Coffee is one of the leading commodities in Bengkulu Province. The Agricultural Technology Research Center (BPTP 2014) said Bengkulu Province was one of the top three producers of Indonesian coffee, therefore Bengkulu Province was suitable for agro-tourism development, but in its development agro-tourism would be left behind if it could not innovate according to market trends. Research objectives: to find a strategic location for the development of agro-tourism as well as the right strategy in developing agro-tourism based on the coffee agro-industry. The method used: the method of observation / descriptive analysis, the selected districts will be analyzed the development strategy with the SWOT analysis method Result: the calculation of the LQ method shows that Kepahiang Regency was chosen to be the location for agro-tourism development because the LQ value is 1.049, if the LQ value 1 the area is considered capable of exporting products exit the area. The position of developing agro-tourism in Kepahiang district is currently in quadrant II. This position shows that agro-tourism is already strong, but still faces big challenges. Agro-tourism must continue to diversify its strategies in order to face future threats. The results of the SWOT analysis produce 8 alternatives: Maintain the quality of the coffee produced so that consumer confidence is guaranteed, and tourists will come to visit again. 2) Maintaining the beauty around the tea plantations, by cooperating with the tea plantation managers. 3) Looking for investors who want to invest in agro-tourism as partners. 4) Review agro-tourism institutional management, increase promotional activities to increase market demand. 5) Maintaining characteristics and quality to avoid disappointment of coffee consumers. 6) Increasing the number of coffee processing industries due to abundant resources. 7) Increase the number of training sessions in collaboration with the Government and related agencies to improve the skills of both coffee processing workers and coffee farmers. 8) Improve facilities and infrastructure in order to defend agro-tourism from losing visitors.

Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. The basic concept of tourism development strategy mangrove forest is reviewing the state of observation in the area of mangrove forests, perceptions and preferences of society and local government, and the use of SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the development strategy of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict, so mangrove well then expected to implement development programs and the development of an integrated strategy between the conservation of natural resouces with economic development in a sustainable society. The application of the concept of travel in the area of mangrove forest ecosystems in general is expected to reduce the rate of destruction of these areas by the public.  Processing method used is the analysis of the potensial landscape and strategy development SWOT analysis. Analysis of the data elements of the landscape each focal point of the model pengharkatan done that is by scoring according to the criteria assessment landscape elements that have been modified. While the SWOT analysis is a technique for identifying problems based on potential or strengths and weaknesses to address and respond to the opportunities and threats. So that the analysis results can be used as a basis for the development of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir subdistrict in the future.  Based on the results of the assessment landscape mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict is in the range of 19-33 which means to have a high quality, so it has the potential to be developed as the natural attractions. Based on the results of this study resulted in several recommendations that include: Completing the supporting infrastructure of natural traveled activities such as: roads, bridges, gazebo, fishing, sanitary facilities, public toilets and others. Promotion to the public both in the region and outside the region. The government should  make the rules tight areas in the preservation of nature and fully supported by the community. Improving the quality of management of natural attractions integrated manner.

<p>Pariwisata ditegaskan dalam berbagai Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) maupun Rencana Induk Pariwisata Nasional (RIPARNAS) sebagai andalan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Aset berupa sumberdaya budaya dan sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki seperti keunikan wisata alam berupa wisata bahari dan berbagai event budaya daerah serta keaslian budaya dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk bersaing dengan destinasi wisata lain. Kesemuanya itu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk datang ke Indonesia. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam  pencapaian target tersebut adalah penciptaan 10 (sepuluh) destinasi wisata prioritas atau dengan istilah “Menciptakan 10 Bali Baru” yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, yaitu Danau Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi, Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru dan Labuan Bajo. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan strategi pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah tata kelola destinasi antara lain inventarisasi kesiapan terhadap keadaan daya tarik wisata alam maupun budaya, dapat dimanfaatkan dan kesiapan aksesibilitas, amenitas serta akomodasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dan analisis SWOT. Dari sisi ekonomi, diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga peluang pemanfaatan dan pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok Barat diharapkan dapat menguntungkan semua pihak. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : perlunya strategi pengembangan wisata bahari yaitu mengembangkan fasilitas infrastruktur, terutama perluasan dermaga, meningkatkan kompetensi SDM melalui sertifikasi kompetensi  pariwisata dankerjasama antara pemerintah, industri pariwisata, akademisi, masyarakat dan media dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan,untuk mencapai target 20 Juta wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Indonesia tahun 2019.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Wisata Bahari, Gili Trawangan, Analisis SWOT</p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong></p><p><em>Tourism is affirmed in various Strategic Plans (RENSTRA) as well as the National Tourism Master Plan (RIPARNAS) as a mainstay driving the economic growth of Indonesia. Assets in the form of cultural resources and natural resources such as the uniqueness of nature tourism in the form of marine tourism and various regional cultural events and cultural authenticity can be managed and utilized to compete with other tourist destinations. All of them to attract foreign and domestic tourists to come to Indonesia. </em><em>One of the government programs in achieving the target is the creation of 10 (ten) priority tourist destinations or with the term "Creating 10 New Bali" scattered throughout Indonesia, namely Lake Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi , Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru and Labuan Bajo. </em><em>In order to achieve the goal of marine tourism development strategy in Lombok, it is necessary steps of governance of destinations, among others, inventory readiness to the state of nature and cultural attractions, can be utilized and readiness of accessibility, amenitas and accommodation. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. </em><em>From the economic side, it is expected to have a positive impact on economic growth, so that the opportunity of exploiting and developing marine tourism in West Lombok is expected to benefit all parties. </em><em>The results of the research include: the need for marine tourism development strategy that is developing infrastructure facilities, especially the expansion of the pier, increasing the competence of human resources through the certification of competence of tourism services and cooperation between the government, tourism industry, academics and the community in order to improve the service and comfort of tourists. to achieve the target of 20 million foreign tourists who visit Indonesia in 2019.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Marine Tourism, Gili Trawangan, SWOT Analysis </em>

Religious Tourism Development of Gus Dur Sanctuary in Jombang Regency: Community Based Tourism Approach Community based tourism is the concept of tourism development by involving the people or community in its activities and management. This study aims to determine priority factors that may affect community based tourism and development strategy of Gus Dur sanctuary religious tourism in Jombang Regency. The analytical method used in this case is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the results of AHP analysis, it was found that the activity of the organization or society groups (0.382), increased cooperation government and society (0.269), the addition of facilities and infrastructure (0.182), and manufacture of regulation (0.167), factor activity of organizations/communities are considered most important in determining the priority development of religious tourism of Gus Dur sanctuary. The results SWOT analysis obtained, six development strategies, namely to involve the local community in tourism development and empowerment activities, to facilitate the development of business/industry through microcredits that can support people’s economy, to optimize the role of the government to increase the planned development targets, to facilitate development of home business/industry through courses and training institutions, improve cooperation with private sector to support tourism development, and improve cooperation between community and government or private sector in developing local economy.

The development of larva production of Patin catfish has great potential to meet market demand. CV Mika Distrindo is the one of company that need a development strategy to increase production to meet demand of Patin catfish larva. The aims of this study were: (1) to obtain information on the production process of breeding; (2) to know the feasibility of breeding; and (3) to carry out the strategy of seeding to obtain maximum profit. Method of analysis was done with (1) a descriptive analysis of the production process for a portrait Patin catfish hatchery; (2) Analysis of the feasibility using NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, Gross B/C Ratio, PBP, and BEP; (3) Analysis of internal and external matrix are using IFE and EFE matrix, and in combination in a matrix of IE; 4) SWOT matrix analysis to formulate strategic alternatives; and 5) Analysis QSPM for alternative decision priorities. The study results shows that CV Mika Distrindo is feasible because the business get the financial benefit. Indications in terms of financial feasibility are known from Rp516.660.510 of NPV; 21.42% of IRR; 5.57 of Gross B/C Ratio; 4.05 of Nett B/C Ratio; 10 months and 5 days of PBP and 2.698.006 of larva production or Rp539.601.139,60 of the value of sales. IFE score is 2.511 and EFE score is 2.565 (medium position). The Company core strategy is Growth/Stability Strategy. The SWOT analysis obtains formulation of strategies including the use of advances in technology, expansion of marketing network, strengthening capital, increasing sales volume, doing partnerships, taking advantage of investors, increase customer loyalty, maintain larva quality, improved system management and collaboration with stakeholders.Key words: Patin catfish hatchery, feasibility analysis and business development strategy

This research aimed to: 1) Knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for agribusiness development of soybean commodity in Sigi Regency; 2) Knowing the right alternative strategy formula for the development of soybean commodity agribusiness in Sigi Regency; 3) Knowing the priority strategy that should be chosen for the agribusiness development of commodity soybean in Sigi Regency. This research purposively conducted in Sigi Regency from January to March 2017, and 6 respondents were chosen. SWOT analysis used to find alternative strategy, and QSPM analysis used to find priority strategy. The availability and productivity of the land is among the main strenghts, and the quality and quantity of human resources is among the main weaknesses.The main opportunity is the price of soybean commodity in the market, while imports of soybeans by the government is the main threats. The alternative and priority strategy that could be undertaken by the governmenr are : 1) Participatory motivation and farmers empowerment program; 2) Strengthening local soybean development policy that is pro-farmer; 3) Soybean cultivation development program through area expansion and land mapping; 4) Regional Agricultural Partnership; 5) Development of soybean processing industry.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out 1). To find out the inhibiting and supportingfactors in developing the Sunari Beach tourism object in Bontosikuyu District,Selayar Islands Regency. 2). To find out the development strategy of SunariBeach tourism object in Bontosikuyu District, Selayar Islands Regency. Thecollection of data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. While for data analysis using descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe supporting and inhibiting factors in developing Sunari Beach tourism objects and SWOT analysis is used to find out strategies that can be done in the effort to develop Sunari Beach tourism object. SWOT analysis is also used to compare internal factors of strengths and weaknesses with external factors of opportunities and threats possessed by Sunari Beach attractions. The results of the study show that: the supporting factors that exist in the sunari beach attractions are the pristine, beautiful and comfortable natural scenery, the  availability of vacant land, the support of the community, the easy level of accessibility, and good security conditions. The inhibiting factors are  limited budget, promotion of tourism objects that have not been maximized, lack of professionals, no cooperation with the government,  lack of awareness of visitors in maintaining cleanliness. The strategies  that can be done include: 1) increasing tourism objects owned by sunari  beach because it has interesting views to be used as a photo spot. 2) Utilizing vacant land to build facilities and infrastructure. 3) Improve the security of the sunari coast. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1). Untuk mengetahui faktorpenghambat dan pendukung dalam upaya pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari di Kecamatan Bontosikuyu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. 2). Untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari di Kecamatan Bontosikuyu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Adapun pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskriipsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam upaya pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari dan analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari. Analisis SWOT juga digunakan untuk membandingkan antara faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan dengan faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh objek wisata Pantai Sunari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : faktor pendukung yang ada pada objek wisata pantai sunari yaitu pemandangan alam yang masih asli, tersedianya lahan kosong, adanya dukungan dari masyarakat, tingkataksesibilitas yang mudah, dan kondisi keamanan yang baik. Adapun  faktor penghambat yaitu keterbatasan anggaran, promosi objek wisata yang belum maksimal, kurangnya tenaga profesional, belum ada kerjasama dengan pemerintah, kurangnya kesadaran para pengunjung dalam menjaga kebersihan Adapun strategi yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya: 1)meningkatkan objek wisata yang dimiliki pantai sunari karena memiliki pemandangan yang menarik untuk dijadikan sebagai spot foto. 2) Memanfaatkan lahan yang kosong untuk membangun sarana dan prasarana yang. 3) Meningkatkan keamanan objek wisata pantai sunari.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence and the right strategy in developing the Wonosalam durian agro-tourism area. The location of the study was carried out in the village of Wonosalam, Wonosalam District, Jombang City.   This research was conducted for   (two) months, namely between February - March 2019.   The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the research location of the Durian Wonosalam agrotourism area through direct observation at the site, interviews with the government, community shops, and filling out questionnaires.    Respondents were selected by 20 people to fill out the research questionnaire as follows: Government (3 people), namely the Head of the device and the Office of Tourism Staff of Jombang (2 people) Community Stores (2 people), Tourist managers (3 people). And Visitors (10 people).  Secondary data is data obtained through agencies related to this research, both tabulation and descriptive.   The analytical methods used are SWOT and QSPM analysis.   Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the alternative strategy for developing the right durian Wonosalam agro-tourism area is the   SO Strategy, namely the strategy of agro-tourism development by maintaining the existing tourism power and development strategy by increasing  promotion to related parties and outside regions through   seminar seminars or utilizing technological developments the highest value of attraction is found in strategy 1 (SO) with total attractiveness (TAS) of 6.164. by exploring the potential and actions of tourism preservation that exist as a characteristic possessed by the Wonosalam region with a variety of attractions that are owned, Optimizing the superiority of tourism remains quality so as to attract tourists.

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in economic development. It is reasonable if the empowerment of MSMEs gets special attention by the government, including MSMEs in tourism villages. The tourist village of Loram Kulon MSME which is one of the objects of this research is growing and diverse in both number and type. The diversity of MSMEs has resulted in village governments having difficulties in implementing MSME development programs that are in harmony with the characteristics of tourism villages. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy model for MSMEs in resource-based and local wisdom-based tourism villages. Except in the village of Loram Kulon, research has been carried out with the object of the Jambearum tourism village in Kendal Regency. The study used 7-10 samples of MSMEs taken randomly. Respondents are owners / managers of MSMEs. Data was collected through interviews with the help of questionnaires. Processed using descriptive statistics and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. From these two studies can be formulated a model of village tourism MSME development. The results show that the development model based on the SWOT analysis is the right model for formulating the tourism village MSME development strategy. This is because the SWOT analysis considers the internal and external conditions of MSMEs and provides four alternative strategies namely SO, ST, WO, WT which can be selected according to the general objectives of MSMEs in the tourism village

<p>Selumbung Village is one of the villages that is directed to be developed as a tourist village in Karangasem regency. Culture-based tourism development in this village is expected to provide benefits to the community if properly managed and planned. This study aims to get a recommendation for the strategic plan of cultural-based tourism development in the village of Selumbung. The analytical method used in this study includes descriptive analysis which is assisted by the SWOT analysis method to determine the development strategy plan. The results showed that the priority of the culture-based tourism development strategy plan in the village of Selumbung was to develop tourism products, improve management and marketing.</p>
