Social media as a digital marketing channel is currently utilized as a promotional media for business people especially those who choose the millennial generation segment as their main target market. The growth in the number of social media users today is also seen as an opportunity to build brand awareness through social media. This research aims to find out strategies in building brand awareness with social media marketing on Instagram for millennials. This research focuses on social media marketing that has been applied to the Il's Project brand which is one of the local footwear brands in the city of Denpasar. Using a qualitative approach, with a descriptive analysis of this study collecting data through interviews, observations and documentation which is further analyzed by SWOT analysis techniques comparing internal and external factors to determine the SWOT Matrix and IE Matrix for strategy determination. The results showed, Il's Project social media marketing was in quadrant 1 in the SWOT Matrix, and cell 5 in the IE Matrix. The right strategy is to support an aggressive strategy and growth strategy, namely, market penetration, increased sales and profits and increased marketing effectiveness on social media.

Currently, environmental issues are a sensitive matter and are widely discussed in the world and in Indonesia. Environmentally friendly products have started to be widely used and have become a new lifestyle for several groups of people. Many business actors take this opportunity to start a business which at the same time invites the public to care more about environmental health. Therapeutic is a new business created because of the founder's awareness of environmental issues that are currently happening. Carrying eco-friendly products, Therapeutic sells natural soap bar and scented products that are made from natural ingredients and do not cause environmental damage, as well as applying the concepts of less-waste, reuse, and eco-lifestyle. As a new brand that stands in the midst of a pandemic like today, Therapeutic has several obstacles, namely in Indonesia there have been many similar products or businesses that will cause Therapeutic to lose competitiveness and lose name when faced with competitors. In addition, Therapeutic still needs trust from consumers, which is very necessary for the types of products and systems from Therapeutic. From the problems faced, Therapeutic conducted research to find out what marketing strategies and promotional media were right to increase brand awareness.   The formulation of the problem in this study is how the brand activation strategy and promotional media are in accordance with the target market to increase Therapeutic brand awareness in social media. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods in collecting data. The qualitative method is carried out by interviewing several experts and extreme users of eco-lifestyle actors to find data on how to carry out the right promotion. The quantitative method is carried out by surveying the Indonesian people to find out what social media platforms are most effective in promoting. The results of this study concluded that the right brand activation strategy for Therapeutic is by carrying out activities that can attract public interest such as workshops, so that the activities carried out can simultaneously introduce products and brands and provide education. Competition between the centers is caused by the differences between the two centers. The research is analysis strategy of competitiveness increase of a study of Bobung Wooden Batik Craft Center and Krebet Wooden Batik Craft Center. The aim of this research is to describe, analyze the internal and external factors inside the centers, and formulate the right strategy to increase the competitiveness between the two centers. The method is SWOT analysis method and the IE matrix. The population used for this research are SME entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft, which include eighteen entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft  of Krebet center and thirteen entrepreneurs of Bobung center. Based on the identification, the main strength of wooden batik handicraft is the product innovation of the design and shape. Based on the analysis, the main opportunity is the increasing number of visitors and the main threat of it is the substitute product. The alternative formulation of strategy using the SWOT matrix produces the main strategic alternative that is the SO strategy to reach the existing opportunity by utilizing the strength owned that is the product innovation. The formulation based on IE matrix produces the main strategy that is the growth strategy.

In the creative industry world, many start-up stationery businesses have started to emerge which still have an audience base. The main target market is Gen Z teenagers who are actively using social media. To be able to reach Gen Z, the right marketing strategy is needed to create brand awareness of the stationary business. Therefore, it is necessary to study literature on social media strategies, brand communication and Gen Z behavior in using social media. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that social media content that is simple, relevant, and repeatable is effective in building relationships between stationery and consumers on social media. <p>The study was aimed to identify and to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that faced<br />the city of Samarinda in fulfilling the egg need and to formulate the best and suitable strategy for the region to face the<br />shortage of egg supply. The study was conducted in November 2009. The method used in the study was descriptive analysis method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. Methods<br />of data analysis using the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) were used to identify the internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external environmental factors (opportunities and threats) areas. The result was then drawn in the quadrant analysis of SWOT and interpreted in the SWOT matrix could be to show the position and direction of regional development as well as alternative strategies that can be run. The results showed that internal identified value was 0.3922 and the external identified value was 0.0308. Development strategy at Samarinda in the first quadrant with a strengths was greater than the opportunities, so the region must be able to use these strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. The area should implement an aggressive growth strategy (growth oriented strategy) in order to meet the self need of eggs in the region Samarinda.</p><p><br />(Key word: Layer, Development strategy, SWOT analysis)<br /><br /></p>

In choosing the right competitive advantage strategy to be applied by a business,businessmen need to look at market conditions and assess their position in the market. This can be done by analyzing the business environment, both the external environment and the internal environment, usually called SWOT analysis. The purpose of this research is to formulate the most appropriate competitive strategy for to be applied in the future. In this research the author uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interview, observation and documentation. Primary data collection is done through in-depth interviews with informants in this study, namely including Madina managers, Madina employees, Madina consumers, Madina suppliers and local governments Purbaratu Tasikmalaya. While secondary data is collected through literature studies, research journals and an overview of research objects, the structure and vision and mission of the company obtained directly from the Madina Purbaratu Tasikmalaya minimarket. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with SWOT anlysis. From the results of the IFAS and EFAS analysis the company position is in quadrant 1. From the quadran the recommended strategy is an aggressive/progressive strategy. Then from matrix SWOT the right alternative strategy options that can be applied in Madina in the future is the SO strategy by maintaining the company’sstrengths, minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats seen from the company’s internal and external factors analyzed through the SWOT matrix

Tujuan pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi daerah Desa Gubugklakah. Tujuan kedua adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Desa Gubugklakah yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Tujuan terkahir dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Gubugklakah sebagai desa wisata. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis potensi Desa Gubugklakah dan mengidentifikasi faktor utama pada faktor internal (IFE) dan eksternal (EFE) sedangkan dalam analisis kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT yang berupa matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Desa Gubugklakah menggunakan analisis QSPM. Kata kunci: evaluasi faktor internal , evaluasi faktor eksternal, matriks SWOT, matriks QSPM. The first objective of this research is to identify and analyze potential areas Gubugklakah Village. The second objective is to identify and analyze the internal and external environment Gubugklakah Village of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The last destination of this research is to determine the right strategy to be applied in the development of tourism Gubugklakah Village as a tourist village. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of the Gubugklakah Village and identify the main factors on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE) whereas in qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis in the form of a matrix IE and SWOT matrix. The innovation in this field has been steady and yet at high speed. From ‘word of mouth advertising’ which was the only option earlier we are now at the mercy of what consumers are sharing about their experience on the internet. Social Media has become more powerful than what we think and this article shows how we can leverage this to benefit the top-line and customer delight. We dive deep to understand the influence Social Media can create towards purchase of residential property. As much complex it is to make the purchase decision of a property, it is equally difficult for marketers to send the right message to their target audience. Through this article, we are trying to see how marketers have transformed their traditional marketing strategies to address the needs of the millennial population, who are the most potential customers for property purchase.

Instagram is a social media application that is currently very popular in the community, especially among artist, politicians, and business people. Companies or advanced business must quicly adapt to the advancement of information technology in the form of social media as a marketing tool. Instagram social media also necessary to developing educational institutions. One of the educational institution that ae currently developing is the newly established Faculty of Economics and Business Islam (FEBI) at the Kediri State Islamic Institute (IAIN Kediri). This writing aims to examine the importance of Instagram as social media marketing to building FEBI IAIN Kediri Brand Awareness. Instagram social media is considered more effectives to embrace students and the community, so it is expected to facilitate marketing and communication between FEBI IAIN Kediri with the students or other agencies. This study set out to examine the effect of social media marketing on the growth of micro businesses in Wuse II, Abuja, Nigeria. The main objectives translated into two hypothesis to find out whether there was any significant relationship between Social Media usage, (independent variable) by micro business against increased brand awareness as well as increased sales (dependent variables). The study adopted a Descriptive survey method where data was collected using structured close-ended questionnaire. Data was collected from 99 respondents from the population of Micro Business in Wuse II comprising of management, staff and customers of the business. The collected data was analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the tools employed were model summary, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and co-efficient table in testing the research hypotheses. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between social media usage by micro business and increased brand awareness; and findings also indicated that there is a significant relationship between social media usage by micro businesses and increased sales. The paper therefore concluded that social media marketing is as important as any other marketing strategy as it contributes to business growth in terms of increased brand awareness and increased sales. The paper recommends that businesses in Wuse II, Abuja and others should invest more in deploying social media marketing tools and also to train their staff to enhance social media usage.

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand awareness on purchasing decisions with viral marketing as an intervening variable in Janji Jiwa coffee consumers among students who use social media in Jabodeta. convenience sampling with samples used as many as 214 respondents to fill out an online questionnaire with certain criteria. This research uses two independent variables, namely social media marketing and brand awareness, the dependent variable is the purchase decision and as an intervening variable (mediation), namely viral marketing. The method used in this study uses path analysis which is the development of multiple linear regression andprocessed using SPSS software. From the research results, it is known that social media marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions both directly and indirectly through viral marketin mediation, and brand awareness influences purchasing decisions both directly and indirectly through viral marketing mediation. Of the two, the direct influence on purchasing decisions is greater than the indirect effect through viral marketing mediation.</p>
