistants activeness to follow routine recitation held by a companion and have routinely issued

Tourist attraction Sangeh is a tourist place on the island of Bali which is located in the village of Sangeh, District Abiansemal, Badung, Bali Province. Tourist attraction Sangeh present in the form of points ash long tail macaques, Pala Forest, and Pura Bukit Sari as its appeal. The number of tourists who visited Travel Attractions Sangeh from time to time experienced an increase after falling dramatically in 2012, amounting to 54 637 people, but the increase in the number of tourists is still quite slow and when compared with the visit of the peak that occurred in 2009 amounted to 225 672 people is still very low. The research aims to the right marketing strategic to increase rapidly tourists to visit Travel Attractions Sangeh.                        The method used in this study through questionnaires, observation, library research, documentation and interview with the manager. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques were used to analyze the marketing mix and strategy using SWOT analysis as well as using a Likert scale to analyze the questionnaires were distributed.                   Results from this study is a marketing strategy that can be done to increase the number of tourists visiting tourist attraction Sangeh is creating branding tourist attraction sangeh as a natural tourist attraction quality, maintain the cleanliness and beauty of nature, promotion via the internet and brochures to introduce tourist attraction Sangeh to be better known by tourists as well as image building tourist attraction Sangeh to fix the problems that led to the number of visits in 2012 and then dropped dramatically in the next year began to increase but slowed impressed not know are like before 2012   Keywords:Marketing Strategy, Number of Visits, Tourist Attractions Sangeh

This research is funded by the Ministry of Education and Science, Republic of Latvia, project “Life with COVID-19: Evaluation of overcoming the coronavirus crisis in Latvia and recommendations for societal resilience in the future”, project No VPP-COVID-2020/1-0013. Due to technological developments and entry of new generations into the labor market, teleworking is rapidly becoming more widely used as a form of employment. The Covid-19 crisis has increased its relevance over the past year. In the Latvian regulatory framework, this has been defined recently, including the definition of telework in the Labour Protection Law. Given that companies have had to adapt to the organisation of telework relatively quickly, in practice there are legal obstacles to effective implementation of sustainable telework. The aim of the article is to reveal the most significant legal obstacles to implementation of efficient and sustainable telework in Latvia, considering experience of other countries. Both national and international legislation have been used in the study to achieve the set goal. Descriptive, analysis, induction and deduction methods have been used in the development of the article. The results showed that there are uncertainties about application of the law in Latvia in the context of telework to the employee’s right to disconnect from digital devices. The authors also found that planned changes to the Labour Law regarding telework do not create legal certainty in employment relations in emergency situations, such as the Covid-19 crisis. The authors also suggest including the right to disconnect in the Latvian regulation, to secure employees’ rights to privacy and secure and healthy work environment.

Abstrak Dalam Perkembangan teknologi saat ini kehadiran komputer sebagai pengolah data dalam masa sekarang ini banyak membawa perubahan, baik dalam dunia pendidikan, usaha, instansi-instansi pemerintah, maupun swasta. SMA Trisakti Baturaja belum menggunakan aplikasi khusus dalam pengolahan data jadwal pelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari, menganalisis dan merancang masalah yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan strategi yang tepat untuk membangun sistem informasi pengolah jadwal pelajaran. Yang akan diterapkan di SMA Trisakti Baturaja. Pemilihan strategi ini menggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT adalah identifikasi berbagai faktor secara sistematis untuk merumuskan strategi yang ada pada SMA Trisakti Baturaja. Berdasarkan hasil matriks Internal- Eksternal pada analisis SWOT, Dengan perancangan sistem informasi Penjadwalan Mata Pelajaran ini diharapkan agar dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola data guru, data kelas, data pengampu, data waktu, data pelajaran, dan mencetak semua laporan, sehingga SMA Trisakti Baturaja menghasilkan sistem kinerja lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan Harapannya dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu bagian tata usaha SMA Trisakti Baturaja dalam pengolah jadwal pelajaran. SMA Trisakti Baturaja has not yet used a special application in processing lesson schedule data. This research was conducted to study, analyze and design problems related to the selection of the right strategy to build an information system processing schedule lesson. Which will be applied at SMA Trisakti Baturaja. The selection of this strategy uses a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a systematic identification of various factors to formulate existing strategies at SMA Trisakti Baturaja. Based on the results of the Internal-External matrix in the SWOT analysis, the design of this information system is expected to facilitate teacher data management, class data, supporting data, time data, lesson data, and print all reports, so that  SMA Trisakti Baturaja produces a system faster, more precise and accurate performance. The results of this study can be used. The pharmacy is a pharmacy or place of service where pharmacy practice is carried out by pharmacists. In accordance with the provisions of a pharmacist can establish a Pharmacy with its own capital and / or capital from a capital owner both individuals and companies. Furthermore, in the case of pharmacists who establish a pharmacy in collaboration with capital owners, the work of organizing mandatory pharmacy is still carried out entirely by the pharmacist in question, therefore the responsibility of the pharmacist is as the manager of the pharmacy, which raises responsibility for the drug consumers The businessman / manager of the pharmacy is also obliged to provide the right service and information to the drug consumers. This study entitled Implementation of the Responsibility of Pharmacy Management for Drug Consumers aims to (1) know the responsibility of the pharmacist / manager to consumers in providing medicines, (2 ) to find out the problems faced by businessmen / managers of pharmacies in carrying out their obligations to dru. The type of research used is normative juridical with research specifications that are descriptive analytical. In this study the data is obtained from secondary data as primary data and primary data as supporting data (complementary). While the data collection method is interviews for primary data and literature studies for secondary data. The data obtained is presented in the form of a description of the event and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. In the case of a Pharmacy committing a serious violation that is life-threatening, then the SIA sanction for a Pharmacist's License Letter can be revoked without prior warning. (2) problems of problems faced by employers or managers of pharmacies include (a) drugs that are no longer circulating (b) drugs that have expired, (c) supplies of medicines run out. Then the business carried out by the pharmacy entrepreneur is (a) the pharmacy gives substitute drugs that have the same use. (B) if the drug has expired the pharmacy will exchange the drug to PBF. (C) if the drug supply runs out the pharmacy will advise consumers to search the drug runs out to another pharmacy.

This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment, formulate development strategies, and determine the priority strategies of KUD Mina Teluk Semangka. This research uses a case study method. Respondents involved 13 people consisting of administrators and members of cooperatives, experts and regulators. Data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM. The results indicated that internally, cooperatives have the main strength on its business units that are complement each other and suitable to the needs of members, while the main weakness is on the absence of processing.to add value of the products Externally, cooperatives face great opportunities on high level of demand on fish and face the main threat on lack of public awareness in working together. The priority strategies that can be used in developing cooperatives are as the following: utilizing and enhancing the ability of members to diversify their products using fishery product processing technology, collaborating with the government and other parties in creating tourism-based business unit, utilizing trained human resources to overcome limitations in keeping up with technological developments, and increasing awareness of the community in cooperation and members in paying mandatory savings.Key words: cooperative, fisheries, SWOT analysis, QSPM

Coffee is one of the leading commodities in Bengkulu Province. The Agricultural Technology Research Center (BPTP 2014) said Bengkulu Province was one of the top three producers of Indonesian coffee, therefore Bengkulu Province was suitable for agro-tourism development, but in its development agro-tourism would be left behind if it could not innovate according to market trends. Research objectives: to find a strategic location for the development of agro-tourism as well as the right strategy in developing agro-tourism based on the coffee agro-industry. The method used: the method of observation / descriptive analysis, the selected districts will be analyzed the development strategy with the SWOT analysis method Result: the calculation of the LQ method shows that Kepahiang Regency was chosen to be the location for agro-tourism development because the LQ value is 1.049, if the LQ value 1 the area is considered capable of exporting products exit the area. The position of developing agro-tourism in Kepahiang district is currently in quadrant II. This position shows that agro-tourism is already strong, but still faces big challenges. Agro-tourism must continue to diversify its strategies in order to face future threats. The results of the SWOT analysis produce 8 alternatives: Maintain the quality of the coffee produced so that consumer confidence is guaranteed, and tourists will come to visit again. 2) Maintaining the beauty around the tea plantations, by cooperating with the tea plantation managers. 3) Looking for investors who want to invest in agro-tourism as partners. 4) Review agro-tourism institutional management, increase promotional activities to increase market demand. 5) Maintaining characteristics and quality to avoid disappointment of coffee consumers. 6) Increasing the number of coffee processing industries due to abundant resources. 7) Increase the number of training sessions in collaboration with the Government and related agencies to improve the skills of both coffee processing workers and coffee farmers. 8) Improve facilities and infrastructure in order to defend agro-tourism from losing visitors.

Social media as a digital marketing channel is currently utilized as a promotional media for business people especially those who choose the millennial generation segment as their main target market. The growth in the number of social media users today is also seen as an opportunity to build brand awareness through social media. This research aims to find out strategies in building brand awareness with social media marketing on Instagram for millennials. This research focuses on social media marketing that has been applied to the Il's Project brand which is one of the local footwear brands in the city of Denpasar. Using a qualitative approach, with a descriptive analysis of this study collecting data through interviews, observations and documentation which is further analyzed by SWOT analysis techniques comparing internal and external factors to determine the SWOT Matrix and IE Matrix for strategy determination. The results showed, Il's Project social media marketing was in quadrant 1 in the SWOT Matrix, and cell 5 in the IE Matrix. The right strategy is to support an aggressive strategy and growth strategy, namely, market penetration, increased sales and profits and increased marketing effectiveness on social media.

Free Independent Traveler (FIT) is the majority market of Labuan Bajo, including Chinese FIT. The main characteristic of this market is their dependency on the internet, therefore build up the destination image through digital marketing is very essential. The objective of this study were to identify the potential of Labuan Bajo as Indonesia super priority destination, to analyze main atraction of Labuan Bajo for Chinese FIT market, and to develop Labuan Bajo digital branding stategy for Chinese FIT. This research used qualitative descriptive by implementing data through literature review, observation, interview, and social listening. Data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The result showed that Pink Beach, Padar Island, komodo, and live on board could be used as the brand icon of Labuan Bajo in Chinese FIT marketing digital system. Therefore, Labuan Bajo should choose the right digital platform, start using Mandarin language, and build up partnership with Chinese key opinion leader (KOL) in each content to ensure Labuan Bajo promises well receipt by Chinese FIT online community.
