The Concept of competitive value chains in production systems, as an institutional structure operating on network principles, was the impetus for the development of a system of models of inter-industry digital platform for the management and optimization of cooperation of high-tech network production systems. The article describes the ways of integration into business processes of production systems of simulation and cognitive models. The practical implementation of the system of these models is a separate software product - an interdisciplinary digital platform for participants in the creation of new high-tech products and their components.

Статья раскрывает механизмы формирования понятия «стиль хай-тек». Как архитектурный стиль он представляет собой локальное явление в британской архитектуре между 1967 и 1987 годами и ограничен определенным кругом архитекторов. Однако новые внестилевые подходы, разработанные его лидерами, сегодня нашли широкое применение и активно используются, оказав огромное влияние на развитие современной архитектуры. В статье прослеживается процесс интенсивных поисков концепций и профессиональных методов, которые привели к созданию иной, соответствующей времени прорывных технологий архитектуры. Article reveals mechanisms of the formation the concept of “Style high-tech”. As an architectural style, it is a phenomenon in British architecture of the local time between 1967 and 1987 and limited to a certain circle of architects. However new out-of-style approaches of its leaders are widely used and had a huge impact on the development of modern architecture. The article traces the process of searching for concepts and professional methods that led to the creation of a new architecture, corresponding to the time of breakthrough technologies.

The standard account of American immigration focuses on the acculturation and assimilation of immigrants and their children to American society. This analysis typically ignores the significant contributions of immigrants to the creation of American culture through the performing arts, sciences, and other cultural pursuits. Immigrants and their children are not born with more creative talents than native-born citizens, but their selectivity and marginality may have pushed and pulled those with ability into high-risk career paths that reward creative work. The presence of large numbers of talented immigrants in Hollywood, academia, and the high-tech industries has pushed American institutions to be more meritocratic and open to innovation than they would be otherwise.

In spite of a growing body of knowledge on the importance of innovation and change, firms still experience great difficulties in being continuously entrepreneurial. This article addresses reasons for such difficulties. Building on a conceptual discussion, the article first identifies seemingly opposing forces found at the core of corporate entrepreneurship. These forces are in the article described in terms of 'creative destruction' and 'controlled adaptation'. Both forces are identified as being essential to successful corporate entrepreneurship, but set very different agendas, which can be expected to give rise to tension. Next, a case study of a Danish high-tech SME is introduced in order to identify patterns of practices which are potentially supportive of the creation of balance between the seemingly opposing forces. Based on this, the article introduces a framework for discussion of the two forces and the consequences of how they are approached managerially.

The article substantiates the objective necessity of introducing cross-border medical clusters in the euroregions of Ukraine. Clusters are a community of firms, closely related industries that complement each other and contribute to the growth of their competitiveness, and thus they serve as "points of growth" in the development of the domestic market and the economy of the euroregions. Innovative development of the world economy, associated with progressive changes in technology and in the forms and methods of labor organization, requires new approaches to production management and significant expenditures of material, intellectual and financial resources. In modern theories of development, more and more attention is paid to problematic issues of organizational and economic classification. This will improve the level of health, maintain social stability in society, and improve the quality of medical care to the level of world standards, optimizing public spending. Innovation clusters have become the object of close attention due to the increasing role of innovation in the competition of global markets for medical services. The cross-border medical cluster provides for the creation of a strategic unit in the structure of the euroregion, which will coordinate the implementation of the strategy for the development of medical tourism, improving the collection and processing of information on incoming tourists, conducting a promotional campaign of the city in key markets and improving the tourist infrastructure and measures to support it. This type of cluster is particularly relevant for Ukraine, which has taken a course to modernize the national economy based on the priority development of high-tech and high-tech industries. Diversification of the economy of the Euroregions through the cluster approach is one of the main solutions to this problem. High-quality provision of medical services, the creation of joint clinics, can become one of the ways to diversify the economy, using the growing potential of cross-border cooperation and the flow of medical tourists.

The article discusses a new hypothesis of coevolutionary-macromutational origin of human language, through the prism of which this planetary-noospheric phenomenon is proposed to be considered as a natural artifact of holisticsynergetic coevolution of nature, society and culture. The following assumption has been suggested: the proposed hypothetical idea is a resonance of the former two philosophical theories: the fusion theory and the thesis theory, which were regarded by scientists either as natural or artificial (conventional / conditional) nature of human language. At the same time, they did not completely deny the origin of the human language as a result of various types of activities. The represented arguments helped to confirm the views of anthropologists, culturologists and other scholars. The creation of various artifacts (tangible and intangible) took place in all stages of evolution: geogenesis – biogenesis – psychogenesis – anthropogenesis and at a subsequent stage of Homo sapiens. However, language as the most important product of global evolutionism was formed at the stage of anthropogenesis, in particular as a corollary to the molecular mutations of human brain. The term “coevolution” has been transferred to the sphere of linguoanthropogenesis. In conjunction with the hypothesis of macromutation the natural artifact origin of human language is consistently explained under the scenario of biogenesis – sociogenesis – culturogenesis. The essence of the hypothetical result is that a qualitatively new driving force for the continuation of this scenario can be noospherogenesis, which is determined by historical and cultural development of mankind, its activities in all spheres of life and, most importantly, by the planetary high-tech mind.

This paper analyses the nature of high-tech firms created by academic researchers and the key factors that lead to their successful evolution. The author bases his remarks on a survey of 250 French high-tech companies with their origins in public research centres. He argues against the stereotypical representation of the academic as a poor entrepreneur and identifies common characteristics and expertise required by academic research workers and managers of high-tech SMEs. He demonstrates that the spin-off companies which have developed most successfully have been those with the greatest ability to bring into play a wide range of resources and skills, working through partnerships and networks, at local, national and international levels.

In the article, the ideas for the development of unmanned freight vehicles and the construction of high-speed railways are transformed into an innovative resource-efficient and high-tech solution — the creation of an Intelligent Multimodal Transport System of Russia, and the development of projects and structures for unmanned vehicle freight traffic — into the “Intelligent Container Chain” project. The proposals put forward are based on an analysis of the potential of the Russian railways and its implications for the spatial development of the Russian Federation. The trends in the development of unmanned vehicles are analyzed and it is concluded that its implementation in Russia will require the construction of specialized road, energy and digital infrastructure with the appropriate allocation of land allocation and supply of energy, communications and other technological communications. The need to search for new scientific, technological and organizational solutions is shown to achieve synergy between the demand for container road transport and the infrastructural and technological capabilities available in the railway transport system. As such a decision, the expediency of developing a new Intelligent Multimodal Transport System under the auspices of the Russian Railways was substantiated. Priority directions for the development of this system, as well as technical and investment solutions and scientific and technological tasks necessary for its implementation, have been determined. At the same time, questions have been formulated that require scientific study. The advantages of the proposed system for increasing the efficiency of using the transport space and developing a breakthrough competitive infrastructure business of the Russian Railways are disclosed. The prospect of the formation on this basis of unique high-tech groundwork is shown, which makes it possible to realize the potential of Russian science and the transport complex and has a high export potential.
