This study aims to determine the influence of market value, profitability, and leverage on the stock price of Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 to 2017. The sample of this study was 20 companies by using purposive sampling method. Hypotheses testing was done by using multiple regression analysis with software tools SPSS 24. The results of hypotheses testing showed that market value had a positive effect on stock price, profitability had a positive effect on stock price, and leverage had a negative effect on the stock price. So, the implications for the company are expected to be able to maintain the value of leverage. That is due to the use of large long-term debt that causes the company to have a high level of risk so that investors avoid investing in the company.

This study aims to get empirical evidence about the infuence of IT spending on corporate value by testing the efect of IT spending on corporate value by using Tobin’s Q. Te higher the stock price, the higher the company value as well as investors’ assessment. The market price of the company’s stocks refects investors’ assessment of the overall equity held. Of the stock price refects investor can provide an assessment of a company. Tobin’s Q is the ratio of the market value of the company’s assets as measured by the market value of the outstanding stocks and debt (enterprise value) to the replacement cost of the assets of the company. The sampling method is based on purposive sampling method with the purpose to obtain a sample that meets the criteria. Tis study used a sample taken from a telecommunications company listed on the Stock Exchange throughout Southeast Asia during the period of 2009-2011. The hypothesis in this study was tested using simple regression. The aim of this study is to examine business model on disclosure of corporate risk. This study uses Size as a control variable. The population in this study consists of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2017. Sample determined with purposive sampling method. Total sample of this research is 180 companies. This study used multiple regression analysis for hypotheses testing. The results of this study show that business model has positive effect and significant on corporate risk disclosure.

This study aims to explain the phenomenon of the most active companies traded shares in Indonesian stock exchange. This research is motivated to analyze the response of investors to take a decision after presenting the company's financial statements. This study uses panel data consisting of 20 companies selected by purposive sampling method, using a regression model and data processing via SPSS 24. The results of this study found that the variable leverage and capital expenditure variables significantly influence the response of investors to execute the company's stock, thereby affecting the stock return. The level of leverage and significant positive effect on the response of investors, particularly due to the use of debt to investment would increase earnings per share or at a certain amount of equity can boost earnings per share acquisition. Capital expenditure and significant negative effect on the response of investors for investor tend to speculate on short-term period, which means that companies that invest in the early stages will have difficulties liquidity and rate of return will decline, so investors will shift their investment.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the short term and long term relationship between ROI, EPS, PER ,inflation, SBI, exchange rate,and GDP on Stock Price. The data in this research is company financial statements which included Compas 100 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. statistical analysis in this research used stasionarity test, The Classical Assumptions Test, Cointegration Test, Error Correction Model Test. This research found that partially ROI, EPS, PER variables a positive effect on stock prices in the short term and long term, KURS and SBI a positive effect on stock prices in the short term, but there is no effect in the long term, inflation and GDP do not affect the stock price both in the short term and long term. Simultaneously affected the stock prices significantly affect on stock price both in the short term and long term.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the effect of Market Value Added, Profitability, and Market Value Added on stock price. Sampling in this study is a purposive sampling method. Then the data is tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of the t test showed that the Economic Value Added has a signification value of 0,018 which means smaller than 0,05 and the calculated value of -2.441<t tablel 2.00758 then H1 is accepted. Profitability has a signification value of 0,034 greater than 0,05 and a calculated value of 2.182>t table 2.00758 then H2 is accepted, Market Value Added has significant  value of 0,223 greater than 0,05 and the value of t calculated -1.235<t table 2.00758 then H3 is rejected. The results of the F test showed that Economic Value Added, Profitability, Market Value Added have a calculated F value of 2,933 and sig. 0,042. Because the value F calculated 2.933>F table 2.773 and sig. value 0,042<0,05. It can be concluded that partially Economic Value Added has a significant negative effect on stock price, Profitability has a significant effect on stock price, Market Value Added has no significant effect on stock price and simultaneously Economic Value Added, Profitability, Market Value Added has a significant effect on stock price Keywords: Economic Value Added, Profitabilitas, Market Value Added, Stock Price

The purpose of this research is aim to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of growth opportunity and leverage on earning response coefficient (ERC). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample are selected with purposive sampling method. The number of selected sample are 65 companies. The analysis technique of this research is using multiple linear regression. The result showed that growth opportunity had positive effect on ERC. Whereas leverage had negative effect on ERC. The higher the company's growth rate will increase ERC. While the higher the leverage the company will reduce ERC. This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. Firm size, audit committee and institutional ownership have negative effect on audit delay. Keywords: Financial distress, firm size, corporate governance, audit delay

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the effect of profitability, liquidity and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted at the consumer goods industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 period. The number of samples in this study were 17 companies with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a non-participant observation method, through financial statement data published on the IDX's official website, www.idx.co.id. The results of the analysis showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value. Liquidity and dividend policy have a significant negative effect on firm value. This means that profitability is the main factor that most influences the value of the company and is considered by investors to invest. The research aims to examine the effect of exchange rates on stock returns through profitability. The study was conducted on mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange which numbered 49 companies. Samples were determined by a purposive sampling method totaling 7 companies that were studied for 3 years of observation using quarterly reports, so there are 84 observation datas. Data collection methods and data analysis techniques used are non-participant observation methods and path analysis. The results showed that the exchange rate had a significant negative effect on stock returns and profitability. Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and exchange rates have indirect influence on stock returns through profitability.
